Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti dan mendapatkan bukti empiris, apakah sumber-sumber stres kerja, yaitu dimensi desain pekerjaan, karakteristik individu, kelompok kerja dan struktur organisasi secara serentak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Banda Aceh serta untuk mengetahui apakah desain pekerjaan merupakan sumber sires kerja yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Banda Aceh. Ruang Lingkup penelitian ini adalah stres kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan penelitian ini bersifat inferensial yaitu penelitian yang bermaksud mengungkapkan suatu masalah, keadaan ataupun peristiwa dengan memberikan penilaian secara menyeluruh, luas dan mendalam dari sudut ilmu yang relevan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 43 orang dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sensus sehingga jumlah sampel akhir menjadi 43 orang atau mengikutsertakan seluruh populasi dalam penelitian sebagai sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian masih ada faktor lain diluar penelitian yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Banda Aceh seperti adanya perbedaan tingkat pendidikan karyawan, promosi jabatan maupun tingkat kesejahteraan. Kata kunci: Shopaholic, Stimuli Lingkungan, Faktor Sosial, Emosi Positif  Abstract. Bank Syariah Aceh Banda Aceh Branch totaled 43 and sampling was conducted by census so that the amount of the final sample to 43 people or involve the entire population in the study as the study sample. According to the research there are other factors beyond the research which may affect the employee's productivity PT. Abstract

The specific objectives of this research are; 1) To find out the development of production, working capital, labor, sales volume, wage level, selling price, material costs, and profits of brick industry business actors, 2) To determine the feasibility of brick business in Banda Aceh City, and 3) To analyze strategic flexibility in the development of the brick refinery business after the COVID-19 pandemic. Descriptive and quantitative analysis was used to analyze the data, with direct observation of a research object in order to determine the condition of the business location and the characteristics of the brick business in Banda Aceh City. In order to determine whether or not the business was feasible, the business was carried out using BCR analysis calculations. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the development of the brick refinery business is known. The results of data analysis regarding the amount of production, labor, working capital, sales volume, wages, selling prices, raw material costs, and business profits of the brick refinery have increased every year. In contrast, in 2020-2021 there will be a decline caused by declining demand and high raw materials for brick processing. The results of the calculation of business feasibility in terms of Capital and Revenue using the BCR formula show that the capital and revenue variables have a positive effect on the feasibility of the 2017 to 2019 Brick Refinery Business or in other words that the Brick Refinery Business does not lose. It was reversed in 2020-2021 where the brick business decreased in demand but the stock became large and no significant losses were found. However, the bricks business revenue has decreased. The brick refinery business seen from the marketing aspect experienced positive developments in 2017-2019, this can be seen from the number of requests that always increase every year. It is different in 2020-2021 where the development from the marketing aspect is low, due to the pandemic and reduced development in Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of achievement motivation on participation in the decision-making process, assessment of work environment, and job satisfaction of Free Trade Area Concession Service and Sabang Freeport employees. Respondents were 56 facility employees selected through a rapid sampling sample. Data collection was performed using questionnaires and data were analyzed using multiple statistical linear regression tools. The study found that decision-making involvement, work environment ratings, and achievement motivations had a positive impact on job satisfaction among Sabang Free Trade Zone and Freeport Concession Authority employees. Motivation to achieve has the greatest impact on employee job satisfaction, followed by evaluation of the work environment. Statistical test results show that the values ​​of F count > F table and T count > T table can be simultaneously and partially interpreted as participation in decision-making and evaluation of the working environment of Sabang Free Trade Zone employees. I'm here. and the Freeport Concession Office. Therefore, hypothesis Ha is accepted and hypothesis Ho is rejected. Abstract

Attitudes play an important role in making marketing decisions and there is a tendency to consider attitudes as the most important factor in predicting future behavior and can help companies predict product demand. Products and develop appropriate marketing programs a person's attitude toward product attributes may vary depending on beliefs and evaluations about product attributes in addition, there are other factors that also influence and will ultimately determine their interest in purchasing the product. Explore and analyze consumer attitudes toward the attributes and prices of Toyota and Honda branded automotive products to explore and analyze differences in consumer attitudes toward the attributes and prices of Toyota and Honda branded automobile products to obtain information and data for this research, the author conducted field research, specifically research on buyers/users of passenger cars), Toyota brand cars and passenger cars. Honda brand car the research object is the difference in consumer attitudes in deciding to buy Toyota brand cars and Honda brand cars in Banda Aceh city. Research results  show that there is no significant difference in consumers' attitudes towards buying  Honda  or  Toyota cars as shown by the Sig value t for all attitude attributes towards the studied car products are >  α = 0.05 (The test results  show that on average, the two research groups  have similar attitudes towards buying cars Honda or Toyota brands) Attitude of consumers using Honda and Toyota cars Toyota considers the attributes of color, style, engine performance, after-sales service, engine and warranty the main consideration is most evident in the price attribute. in other words, the attribute used as a variable has overall positive attributes, but the price attribute has the highest positive attitude value compared to other attributes, for both Honda brand cars and Toyota brand.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether product, price, promotion, location and lifestyle variables influence the frequency of consumer visits to the Pizza Hut fast food restaurant in Banda Aceh and which variables are the most dominant in influencing the frequency of consumer visits. The research respondents were 80 consumers taken using convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to each respondent. Furthermore, the data analysis equipment used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that product, price, promotion, location and lifestyle factors have a positive influence on the frequency of visits by consumers of Pizza Hut fast food restaurants in Banda Aceh. The factor that has the greatest influence on the frequency of consumer visits is the product factor. The relationship between product, price, promotion, location and lifestyle factors and the frequency of visits is not close. Statistical testing shows that simultaneously the five factors (product, price, promotion, location and lifestyle) have a significant effect on the frequency of visits by consumers of Pizza Hut fast food in Banda Aceh. Meanwhile, partially only product factors have a significant influence. On the other hand, price, promotion, location and lifestyle factors do not partially have a significant effect. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that the frequency of consumer visits to the fast food restaurant Pizza Hut Banda Aceh is influenced by product, price, promotion, location and lifestyle factors. However, the factor that has the most dominant influence on visit frequency is only the product factor.

Abstract

Scarlett is a brand originating from Indonesia, produced by PT. Opto Lumbung Sejahtera was founded at the end of 2017. Scarlett products are in first position, as the best-selling products in 2021. To increase sales and improve the company's brand image, Scarlett recently used a new Brand Ambassador to market its products. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Consumer Behavior and Price on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products. This research uses a questionnaire distributed via Google Form online and offline. The object of this research is the influence of Brand Image, Consumer Behavior and Price on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products made by consumers or users of Scarlett products. Based on the research results, it shows that brand image (X1), consumer behavior (X2) and price (X3) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products. This is evident from the significance value of the F test, namely 0.000 < 0.05. So from these results it can be concluded that the hypothesis which states that brand image, consumer behavior and price influence the decision to purchase Scarlett products is accepted.

Abstract

The integration of digital innovation in the plastic recycling industry has become a strategic step to enhance efficiency, transparency, and competitiveness amid complex waste management challenges. This study employs a literature review approach to examine the potential implementation of digital technologies, including cloud-based financial systems, real-time logistics tracking, and e-wallet applications, to support financial management and distribution processes in the recycling sector. The findings indicate that digitalization has the potential to reduce operational costs by up to 25%, expedite financial reporting, and enhance investor confidence. Nevertheless, challenges persist, including inadequate digital literacy, deficient infrastructure, and resistance to change. The strategic recommendations encompass the provision of fiscal incentives, the implementation of continuous technical training, and the development of data-driven financing ecosystems. Digitalization has the potential to transform the plastic recycling industry by facilitating the transition to a more professional, inclusive, and sustainable system. This transition can be facilitated by collaborative support from government entities, industry leaders, fintech companies, and research institutions.
