Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of PAI learning, parenting parents, and school religiosity culture has on the discipline of worship. The research method used in this research is a quantitative survey and correlational method. The population was taken from two accredited A schools, namely SMPIT Hayatan Thayyibah and SMPITQ Al-Fath Sukabumi City. As a representative sample of students studied were 426 classes VIII and XI with a research sample of 100 respondents. Data collection was taken using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence on PAI learning, parenting parents, and school religiosity culture on religious discipline with a coefficient of determination (ry123²) of 0.642. So the increase in the discipline of worship is the result of a process from the PAI learning variables, parenting styles and school religiosity culture. Abstract

There are so many ineffective school managements. This is due to ineffective head leadership, poor teacher performance or less organized administrative services. Therefore, it is necessary to know the relationship between the principal's leadership, teacher performance and administrative services to the effectiveness of school management. This study aims to determine the relationship between principal leadership, teacher performance and administrative services to the effectiveness of school management. The sample of this study was 50 teachers. Sampling for principals and administrative employees using stratified random disproportionate techniques and sampling for teachers using purposive sampling techniques. This research uses quantitative methods with measuring instruments in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis was performed with a multivariate correlation test (double correlation). The results obtained in this study show a relationship between the principal's leadership, teacher performance, and administrative services to the effectiveness of schools in MTs. Abstract

Philosophy learning has a strategic role in shaping students' critical, reflective, and rational thinking skills. However, the main challenge faced in this learning process is to determine assessment and evaluation methods that are in accordance with the character of philosophy that are abstract and argumentative. This study aims to describe the method, assessment, and evaluation of philosophy learning based on the results of an in-depth interview with STISIP lecturer Syamsul Ulum. The research approach used is qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, so that a comprehensive picture of philosophy learning practices in higher education is obtained. The results of the study show that discussion methods, case studies, and critical reflection are the most effective approaches in improving the quality of philosophy learning. The assessment is more focused on the student's thinking process, not solely on the final result, while the evaluation is directed at changing the way of thinking and the intellectual maturity of the students. These findings confirm that philosophy learning is not only oriented towards mastery of the material, but also on the formation of a critical, reflective, and ethical mindset that is an important provision for students in dealing with the complexities of academic and social life. Thus, philosophy learning plays a role as a means of intellectual development as well as student morals.
