Abstract

Batam is one of the largest islands in the Riau Islands and as an island the outer border of Batam is a coastal area. As an archipelago city, then start the tour in the city of Batam, further from marine tourists. The existing marine tourism objects are beach tourism, which is still largely managed by the community self-help. The management of these self-tourism causes the existing attractions tend to be poorly maintained, especially the problem of cleanliness. Based on data from the Batam City Tourism Office consisting of 19 coastal tourism areas managed by the community. Tourist attractions to help people manage beach tourism. Activities carried out by the methods that are directly involved in saving the beach environment and submitting to the community to ask for cleanliness and processing waste on the beach. The activity was carried out on April, 15, 2018, in the coastal area of the Malay village of Batu Besar, Nongsa District, Batam City. The results of the activity consisted of 56 participants consisting of three lecturers, 17 students and 26 community members of the Batam Beach Clean Up Community (BBC)

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat edukasi dan sosialisasi pengenalan produk-produk perbankan syariah kepada kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga di kelurahan penurunan Kota Bengkulu memberikan pengetahuan terhadap ibu-ibu rumah tangga tentang produk-produk perbankan syariah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu-ibu rumah tangga di kelurahan penurunan terutama di rt 17, dan banyak ibu-ibu rumah tangga di kelurahan penurunan belum mengetahui produk-produk perbankan syariah dengan adanya sosialisasi ini ibu-ibu rumah tangga kelurahan penurunan lebih mengetahui dan paham apa saja produk-produk yang ada di perbankan syariah dan perbedaan antara perbankan syariah dan konvensional, dan di adakan acara edukasi dan sosialaiasasi ini memberi pengetahuan lebih luas ibu-ibu rumah tangga tentang produk-produk perbankan syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial knowledge, income, and lifestyle on the financial management behavior of customers of the Bengkulu Islamic pawnshop branch (CPS). This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population of the study was all CPS Bengkulu customers, with a sample of 80 respondents. Data were analyzed using data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regressions, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that financial knowledge had a significant effect on financial management behavior, indicated by a t-value of 3.459 and a significance of 0.001 (<0.05). This indicates that the higher the financial knowledge, the better the customer's financial management behavior. On the other hand, income did not have a significant effect, with a significance value of 0.086 (>0.05), which means that the size of income does not determine good financial behavior. Meanwhile, lifestyle was proven to have a significant effect on financial management behavior with a t-value of 4.354 and a significance of 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that financial knowledge and lifestyle play an important role in shaping healthy financial behavior, while income is not the main factor. Financial education and the formation of a frugal lifestyle need to be improved to encourage better financial management among customers.

Abstract

Fenomena thrifting telah melonjak popularitasnya di Indonesia sejak tahun 2019, terutama di kalangan remaja, yang tertarik karena keunikan barang bekas tersebut. Studi ini berfokus pada analisis dampak harga dan kualitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam konteks pembelian pakaian bekas, serta meninjaunya dari sudut pandang ekonomi Islam. Riset ini melibatkan konsumen Gen Z (kelahiran 1998-2008) yang berbelanja di Pasar Panorama Bengkulu. Dengan metodologi kuantitatif deskriptif, 130 responden dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Regresi Linier Berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa harga secara signifikan meningkatkan kebahagiaan pelanggan (nilai Sig. = 0,034, kurang dari 0,05), menegaskan bahwa penetapan harga yang dianggap wajar berkorelasi dengan tingkat kepuasan pembeli. Dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh positif yang kuat dari kualitas produk (nilai Sig. = 0,000, kurang dari 0,05), yang menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan yang baik sangat dipengaruhi oleh pakaian bekas berkualitas tinggi. Lebih lanjut, secara simultan, harga dan kualitas terbukti memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (nilai F Sig. = 0,000, kurang dari 0,05), menggaris bawahi pentingnya kedua faktor ini secara kolektif dalam membentuk kepuasan pembeli. Dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, praktik konsumsi ini selaras dengan prinsip keseimbangan antara pemenuhan kebutuhan dan keinginan, serta menghindarkan praktik pemborosan yang tidak dianjurkan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, demographic factors, and socio-economic conditions on investment decisions in the Sharia capital market in Bengkulu City. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 27. The sample consisted of 99 respondents who are Sharia capital market investors, selected through probability sampling using Slovin’s formula. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Demographic factors have no significant effect with a significance value of 0.768 > 0.05, while socio-economic factors significantly influence investment decisions with a significance value of 0.017 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect investment decisions with an F-value of 36.691 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The R-Square value of 0.733 indicates that 73.3% of the variation in investment decisions is explained by these variables, while the remaining 26.7% is influenced by other factors such as psychological aspects, social media, and macroeconomic conditions

Abstract

This research analysis the effect of leverage and profitability on firm value at PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah for the 2016-2020 period. The main purpose of establishing a company is to maximize shareholder wealth. There are several factors that affect firm value, for example leverage and profitability. This study uses a quantitative approach with time series analysis. Thei results of this study indicate that leverage and profitability have no effect on firm value, while the simultaneous significance test shows that leverage and profitability have an effect on firm value. This means that companies in financing their assets tend to use their own capital (internal financing) which comes from retained earnings and share capital rather than using debt.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and explain the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in 2021 using the Islamicity Performance Index approach using a quantitative descriptive type of research. The sample in this study is Indonesian Sharia Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021. The data source used is secondary data and data collection techniques use literature searches. Data analysis techniques using non-statistical quantitative methods descriptive quantitative methods. In the Islamicity Performance Index indicators, the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia is as follows: Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR) results of the analysis are in very good predicate, Zakat Performance Index (ZPR) is in bad predicate, Equitable Distribution Ratio (EDR) which includes Qardh and Donation is not good, Employee Expense is not good, and Net Profit is not good, Islamic Investment vs. Non-Islamic Investment Ratio is very good, and Islamic Income vs. Non-Islamic Income Ratio is very good. Thus, the results of the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) for the 2021 period using the Islamicity Performance Index approach, the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia has obtained results that are in accordance with using this method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the development of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation and their effects on the marketing performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Bengkulu Province. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used non probability with judgmental techniques (purposive) with a total sample of 270. The results showed that SMEs in Bengkulu Province had run their business with market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation in good categories. When viewed from the marketing performance, most of them have achieved a fairly good level of performance as well. For this reason, if we look at the influence between variables, market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect at the marketing performance of SMEs in Bengkulu Province. This means that the better market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation, the better marketing performance for SMEs in Bengkulu Province. Thus, the hypothesis which states that market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) can be accepted

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada remaja organisasi islam darusalam mengenai produk make-up halal. Dengan adanya pelatihan dan edukasi yang akan diberikan maka para remaja semakin berkembang dalam melakukan make-up apalagi di jaman sekarang sudah banyak sekali maraknya produk make-up yang terlihat tidak halal digunakan, maka para remaja harus tahu mengenai produk make-up yang halal untuk digunakan pada saat make-up. Dengan cara Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan Pemberdayaan Remaja melalui pelatihan Make-up agar dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada remaja mengenai Teknik Make-up, produk halal dan juga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. Pelatihan merupakan upaya untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia, terutama untuk peningkatan profesionalime yang berkaitan dengan, keterampilan administrasi dan keterampilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabidan ini ialah metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) pendekatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan PAR merupakan pendekatan yang bertujuan untuk pembelajaran dalam mengatasi masalah dan pemenuhan kebutuhan praktik masyarakat. Dari hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan para masyarakat lebih mengerti mengenai produk makeup halal,cara pengablikasian makeup dan tertarik untuk lebih menekuni makeup agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan, Pengetahuan, Make-up, Remaja
