Abstract

Komputer dan internet merupakan bentuk nyata dari hasil revolusi komunikasi yang paling banyak dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat saat ini . masyarakat dapat mengakses informasi yang dapat berkomunikasi dengan sesamanya melalui media yang terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet. Karena ini masih masa pandemi banyak orang lebih beraktivitas melalui smartphone atau alat komunikasi yang digunakan untuk penyampaian pesan. Tujuan peneliti melihat bagaimana digital marketing menggunakan media sosial  menjadi alat pemasaran yang bermanfaat dalam penyebaran informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Penelitian juga menggunakan Komunikasi Pemasaran dan dihubungkan dengan Akun media sosial. Sosial media sebagai media promosi yang menjanjikan karena dapat menekan biaya pemasangan iklan sehingga pelaku UMKM di desa Percut dapat membuat dan mengembangkan akun online shop nya dengan mudah. Namun dalam proses pembuatan konten akun UMKM di desa Percut yang menarik tentunya membutuhkan waktu dan biaya, sehingga tak sedikit pelaku UMKM di desa Percut  yang mengalami kendala dalam membuat tampilan akun nya menjadi lebih menarik bagi calon konsumen. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kondisi dan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh UMKM di desa Percut (2) memberikan solusi efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM di desa Percut (3) Membantu optimalisasi dalam promosi secara online.Sedangkan manfaat bagi UMKM di desa Percut mitra yakni terbantunya dalam perluasan promosi produk yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk dan pendapatan UMKM di desa Percut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work-life balance has on work engagement for women in dealing with the world of education in the digital era. Technological developments in the digital era in today's world of education encourage them to develop their ability to operate digital systems both in communicating, teaching and learning and using applications to support the tri dharma task of higher education. The demands of work duties and responsibilities are a challenge for lecturers to do many things in daily life in a balanced way. Especially as a female lecturer who is also responsible for taking care of household activities. In addition, lecturers as human resources in universities are also a source of lessons to be responsible for the development and quality of universities as their organizations. This requires lecturers to be heavily involved in the administration and activities set by the institution. The involvement of lecturers makes the higher education system run smoothly and creates a satisfactory quality of higher education. With a balance between work and life, it is hoped that female lecturers can be more involved in all matters so that the tasks and responsibilities of the organization can be achieved. Measurements were carried out on 200 respondents using the Urtretch Work Engagement Scale and the work life balance scale. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect of work life balance on work engagement on female lecturers, which is 87.1%

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the business units that play an important role in driving economic growth. This is because MSMEs contribute to employment absorption, play a role in income distribution, and serve as a socio-economic platform for the community. The strategic role of MSMEs as a pillar of the people’s economy lies in their great potential to stimulate community economic activities and simultaneously become a primary source of income for most people in improving their welfare. This study aims to examine how MSME capital and business management are carried out, as well as human resource development strategies for MSME actors in Perk. Bukit Lawang Village. The results of this study indicate that MSME actors in Perk. Bukit Lawang manage business capital by implementing capital planning strategies and recording transactions manually. In managing their businesses, MSME actors in Perk. Bukit Lawang apply several strategies, namely product quality, pricing, location, and promotion strategies. Furthermore, the strategies of the local government in developing human resources for MSME actors include mentoring programs, training, business capital assistance, and the provision of work equipment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of a 90-day gratitute journaling on psychological well-being and workplace well-being among lecturers in Medan. The study used a pre-experimental One-group pretest-posttest design with a gratitude journaling treatment for 90 days. Psychological well-being was measured using the PERMA Profiler instrument and workplace well-being through a workplace well-being questionnaire developed by Hyett & Parker. The study population was private lecturers in Medan. Sampling was conducted using nonprobability with criteria of being 33–56 years old, having worked for more than 2 years, having moderate stress levels, and being willing to participate in a 90-day gratitude writing training. The study sample consisted of 30 people. The study was analyzed quantitatively using paired tests and effectiveness tests (NGain scores). The results obtained a sig value of 0.003 for psychological well-being and 0.000 for workplace well-being, which means it is smaller than 0.05, indicating a difference in the values of psychological well-being and workplace well-being before and after the 90-day Gratitute journaling. Based on the average value of the pre-test and post-test, it shows that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a difference in the value of psychological well-being and well-being in the workplace before and after the 90-day gratitude journaling method was given to lecturers, but the results of measuring the effectiveness of the treatment showed a g value <0.3, which means it has low effectiveness.
