Abstract

Researchers are interested in researching the performance of health workers in the new normal era of the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of competence and job satisfaction. Research also examines the role of OCB as an intervening variable, where in previous studies, OCB was placed in the position of the dependent variable. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents using offline dissemination techniques which were distributed to the Covid-19 task force personnel in Bengkulu City consisting of doctors and non-doctors. The sample used in the analysis was 345 people taken by cluster sampling technique. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Competence significantly influences the OCB of the Covid-19 task force health workers in Bengkulu City; (2) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the OCB of the Covid-19 task force health workers in Bengkulu City; (3) OCB has a significant effect on the task performance of the Covid-19 task force health workers in Bengkulu City; (4) OCB mediates the effect of competence on the task performance of the Covid-19 task force health workers in Bengkulu City; and (5) OCB mediates the effect of job satisfaction on the task performance of health workers in the Covid-19 task force in Bengkulu City. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine 1) the effect of Celebrity Endorser on purchasing decisions 2) the effect of Brand Image on purchasing decisions 3) the effect of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The analysis method used is non probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. Hypothesis analysis using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, difference test, t test, and f test. The unit of analysis is respondents who use Wardah cosmetic products and Maybelline cosmetic products in Bengkulu City. The questionnaire that can be processed is 200. The results found that 1) Celebrity endorsers influence purchasing decisions on Wadah and Maybelline products. This means that the more visible and credible the endorser is in promoting the product, the higher the level of purchasing decisions for Wardah and Maybelline cosmetic products 2) Brand image has no effect on purchasing decisions on Wardah cosmetic products. Meanwhile, in Maybelline cosmetic products, brand image affects purchasing decisions. 3) Celebrity endorsers and brand image simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on Wardah and Maybelline cosmetic products. The better the celebrity endorser and attractive brand image, the higher the purchasing decision. This means that the more attractive the endorser promotes the product and has an attractive brand image, the higher the level of purchasing decisions for Wardah and Maybelline cosmetic products.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy, organizational commitment and motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was civil servants at the Bengkulu Provincial Health Service, totaling 309 employees and taken using the sencus method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. This research uses a casual study because it examines the influence of self-efficacy, organizational commitment and motivation on the performance of Bengkulu Provincial Health Service employees. Based on the research results, it is known that: (1) Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Bengkulu Provincial Health Service. This result means that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the performance; (2) Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Bengkulu Provincial Health Service. This result means that the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the performance; (3) Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Bengkulu Provincial Health Service. This result means that the higher the motivation, the higher the performance; and (4) Self-efficacy, organizational commitment and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of Bengkulu Provincial Health Service employees. This result means that the higher the Self-Efficacy, organizational commitment and motivation, the higher the performance.
