Abstract

Convulsion fever is a convulsion that occur on the rise (temperature above 380 C). Convulsion fever experienced by many children that usually occurs in early child fever would seem  strange for a while , then stiff, convulsive and rolled her eyes. Families, especially mother whose knowledge is less generally indicates  the attitude of panic  or consider their children possessed. The purpose of this research was to know the relationsof mother’s knowledge about convulsion fever with mother’s attitude to intervention convulsion fever in child age under five years.The research design used cross sectional. With samples amount to 44 respondents who fulfilled the criteria of incuslion and exclusion. Intake of sample used technique of simple random sampling.Base on the research results obtained that most of mothers have good knowledge that is amount to 19 respondents  (43,2%) and mother’s attitude to intervention convulsion fever at child that positive amount to 24 respondents (54,5%). Based on the test result of Correlaton Coefficiente Contingency obtained significant value of  0.000 < 0,05 , which means ho wes rejected. This means that there was relation of mother’s  knowledge about convulsion fever with mother’s attitude to intervention convulsion fever in child age under five years with strong category.Mother’s knowledge about convulsion fever, increase the knowledge, information, supervise and pay attention to its chid age under five years if happened continuous fever, those were things that must be paid attention by the mothers, so mothers did not panic and know how to behave in case of colfusions fever in child age under five years. Keywords: Knowledge, mother, attitude, convulsion fever, child age under five years

Abstract

The quality of midwifery services has three main components: patient care, technical quality, and customer quality. Service quality refers to non-healthcare aspects of care and reflects the patient's experience with the healthcare system, including the relationship between the client and the provider and the standard of facilities. Service satisfaction is now a usual way to check how good healthcare is. This study looked at how midwifery services at the Jeruk Community Health Center in Pacitan Regency affected how satisfied patients were. The study used a cross-sectional method to look at the data. It took place at the Jeruk Community Health Center in Pacitan Regency in January 2024. A total of 125 people got a 3-month injection. From these, 54 were chosen as participants through simple random sampling. Information was collected using a questionnaire. The data was analyzed using a chi-square test. The results showed Midwifery services on patient satisfaction are an indicator of the Community Health Center's success in providing services. Therefore, the performance of both health workers and other supporting staff needs to be maintained and further improved to improve health services at the Jeruk Community Health Center in Pacitan Regency.
