Abstract

ABSTRACT  This studyaimed toanalyzethe role ofGDPPlantationsub-sector to economic growthin BolaangMongondow. Data collection is donefor 3months fromJanuary toMarch 2015. The data usedin this research issecondary data, the datais takenfrom relevant agencies that is; The Central Statistics Agency Bolaang Mongondow, BAPPEDA Bolaang Mongondow Regency, Department of Agriculture and Livestockin BolaangMongondow, and Department of Forestry and Plantationin BolaangMongondow. The results showed thatContributions GNP Plantation Sub-Sector to economic growth in Bolaang Mongondow is accelerating as shown by the economic growth of GNP on the constant prices in figures 2014, where in 2013 reach 6,84 % from the previous year to reach  6,49 %. Plantation sub-sector ia a sector base value of Location Quotient (LQ) average of 1,10 can move the economy in Bolaang Mongondow.  Keywords : GNP, Plantation Sub-Sector, Economic growth

Abstract

Peningkatan ketahanan pangan memerlukan strategi diversifikasi pangan yang mengandalkan sumber daya lokal seperti pisang kepok (Musa acuminata balbisiana colla). Pisang kepok memiliki kandungan gizi yang tinggi, namun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas pada produk olahan tradisional. Dalam artikel ini, dianalisis peranan penyuluhan dalam mengembangkan beragam produk olahan pisang kepok guna meningkatkan nilai tambah dan mendukung kesejahteraan komunitas. Berdasarkan metode perbandingan dari sejumlah studi di Indonesia, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan memainkan peran krusial dalam memberikan pengetahuan mengenai teknik pengolahan, standar kualitas, serta taktik pemasaran yang efektif. Melalui diversifikasi produk seperti keripik pisang, tepung kulit pisang dan olahan jantung pisang, mampu memberikan nilai ekonomi yang lebih tinggi serta membuka peluang pasar yang luas. Aktivitas pelatihan yang melibatkan kelompok wanita petani juga terbukti mampu mendukung ketahanan pangan rumah tangga dengan menciptakan sumber pendapatan tambahan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan program penyuluhan yang menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan guna mengoptimalkan potensi pisang kepok sebagai salah satu alternatif diversifikasi pangan yang signifikan bagi Indonesia.

Abstract

The media industry requires effective coordination and a supportive work environment to achieve organizational goals. However, internal communication and workplace conditions are often not optimal, affecting employee satisfaction. This study examines the effects of internal communication and the work environment on employee job satisfaction, with work motivation as a mediating variable. A quantitative causal approach was employed using an online questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Media Televisi Indonesia. From a population of 716 employees, 190 respondents were selected through disproportionate stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed to examine the direct and indirect relationships among the variables. The findings indicate that internal communication and the work environment have positive and significant effects on work motivation. Work motivation and the work environment also positively influence employee job satisfaction. Moreover, work motivation significantly mediates the relationship between internal communication and job satisfaction, suggesting that effective communication enhances satisfaction by increasing motivation. Overall, improving open communication, creating a supportive work environment, and strengthening employee motivation are essential strategies for enhancing job satisfaction, employee engagement, and long-term organizational effectiveness in the media industry.
