Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor pembangunan yang saat ini sedang dikembangkan oleh pemerintah pusat maupun daerah, sehingga Banyak bermunculan tempat-tempat wisata baru menawarkan pesona keindahan alam ditambah dengan spot-spot instagramble yang menjadi popular dikalangan millenial. Salah satu wilayah di Kabupaten Cianjur yang memiliki daya tarik wisata alam adalah wilayah puncak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden dan  studi kepustakaan. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji simultan, uji parsial, serta Koefisien Determinasi, Model  persamaan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan seluruh instrumen valid dan reliabel, secara simultan variabel independen yaitu Lingkungan Fisik dan Interaksi Sosial terbukti signifikan mempengaruhi Variabel Dependen Minat Berkunjung Kembali. Kemudian secara parsial dapat diketahui variabel independen yaitu Lingkungan Fisik dan Interaksi Sosial terbukti signifikan mempengaruhi variabel dependen minat berkunjung kembali. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,718 yang artinya sumbangan Variabel Independent terhadap Variabel Dependen sebesar 71,8 persen

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find analysis and influence between training, motivation, work environment and performance and can be used as a reference for further research. The chosen method is multiple linear regression analysis. The total sample of the entire work is 49 people. The results of the study simultaneously all variables affect employee performance. Partially, training and environmental variables have an effect on employee performance, while motivational variables have no effect on employee performance. Motivational training and work environment each have an important role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The sample used in this research was 134 BPKP Pusdiklatwas employees using a simple random sampling technique. The research method used was multiple linear regression and obtained results 1) organizational culture has a partially positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; 2) job satisfaction does not have a positive and partially significant effect on organizational commitment; 3) organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
