Abstract

This study investigates the impact of price, social media endorsement, and venue atmosphere on purchase decisions, with consumer satisfaction as a moderating variable, within the context of coffee shop consumers in Pangkal Pinang, Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative approach using survey data collected from 200 respondents who meet specific criteria related to digital behavior and purchasing experience. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that while price does not significantly affect purchase decisions directly, it strongly influences consumer satisfaction, which in turn has a significant effect on purchase decisions. Social media endorsement exerts a direct and significant influence on both satisfaction and purchase decisions, underlining its strategic importance in contemporary digital marketing. Meanwhile, venue atmosphere significantly enhances satisfaction but shows limited direct impact on purchase decisions, confirming its mediating role through emotional experience. This research emphasizes the importance of integrated marketing strategies that combine pricing, influencer marketing, and atmospheric design to optimize consumer satisfaction and drive purchasing behavior in service-based industries.

Abstract

This quantitative research analyzes the influence of leadership competencies, stakeholder participation, and technology utilization on the quality of education through the mediation of digital transformation at the basic education level of Pangkalpinang City. Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with 206 respondents including principals, teachers, parents/guardians, administrative and IT staff, representatives of the Education Office, and academics, the results show that digital transformation has a dominant influence on the quality of education, indicating the crucial role of technology in improving the efficiency, inclusivity, and personalization of learning. Leadership competencies have a significant direct impact, even though their integration with digitalization is not optimal. The use of technology has a direct and indirect effect through digital transformation, while stakeholder participation strengthens the quality of education indirectly through digitalization. The SEM model emphasizes that improving the quality of education requires synergy between visionary leadership, adaptive technology, and integrated stakeholder participation in the digital ecosystem. These findings recommend policy development that focuses on digital capacity building, technology-based leadership training, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to address disparities in access to and quality of education

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational behavior, inclusive work environment, and career development on the performance of Gen Z employees in Indonesia, with work engagement as an intervening variable. Given Gen Z's dominance in the modern workforce, understanding the factors that drive their productivity is crucial. The research method used was a quantitative explanatory method with a survey technique through a questionnaire to 111 Gen Z employee respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test the structural relationships between variables as well as the moderating and mediating effects. The results show that an inclusive work environment is the most significant driver of work engagement, which then has a positive impact on improving employee performance. Career development has a positive effect, but on a smaller scale. In contrast, organizational behavior does not show a significant influence on work engagement or performance in the context of this study's respondents. These findings confirm that work engagement is a key variable that transforms organizational resources into tangible performance. Therefore, organizations are advised to prioritize the creation of an inclusive work climate to optimize the potential of young employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Pangkalpinang Class I Immigration Office. The study used a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research sample consisted of 80 respondents taken using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS. The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction, as well as being the most dominant factor in improving performance. Motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but did not directly affect performance. Meanwhile, competence did not significantly affect performance or job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also did not significantly affect performance and was unable to mediate the relationship between variables. These findings indicate that employee performance in public service organizations is more determined by work behavior, especially discipline, than technical abilities or psychological factors.
