This research aims to determine the application of conventional learning models in improving class XI students' understanding of economics subjects at SMAN 15 Muaro Jambi. The research design that will be carried out in this research is quasi-experimental research with a quantitative approach. The research results show that the application of the Means-Ends Analysis (MEA) learning model has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes in many aspects such as knowledge and skills. This is because MEA is hands-on and builds enthusiasm for learning so that the learning process can be student-centered rather than the role of the teacher

This research aims to determine the influence of the family environment and school environment on learning outcomes in the Economics Subject Class XII IPS at SMAN 11 Tebo Regency. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between the family environment and the school environment simultaneously on student learning outcomes in economics subjects at SMAN 11 Tebo Regency. This is shown by the value of fcount > ftable, namely 3.691 > 2.77. So, this implies that a good family environment will support a stable foundation for students. So the family environment has an important role in shaping student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the existence of a school environment with a conducive atmosphere, good facilities and infrastructure will be able to make students more active in their studies so that their learning outcomes will improve.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of distance learning on student learning outcomes in the Entrepreneurship subject class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City which is contained in the following formulation: (1.) Distance Learning Pictures on Entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City . (2.) Overview of learning outcomes for Entrepreneurship Class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. (3.) The effect of the application of distance learning on student learning outcomes in the subject of Entrepreneurship Class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. In this study, it was considered quite good.This research was conducted using a descriptive survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaires. A total of 109 respondents were taken through the distribution of questionnaires which were determined as samples in this study.The results of the calculations in this study, for Distance Learning obtained TCR of 71.19% with a good category. With learning outcomes that are above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 6.5 as many as 52 students, and below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 6.5 as many as 58 students. From the results of this study, there is a fairly good influence on the implementation of Distance Learning in class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. The aims of this study were (1) to find out the performance of the marketing division of KUD Bukit Manunggal, Sungai Bahar sub-district, and (2) to find out how to apply alternative strategies through SWOT analysis to improve the performance of the marketing division of KUD Bukit Manunggal, Sungai Bahar sub-district. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis technique with a qualitative approach, which consists of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threaths.The results showed that (1) the performance of KUD Bukit Manunggal's marketing division had not been fully implemented optimally. This conclusion is based on the performance of KUD Bukit Manunggal management who are always optimal in selling FFB, but on the other hand, they do not yet have a clear marketing strategy so it can also be said that the marketing division is not carrying out its functions as it should, and (2) There are 3 alternatives strategies that can be applied in developing the marketing division obtained from a combination of Strengths and Opportunities (SO), namely (a) Maximizing the potential for FFB sales by opening RAM under the auspices of KUD. Through the opening of RAM under the auspices of KUD, it is hoped that it will be able to reach a wider membership so that it can increase the effectiveness of KUD Bukit Manunggal's marketing performance, (b) Improve the performance of administrators to reach other villages that do not yet have KUD. By improving the performance of the management through training, the management, especially the marketing department, will be able to develop their performance to reach villages that do not yet have a KUD to join the Bukit Manunggal KUD, and (c) Utilize the independence of the KUD to explore other villages. The KUD's freedom to sell products to any factory that is suitable and easily accessible can be used by the KUD to build trust and gather members from other villages that have not yet joined the KUD.Keywords: KUD Performance Evaluation, Marketing

The study, entitled The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Student Learning Outcomes in Economics Subject Class X Social Sciences at SMAN 3 Jambi City, was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of emotional intelligence on learning outcomes in economic subjects. This research was conducted at SMAN 3 Jambi City which was held in January 2022. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Sampling was done by simple random sampling technique. The sample used was 47 people who were taken randomly, class X IPS 1,2,3 were 90 students, the research instrument used was an emotional intelligence questionnaire, learning outcomes test in the form of grades, interviews, and documentation. Based on of 1.258, it shows that there is no influence of the independent variable (x) on the dependent variable (y). Based on the SPSS output table with the title model summary, it can be determined that the correlation coefficient value of the influence of emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes is 0.184 (R) with (R Square) 0.034 which is determined by the formula KD = 2 x 100% (KD = 0.034 x 100%) to 34%. In this study there is a low level of relationship. In the alternative hypothesis (Ha) proposed rejected and accepted the null hypothesis (Ho) . it means that there is no influence of emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes in economics subjects at SMAN 3 Jambi City. Abstract This study aims to determine: (1) Knowing how the description of the work management system and the success rate of field work practice in the accounting department at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. (2) Knowing how the work management system influences the success rate of field work practice in the accounting department at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through questionnaires (questionnaire) and documentation. Where the population in this study were 146 students with a sample of 106 students. The research instrument test techniques used in this study were validity and reliability tests, while the classical assumption tests used were quantitative descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, simple regression test and partial t test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a description between the implementation of field work practices and work management systems. (2) There is a significant influence between the work management system on field work practices in class XII accounting students at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. This is confirmed by t count> t table, which is 2.019> 1.658. Thus, the implementation of field work practices will be better implemented if the procedures and debriefing carried out by the school are optimized. The implementation of field work practices will be very influential if the process is guided by a good work management system. So, this linkage will have a better impact on the implementation of practical learning. Keywords: Work Management Systems, Street Vendors

This research aims to determine the influence of Jambi Batik in improving the family economy in Jelmu Village, Pelayangan District, Jambi City. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive analysis approach. The research results show the influence of Jambi Batik entrepreneurship in improving the family economy in Jelmu Village by improving production, distribution, marketing and marketing techniques, in the sufficient category.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline on the learning outcomes of class XI students in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The research subjects were students of SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City with a sample of 195 students using simple random sampling. The results of the study showed that the acquisition of the coefficient value B constant = 1.498 stated that if the variable of learning discipline was ignored, then the learning outcomes = 0.009 with a value of t count X = 90.488, so the hypothesis stating that there was a significant influence between learning discipline on the learning outcomes of class XI students in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City in this study was accepted.
