<![CDATA[The people trust the government to regulate the country. They hope that they will get prosper. The Government must always build this attitude of mutual trust at all times. The country will be divided and chaotic if the government breaks this trust. Reports in the media about corruption cases committed by State Officials are increasing. The increase in corruption cases committed by public officials is a slap. It shows that the state has unscrupulous bureaucrats. The ethics of every public official is an important factor in realizing good government. This study aims to determine whether the ethics of public officials can strengthen personal behavior by realizing a good government, especially in overcoming corruption. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach, by conducting a descriptive analysis through a study of the collected literature. The results of the study show that the role of ethics is very important in forming bureaucrats that are free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism, and also to strengthen good governance.]]>

<![CDATA[Cases of stunting in Indonesia must be addressed immediately because the long-term impact of stunting can affect the quality of human resources in the future. One of the factors that will make a country successful can be seen in the quality of its human resources. According to the Ministry of Health, the results of the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) state that the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia has decreased from 24.4% in 2021 to 21.6% in 2022. This shows that a decrease of 2.8% is still far from expectations and will drop by 14% in 2024. To prevent stunting, one must have the community's ability to know what can cause stunting in their children. So that with the community's ability to restrain, it is hoped that it can prevent stunting in children. This PKM activity provides counselling about stunting in Lingga Village, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan, hoping the community will understand more about restraining to prevent it rather than treat it. The PKM FISIP UNTAN team collaborated with a resource person from ITEKES Muhammadiyah so that the community could immediately get stunting material from the experts. It is hoped that the PKM participants who attend can work together to prevent stunting in children in their area.]]>

<![CDATA[Libraries have a very strategic role for the progress of a nation. The image of a library in everyone's mind must be a book. As this book is a window of knowledge. Sometimes people feel lazy to come to the library because there is no time, but with the sophistication of technology now, the library can simply be enjoyed in the grasp of everyone's smartphone. The downside now is that many books are not available in the library, which is a boomerang for people to enjoy. They rely more on Google to get the information they want to know. West Kalimantan is the third largest region in Indonesia. People in West Kalimantan still do not have a penchant for reading books, as there are still few who visit regional libraries. Based on the Human Development Index (HDI), West Kalimantan continues to increase every year but is still in the medium category. The method used in this research is using Qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and determining informants for more in-depth results. The result of this research is that the West Kalimantan Regional Library has tried to develop services that facilitate administration. Starting from website development and application launching. It turns out that the implementation in the field is still constrained by the existing budget, there is still no funding to make improvements and application development. Apart from looking at administrative services, the government must revive libraries so that they can contribute to human civilisation in the country. Learning from the glory of the Baitul Hikmah library in its time, the book isa follows and adjusts what is their material to improve its human resources, as well as the ideals of a library established.]]>

<![CDATA[Sexual violence and bullying were projected to increase significantly in 2023, particularly within school environments. This PKM initiative was conducted at SDN 28 Sungai Kakap, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency. The aim of this activity is to educate students about bullying behavior and sexual violence, as well as the psychological impacts caused by these behaviors. The activity utilized a lecture method accompanied by video and song media to facilitate understanding for children. The results of this PKM activity have shown a positive impact on students' knowledge about bullying behavior and sexual violence. Students were becoming increasingly aware of the negative impacts of these behaviors, aided by the media presented by the resource person in the form of videos and songs. Additionally, to motivate students and spread awareness to stop bullying behavior and sexual violence, the committee provided several prize packages.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is a country of law, every offense must have a penalty and is reinforced by the regulations listed in the law. Crime cases in West Kalimantan, especially in Pontianak in 2023, are the second largest case. Of these cases, one of them is from the police. It was unexpected and surprising and many media reported it. One of the duties of the police to maintain the security of the community, on the contrary, makes the community restless and distrustful of the police. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data from relevant sources. The results of the analysis show that cases of child abuse committed by unscrupulous police officers are behaviors that deviate from the police code of ethics. The ethics built in the police are not optimal in the police because with their authority they can take unethical actions. In restoring police confidence in the hearts of the community, the police carry out activities that are closer to the community and carry out tighter supervision within each police officer The Polresta Party provides penalties that make others not follow in the footsteps of these violations. One suggestion from the researcher is to emphasize faith in each police officer to devote to the state and protect the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Stunting berkaitan dengan kesehatan yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi terutama terjadi pada anak usia balita. Berdasarkan data Kementerian Kesehatan tahun 2020, prevalensi stunting di Indonesia menempati wilayah yang masih tinggi yaitu sekitar 27,7% pada usia anak balita. Wilayah Kalimantan Barat khususnya di Pontianak berdasarkan Survei Gizi Indonesia (SGI) angka stunting setiap tahun mengalami penurunan yang signifikan tercatat tahun 2021 sebesar 24,4 % dan pada tahun 2022 diangka 19,7 %. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kesehatan dalam menangani stunting di Kota Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan arahan Kementerian Kesehatan dalam menangani stunting, maka Dinas Kesehatan Pontianak melakukan strateginya menggunakan intervensi spesifik dan sensitif. Dalam melakukan intervensi spesifik ditujukan langsung pada sasarannya yang penting yaitu pada ibu hamil, bayi, balita, remaja putri, dan calon pengantin. Sedangkan pada intervensi sensitif diarahkan kepada keluarga dan lingkungan. Dari dua intervensi tersebut, porsinya lebih banyak dengan penanganan intervensi sensitif. Support dari keluarga dan lingkungan itu sangat penting dalam menangani stunting. Mulai dari manusia lahir sampai tumbuh dewasa memerlukan manusia lainnya, karena manusia bersifat sosial tidak bisa hidup sendirian perlu dukungan orang lain.]]>

<![CDATA[Kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor baik yang berhubungan dengan tenaga kerja itu sendiri maupun yang berhubungan dengan lingkungan kerja instansi tersebut. Banyak isu yang beredar baik melalui media maupun elektronik tentang kinerja PNS, salah satunya adalah kinerja PNS yang berada di Kantor Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh disiplin, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Tembalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Teknik pemilihan responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh/ sensus dan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan metode regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian memberikan bukti empiris bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan disiplin, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Tembalang. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian ini agar kinerja pegawai semakin baik adalah meningkatkan pemahaman pegawai terhadap tugas dan tanggungjawab pekerjaan dibutuhkan pengarahan secara rutin kepada pegawai menyangkut tupoksi agar hasil pekerjaan bisa sesuai yang diharapkan oleh pemimpin dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi.]]>

<![CDATA[Over the past four years up to 2024, the Human Development Index (HDI) of Pontianak City has shown consistent improvement, indicating the local government's commitment to enhancing public welfare. Despite this progress, child abuse remains a serious concern, with 56 reported cases including psychological abuse and sexual violence in 2024 alone. This study aims to examine how the organizational culture within the Regional Child Protection Commission (KPAD) of Pontianak contributes to child protection efforts. A qualitative research method was employed to explore the dynamics of organizational culture and practices within KPAD. The findings indicate that KPAD maintains a flexible organizational culture to stay responsive to public complaints around the clock. Commissioner recruitment is conducted transparently through official website announcements to ensure the selection of qualified candidates. The organization upholds core values of independence, accountability, professionalism, and partnership. The study concludes that while KPAD has laid a strong foundation, further efforts are needed to strengthen communication with victims' families, expand public education campaigns, implement structured monitoring mechanisms, and regularly evaluate service quality to foster public trust and encourage transparent reporting.]]>

<![CDATA[Tumbuh kembang anak selalu menjadi perhatian bagi orang tuanya. Ketika memasuki dunia remaja, lingkungan memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap karakter anak. Salah satunya yaitu di lingkungan sekolah, jadi perlu ada kerjasama antara sekolah dengan orang tua. Hasil yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah (1) Tumbuhnya sikap percaya diri untuk melakukan sesuatu yang bermanfaat dan tidak merugikan diri sendiri dan orang lain. Anak Remaja berani menolak melakukan tawuran alias anti tawuran. Serta sebelum melakukan sesuatu harus bisa mengilmuinya dulu untuk menimbang itu baik atau buruk (2) Terwujudnya institusi pendidikan yakni lingkungan Sekolah Menengah Pertama yang aman dan menyenangkan dalam tempat belajar sebagai proses mencari jati diri bagi anak remaja. Dengan anak remaja yang semangat dalam menuntut ilmu itu podensi kuat negara ini memiliki generasi yang kuat akarnya. Adapun metode yang akan digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah edukasi dalam bentuk sosialisasi kepada pelajar dalam hal ini murid-murid Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP).]]>

<![CDATA[In realizing the improvement of the welfare of Civil Servants (PNS) as state officials and public servants who have the potential to greatly determine the smooth implementation of development, the government has established a system that can protect Civil Servants and improve the welfare of Civil Servants and their families. Namely with the issuance of PP. No. 10 of 1963 concerning Savings and Insurance for Civil Servants and pensions to guarantee and improve the welfare of Civil Servants in their old age. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, so data analysis is carried out systematically, examining the problems under study, regulations, or programs that are related to the material and also using interviews and observations or observations by first making interview guidelines. The results of this research show that the Quality of Administration Services for Civil Servant Pension Payments PT. TASPEN (Persero) Pontianak Branch Office to participants and recipients TASPEN has been running well.]]>
