Abstract

Heightened competition is going on between universities both domestically and abroad, in the end each of the universities compete to provide maximum service in accordance with the needs of its customers, the customer in question here are students, the University of Batanghari as service providers Education regard, it is necessary to think about student satisfaction, because the presence of satisfaction or dissatisfaction that occurs can be used as a benchmark on the success of the University of Batanghari in marketing education. Therefore, it is necessary to study how far the relationship between variables in meeting the needs of students, which in terms of education (teaching) and the Bureau of Academic Administration.Faculty who made the object of research is the Faculty of Economics, University of Batanghari in the Economic Studies Program Development and Management Program S1. Results showed variable master lecturer with good teaching material having a high mean value in the Faculty of Economics. There are differences in the variable lecturers present at every lecture schedule, and curriculum used in accordance with the needs of the world of work have mean values were higher in S1 Management Studies Program Faculty of Economics, University of Batanghari.Key Word: student satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of recruitment and selection on employee performance at the Abadi Suite Hotel Jambi City simultaneously and partially and how much influence recruitment and selection have on employee performance at the Abadi Suite Hotel Jambi City.The object of this analysis is the Hotel Abadi Suite Jambi City. The sample used in this study were 38 employees at the Abadi Suite Hotel, Jambi City. The method used is descriptive analysis method with recruitment and selection independent variables while the dependent variable is employee performance. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple  linear  analysis, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (f test and t test).Based on the calculation results of SPSS version 22, the correlation between the recruitment variable (X1) is 0.468 and the selection variable (X2) is 0.472 on performance (Y), which means that there is a positive influence between recruitment and selection variables on employee performance and there is a strong relationship between the variables independent and the dependent variable is 71.6%.The conclusion of this study shows that recruitment and selection simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, partially recruitment and selection have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of career development and work-life balance on the performance of PT Agung Toyota Jambi City employees. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The research population included all employees of PT Agung Toyota Jambi City, namely 80 people, with a sampling technique using the saturated sample method. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The research results show that simultaneously and partially there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of career development and work-life balance on the performance of PT Agung Toyota Jambi City employees.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the simultaneous influence of motivation and competence on performance at the Jambi City Samsat Office. The method used is descriptive research using survey techniques, with a quantitative analysis approach and using non-parametric statistics. The research sample consisted of 76 respondents. The research results show that motivation and competency factors have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Jambi City Samsat Office. The simultaneous influence of motivation and competence on performance is 35.7%. Motivational factors have the greatest contribution to employee performance at the Jambi City Samsat Office.
