Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian Ini Bertjuan Untuk Mengetahui informasi arus kas apakah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan makanan dan minumanyang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, hasil penelitian menunjukkan Secara simultan arus kas operasi, arus kas investasi, dan arus kas pendanaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham. Arus kas operasi dan arus kas investasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Jika arus kas operasi dan arus kas investasi meningkatmaka akan memberikan dampak pada penurunan harga saham. Hal inikarena arus kas operasi dan arus kas investasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham dan Arus kas pendanaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hal ini memberikan implikasi negatif terhadap harga saham sehingga aktivitas arus kas pendanaan akan diikuti dengan penurunan harga saham.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian: 1) menganalisis tanggapan konsumen terhadap pemasaran media sosial dan keunggulan bersaing; 2) menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran media sosial secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen Hotel New Ria Diani Bogor dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 konsumen dan lokasi penelian ini yaitu di Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian dengan metode deskriptif, verifikatif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, secara simultan dan parsial pemasaran media sosial (content creation, content sharing, connecting dan community building) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Kata Kunci: Pemasaran Media Sosial dan Keunggulan Bersaing.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in RT.01/RW.02, Katimbang City Village with the theme of financial management for housewives. The background for implementing the activity is because the level of understanding of housewives regarding the importance of planning and how to manage family finances is still lacking. The aim of this community service activity is to increase knowledge and abilities about planning and managing finances for housewives. The implementation of this service was attended by 25 participants on June 22 2023. The methods used were counseling, discussion and question and answer. The activity was carried out well, this was proven by the involvement of participants in participating in this activity from start to finish. After counseling is carried out, residents, especially housewives, will have high potential to encourage their families to have a better financial structure, households will be able to manage their finances well, have household fund reserves and be able to understand family financial management, including planning. controlling costs on household activities.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Desa Panakukkang Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa.Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan teknik kuesioner.Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan Kantor Desa Panakukkang yang berjumlah 55 orang Karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenu diperoleh 55 responden.Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan realibiltasnya, juga diuji asumsi klasik berupa asumsi Normalitas, Asumsi Heteroskedastisitas, dan Asumsi Multikolinearitas.Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ternyata hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Pelatihan Kerja dengan nilai 4.137 memiliki hubungan positif dan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05 terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This research is based on a problems that occur in centrafood companies where the net profit margin has increased and profit growth has decreased. has increased and profit growth has decreased, The discrepancy with the theory is an interesting phenomenon to be studied further about profit growth. further about profit growth. IPA analysis found that ROA has the best level of suitability, it is concluded that high and low profits can be caused by good asset turnover with a minimum level of equity value, even though the company has a minimum level of equity value. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between Inventory Turnover and Receivables Turnover on Cooperative Profitability Levels. The research method used in this research is the comparative analysis method. The sample used in this research used a purposive sampling method, namely financial reports in the form of balance sheets and profits/losses of KPN Nur Afiah RSUP Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar for the period 2020-2022. Net Profit Margin (NPM) is an analysis in this research to show that Inventory Turnover and Receivables Turnover on Profitability Levels have a very big influence. Furthermore, Inventory Turnover describes how much current assets turn into cash, likewise, Receivables Turnover describes how much current assets turn into cash. Meanwhile, profitability describes how big a cooperative or company's ability is to generate profits.

Abstract

Analysis of Working Capital on Profitability Levels at PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar, Thesis for the Management Study Program at the Indonesian Educational Institute of Management Science College (STIM-LPI) Makassar. (supervised by Dra. Pra Gemini, M.Si and Fausiah, S.E., M.Si). This research aims to determine how working capital influences the level of profitability at PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The data processed is the financial report of PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar for 2019-2021 which consists of a profit and loss report and balance sheet. The research results of the current ratio are stated to be good because they continue to increase every year 2019-2021 and exceed the internal average standard in 2020 and 2021. On the activity ratio with measurements using the NWC Turnover ratio can be said to be quite good because it exceeds the internal average, although it experienced a decline in 2020 of 368% but rose again to 430% in 2021. The profitability ratio with Return On Investment is said to be not good because it is below the internal average . Return on Equity is said to be not good, although it has increased in 2019 and 2021, this ratio is still below the internal average. Gross Profit Margin is also still said to be not good or not optimal because it experienced ups and downs from 2019-2021, namely 173%, 181%, 175%, although in 2020 it experienced an increase and was above the internal average of 176.3% but in 2021 experienced another decline and was below the internal average. Net Profit Margin is also said to be not good because it is still below the internal average.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning per Share (EPS), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Deb to Equity Ratio (DER), Price to Book Value (PBV) on Returns. Share. The object of this research is the Indonesian Stock Exchange, mining companies in the coal industry sector for the 2019-2021 period. The research data used is secondary data with the sampling method using non-probability sampling. And the data analysis method is by calculating financial performance, determining stock returns using a sample of 19 companies. The results of this research have been tested on classical assumptions in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests as well as hypothesis tests in the form of t tests, f tests , determination test, and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that ESP partially has a negative effect on Stock Return, ROA partially has a positive effect on Stock Return, ROE partially has a negative effect on Stock Return, CR partially has a positive effect on Stock Return, DER partially has a positive effect on Stock Return, and PBV partially has a negative effect on Stock Return.

Abstract

In the background of this research problem, namely, operating costs have increased and working capital has decreased while net profit has increased, which should make high operating costs lower profits and lower working capital lower net profit. The occurrence of this phenomenon so researchers raised this issue.This study uses quantitative research methods and sampling using purposive sampling techniques with homogeneous sampling category criteria. The results of the research found from the three variables used that have an influence, namely operating profit has a significant effect on net profit with a value of 0.0000 and after being tested simultaneously operating profit also has a significant effect on net profit with a value of 0.0000 while working capital has no effect on net profit with a value of 0.1483. From the results of the study, the authors draw a conclusion that working capital does not always decrease will make net profit decrease. excess income is based on low operating profit and high working capital.
