Abstract

The Influence of Training Instructors, Training Participants, Training Materials, Training Methods, and Training Objectives on Employee Performance at PT. Sejahtera Inti Muda Bekasi. The software used to process and analyze the research data is SPSS version 23.0. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of training instructors on employee performance. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of training participants on employee performance. (3) There is no influence of training materials on employee performance. (4) There is a positive and significant influence of training methods on employee performance. (5) There is no influence of training objectives on employee performance. (6) There is a positive and significant influence of training instructors, participants, materials, methods, and objectives on the employee performance variable.

Abstract

Imusasi merupakan salah satu cara mencegah penyakit infeksi yang dapat mengakibatkan kematian bayi. Pada Tahun 2019 a World Health Organization (WHO) melaporkan bahwa 5,2 juta kematian yang diduga akibat penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi. Sedangkan cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap di Kabupaten Bangkalan sangat rendah terutam di Tingkat desa. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan persepsi positif Masyarakat terhadap imunisasi. Pelaksanaan edukasi dilakukan pada tanggal 20 November 2024, peserta sebanyak 30 Orang di Desa Tunjung wilayah kerja Puskesmas Burneh Kabupaten Bangkalan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, yang diawali dengan pre-tes dan evaluasi perubahan pengetahuan dan persepsi dengan post-tes. Hasil kegitan menunjukkan bahwa persiapan kegiatan berjalan dengan baik, proses kegiatan lancar yang dukungan oleh pemerintah dan petugas kesehatan setempat. Hasil evaluasi setelah kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan menunukkan hasil bahwa ada perubahan pengetahuan dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap imunisasi. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang imunisasi sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk memperkenankan anaknya untuk diimunisasi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of the Sawarna Tourism Village in 2002–2020. The method used is the historical method, including heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results showed that Sawarna Village is located in Bayah District, Lebak Banten Regency, Sawarna Tourism Village has various potentials including nature tourism (maritime tourism and caves), cultural tourism (cultural arts, arts and crafts, pilgrimage tourism, Bubu Sawarna tourism and Sawarna harvest festival), and artificial tours (Sawarna best festival, Sawarna beach festival). Sawarna Tourism Village was initiated by Erwin Komarasukma since 1990, in 1999 Sawarna's potential was further explored, until 2002 Sawarna was made a tourist guided village. In 2014 there was a Village Head's decision regarding the inauguration of the Sawarna Tourism Village (Dwiwarna). The development of Sawarna Village cannot be separated from the role of the government and the people of Sawarna Tourism Village. Sawarna Tourism Village has social and cultural impacts, social impacts including (population structure, livelihood transformation, family modernization and value transformation), cultural impacts include giving birth to community or groups that concentrate on developing their traditional culture, one of which is the Dwiwarna studio in the Sawarna tourist village. Abstract

This aim of this study was to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity on company value through dividend policy. The objects examined in this study is company listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the period 2014-2018.This type of research is quantitative research. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population in this study is company listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index during 2014-2018..The results showed that partially profitability and liquidity had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy cannot mediate the relationship between profitability and firm value. Dividend policies can mediate the relationship between liquidity and firm value.
