Abstract

Cases of stunting in Indonesia must be addressed immediately because the long-term impact of stunting can affect the quality of human resources in the future. One of the factors that will make a country successful can be seen in the quality of its human resources. According to the Ministry of Health, the results of the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) state that the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia has decreased from 24.4% in 2021 to 21.6% in 2022. This shows that a decrease of 2.8% is still far from expectations and will drop by 14% in 2024. To prevent stunting, one must have the community's ability to know what can cause stunting in their children. So that with the community's ability to restrain, it is hoped that it can prevent stunting in children. This PKM activity provides counselling about stunting in Lingga Village, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan, hoping the community will understand more about restraining to prevent it rather than treat it. The PKM FISIP UNTAN team collaborated with a resource person from ITEKES Muhammadiyah so that the community could immediately get stunting material from the experts. It is hoped that the PKM participants who attend can work together to prevent stunting in children in their area.

Abstract

Technology is something that is needed by humans today, through technology, various human jobs can be completed easily and quickly. Technology has been utilized by various fields. One of them is the field of education, especially higher education which is closely related to writing scientific papers. Therefore, every tertiary institution requires lecturers and students to produce quality scientific papers that are free of plagiarism. One effort to prevent plagiarism in writing scientific papers is through the use of Mendeley's application, which is a form of technology that makes it easier for lecturers and students to do citations and manage references. However, there are still many lecturers and students who are not proficient in using the Mendeley application. For this reason, through this community service activity which is carried out in the form of a webinar using a zoom meeting, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of scientific writing by lecturers and students through the use of the Mendeley application, so as to prevent plagiarism.

Abstract

This thesis examines the effectiveness of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in Pontianak City. The research seeks to analyze how effective OSS supports business licensing services at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (IOSISA) of Pontianak City. OSS represents a government-led digital innovation designed to streamline licensing procedures, particularly following the enactment of Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 on Risk-Based Licensing. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, drawing on Duncan’s theory of effectiveness, which encompasses three dimensions: Goal Achievement, Integration, and Adaptation. The findings indicate that, in terms of goal achievement, OSS has expedited the issuance of low-risk business licenses and enhanced the legal standing of business actors, although challenges remain in users’ comprehension of the system and in the length of time required for verifying medium-to high-risk licenses. With respect to integration, the system offers more structured procedures; however, socialization efforts have not been evenly distributed, and updates from the central system are often poorly communicated. In terms of adaptation, IOSISA has demonstrated a relatively responsive approach, supported by adequate infrastructure, despite occasional technical disruptions. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on assessing the effectiveness of OSS in the local context of Pontianak City, an area that has received little scholarly attention. As such, the study provides valuable insights and practical recommendations for improving business licensing services at the regional level.
