Abstract

This community service was carried out in RT.01/RW.02, Katimbang City Village with the theme of financial management for housewives. The background for implementing the activity is because the level of understanding of housewives regarding the importance of planning and how to manage family finances is still lacking. The aim of this community service activity is to increase knowledge and abilities about planning and managing finances for housewives. The implementation of this service was attended by 25 participants on June 22 2023. The methods used were counseling, discussion and question and answer. The activity was carried out well, this was proven by the involvement of participants in participating in this activity from start to finish. After counseling is carried out, residents, especially housewives, will have high potential to encourage their families to have a better financial structure, households will be able to manage their finances well, have household fund reserves and be able to understand family financial management, including planning. controlling costs on household activities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the village office in Tommo District, Mamuju Regency. The method used in this study was quantitative with a total of 80 employees who were used as samples with the sampling technique using saturated samples. The data used in this study were primary data obtained directly from data sources using questionnaires. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, validation test, reliability, hypothesis test (T test). The results of testing leadership variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

ISAI LIMBONG BAMBA. 2023. The Influence of Occupational Health and Safety on Employee Performance at the Kondosapata Regional General Hospital, Mamasa Regency. Thesis Management Study Program STIM-LPI Makassar (supervised by Dr. Milka Pasulu, S.E., M.Si and Mrs. Jumaidah, S.Sos., M.Sc). The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on the performance of employees at Kondosapata' Regional General Hospital, Mamasa Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach, which includes descriptive and inferential aspects. The sample consists of 80 employees, selected by the saturated sample method. The main data was collected through a questionnaire filled out by respondents at the Kondosapata Regional General Hospital. The analysis of the results includes a number of techniques, such as validity testing, reliability testing, hypothesis testing (T test and F test), the coefficients of determination, and the application of linear multiple tests which are carried out by utilizing SPSS version 23.0 software. The results of the analysis reveal that Occupational Health and Safety (K3) factors have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in hospitals.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of HR management at PT Freight Express Surabaya Makassar Branch. This research uses qualitative research by looking at the role of human resource management at PT Freight Express Surabaya Makassar Branch. And for data analysis used, namely reviewing the data, reducing the data, compiling the reduced data, presenting the data and checking the validity of the data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the role of HR Management in improving employee performance is to direct and control all employees so that they are effective in carrying out work by evaluating employee performance and ensuring that each employee carries out the duties and responsibilities according to their job and the management carries out job training to improve skills and performance assessment in human resource procurement. The efforts that have had a positive impact on employees that have been carried out by management are fulfilling employee rights by providing compensation and job training to improve skills and increase career paths as well as providing performance targets for each employee.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the teacher's role in motivating to improve the quality of UPTD-based student learning at the 71 Barru State Elementary School (SD). Barru Regency, South Sulawesi. This research method uses qualitative with a purposive sampling technique based on needs with a sample of 10 teachers. The research design was carried out based on the Creswell 1996 setting. The results obtained are that the role of the teacher is an important role in improving teaching and guiding if teaching is processing people to become smart, intelligent, clever. Guiding means activities that require students to develop in providing an environment and direction that is in accordance with educational goals. Motivation as a teacher is important because improving the quality of education is a requirement to accelerate the realization of a democratic society. And the quality of student learning is important in improving student achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the performance of Tongkonan has an impact on tourists' interest in revisiting Tana Toraja. The population of this study was all visitors who visited Tana Toraja. While the sampling method used is to use the slovin method so that the number of samples obtained is 399 people. By using data collection methods using questionnaires and observations. The effect of job appraisal and compensation on employee performance at the airport rescue and fire fighting (ARFF) unit of PT Angkasa Pura I International Airport Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. Thesis study programme of management science at STIM LPI Makassar (supervised by Dr Andi Nuryadin, S.E M.Si. and Jumaidah, S.Sos., M.Si.). This study aims to determine the effect of job appraisal and compensation on employee performance at the airport rescue and fire fighting (ARFF) unit of Angkasa Pura I International Airport Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. The method used in this research using quantitative, quantitative method using primary data with a Likert measuring scale. Population 83 people. Sample 83 people using saturated samples. The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect of work appraisal and compensation on performance. on performance From the results of the study, conclusions can be drawn about the of the research conducted. Basically, employee performance always shows the process and results of the employee's work efforts. Work efforts that are born from the responsibilities of employees are carried out, but performance appraisal has a better impact than compensation or compensation. performance that has a better impact than compensation or in other words, employees in the ARFF PT. in other words, employees in ARFF PT Angkasa Pura I Makassar Branch.

Abstract

Ayu Ashari, in 2024 Implementation of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office, Management Study Program Thesis at the Indonesian Educational Institution College of Management Science (STIM-LPI) Makassar. Supervised by Dr. Andi Irwan, S.E., M.Si. and Jumaidah, S. Sos., M. Si. This research aims to determine the implementation of work discipline on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 55 employees who were sampled using a sampling technique, namely the sloving technique, where the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis used in this research is a simple linear regression test. The results of partial testing of work discipline variables on employee performance have a significant influence on employee performance as proven based on partial test results with a significant value of f 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine The Effect Of Work-Life Balance On Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Ide Kreasi Warna, a company engaged in the sales of paint and building materials. The research method involved 48 respondents grouped based on demographic characteristics such as age, gender, and education level. Linear regression analysis results showed a positive relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction, with a positive regression coefficient, indicating that a one-point increase in work-life balance would increase job satisfaction by 61.9%. The partial significance test (t-test) confirmed that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with t_calculated (9.438) greater than t_table (1.679) and a significance value (0.00) less than 0.005. The determination coefficient shows that 75.7% of the variation in job satisfaction is influenced by work-life balance. This conclusion suggests that a good work-life balance can enhance employee job satisfaction. To improve work-life balance, the company is advised to implement programs such as family gathering events. Future research is expected to explore other factors affecting job satisfaction beyond work-life balance, given that 25.3% of the variance may still be influenced by other variables.
