Abstract

An energy audit is a work that aims to identify energy consumption in buildings that have been built so that they can find opportunities for energy savings in these buildings and buildings and improve energy efficiency and conservation in these buildings. The Electrical Engineering Building is one of the buildings at Diponegoro University that has been built for a long time, and to find out the savings opportunities in the building, an energy audit is needed. The energy audit was carried out during the pandemic era where lectures were still being held online and hybrid. Based on the results of the energy audit that has been carried out, it was found that the Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) in the Electrical Engineering Building in 2021 was 8.59 while in 2022 it was 12.61. This is still in the efficient category according to Regulation of the Minister of energy and mineral resources No. 13/2012. Opportunities for savings can be implemented starting from no cost, low cost, to high cost to increase the efficiency of energy use in the Diponegoro University Electrical Engineering Building, so that energy use can be very efficient.

Abstract

Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance in induction motor 3 phase is one of the equipment that is highly used to support the various processes. In general, induction motors are used to rotate pumps, blowers or compressors. Maintenance is a combination of various action taken to maintain an asset and repairs that is always in a ready to use condition to carry out productivity effectively and efficiently in accordance with standards. To improve the performance of the generator in the PLTU, and maintain the working performance of the motor routine maintenance needs to be carried out. Motor maintenance is one of the most important things to increase the reliability of the production process in an industry. In various industrial activities which are full of exciting processes, motor motors are one of the equipment or tools that are highly used to support these various processes. In large industries, induction motor, are the main control for driving other equipment.

Abstract

Sistem distribusi merupakan bagian dari sistem tenaga listrik yang berfungsi menyalurkan energi listrik ke konsumen. Penggunaan energi listrik akan terus berkembang dan hal ini mengharuskan adanya perkembangan jaringan distribusi, sehingga kerja dari sistem proteksi membutuhkan keandalan dalam menjaga peralatan penyaluran dari gangguan diantaranya gangguan hubung singkat. Oleh karena itu untuk meminimalisir gangguan tersebut diperlukan sistem proteksi yang memenuhi persyaratan sensitifitas, keandalan, selektifitas dan kecepatan, yang semuanya tergantung pada ketepatan dalam setting peralatan proteksinya. Salah satu peralatan proteksi yang digunakan adalah relai arus lebih (OCR) dan relai hubung tanah (GFR),yaitu relai yang berfungsi mengistruksikan PMT untuk membuka sehingga gangguan pada jaringan yang terganggu dapat dipisahkan dari sistem pendistribusian tenaga listrik. Pada penulisan penelitian ini akan dibahas evaluasi antara setting OCR dan GFR BWN 02 dan BWN 09 pada Gardu Induk Bawen. Hasil perbandingan setting koordinasi proteksi perhitungan dengan simulasi, menunjukkan bahwa setting koordinasi proteksi perhitungan dapat bekerja dengan baik dibanding dengan simulasi yang terpasang di Gardu Induk Bawen. Hasil perhitungan dari setting OCR pada sisi incoming di dapat nilai TMS = 0,151, sedangkan setting OCR pada sisi outgoing didapat nilai TMS = 0,127. Penyetelan GFR pada sisi incoming di dapat nilai TMS = 0,345, sedangkan setting GFR pada sisi outgoing didapat nilai TMS = 0,172. Koordinasi antar relay pada perhitungan sudah sesuai dengan standart IEC 60255 dengan granding time 0,3-0,5 detik.
