Abstract

Penerimaan dosis radiasi pada pasien Penggunaan media kontras menjadi kunci utama dalam pemeriksaan PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention). Ada berbagai macam jenis media kontras salah satunya media kontras berbahan iodine. Penggunaan jumlah volume media kontras yang terlalu banyak dapat menyebabkan gangguan fungsi ginjal. Maka dari itu, jumlah volume media kontras perlu diperhatikan dalam penggunaannya untuk menghindari efek samping yang tidak diharapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan juni - Juli 2022 di RSUD dr Doris Sylvanus Palangkaraya dengan dua cara yaitu, melakukan observasi dan dengan 10 tenaga kesehatan mengenai prosedur penggunaan media kontras pada pemeriksaan (PCI) pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2021 dan mendokumentasikan data 25 pasien yang mendapat media di buku register pasien RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 10 tenaga kesehatan yang diwawancara didapatkan hasil 1 topik yaitu prosedur penggunaan media kontras di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin, meliputi beberapa sub topik. Dari 25 pasien yang diberikan media kontras pada pemeriksaan PCI didapatkan jumlah volume media kontras tertinggi yaitu 270mL dan jumlah media kontras terendah yaitu 70mL.

Abstract

Background: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is cancer that occurs in the nasopharyngeal mucosa which shows squamous cell differentiation. MSCT has become a reliable imaging technique for assessing the extent of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Nasopharyngeal MSCT examination procedure with clinical nasopharyngeal carcinoma at the Radiodiagnostic Installation of Dr. RSUP. Hasan Sadikin Bandung uses a head protocol and slice thickness of 3-5 mm. This study aims to determine the Nasopharyngeal MSCT examination procedure for clinical nasopharyngeal carcinoma using a head protocol with manual intravenous contrast injection. Method: The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. This research was conducted at the Radiodiagnostic Installation of RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung The subjects in this study consisted of three patients, two radiographers and three radiologists. Data collection methods are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model.

Abstract

Trauma is emotional and psychological stress in general due to unpleasant events or experiences related to violence. The word trauma can also be used to refer to events that cause excessive stress. An event can be called traumatic if the event causes extreme stress and exceeds the individual's ability to cope. The results of research related to variations in reconstruction increments in trauma cases show that the optimal increment reconstruction value on CT scan trauma head case trauma value increment reconstruction 2,5mm. Type study is quantitative with an experimental approach to analysis Quality information Citra Ct-Scan head with variations iincrement case trauma, with variations of 0,7mm, 0,9mm. Data collection was carried out in August-September 2023 at Balimed Regional Hospital. The author took examination dataas many as 10 patients. Research results from uji normality test on an clinical CT scan of the head in trauma cases use variations increments reconstruction 0,7mm, 0,9mm, can be seen that the mean increment value 0,7 mm produces a mean of 38,56 in the Ventricle-GM area, 15, 13 in the WM-GM area. And the mean increment value 0,9mm produces a mean of 19,88 in the ventricle-GM area, 7,1 in the WM-GM area. From the normality test on CT scan of the head in trauma cases using increment variations reconstruction 0,7mm, 0,9mm, it illustrates the image quality of the 2 increment variations, namely the increment variation value of 0,7 mm has the highest CNR value, namely a mean of 38, 56 in the ventricular-GM area, in the WM-GM area it was 15,13. Meanwhile, the increment variation value 0,9 mm produces 19.88 in the ventricular-GM area, in the WM-GM area 7,1. So this shows that an increment variation 0,7mm is the most optimal increment variation in improving the image quality of a CT scan of the head in trauma cases
