Abstract

The Nurul Ilmi Mosque, which is located on the A.R Fachruddin Muhammadiyah University campus, should be used as a place to educate the public, especially regarding cleanliness, tidiness, comfort, which should have become a culture for Muslims. 5S is a very simple activity that can be done by everyone and is applicable. 5S or 5R is a method of arrangement and maintenance which is a principle popularized by Japan to create an orderly, neat and clean environmental culture so as to create an environment where activities are safe, comfortable, healthy, orderly, disciplined and responsible. Community service activities for the Socialization of the Application of the 5S (5 R) Concept at the Nurul Ilmi Mosque in the Muhammadiyah A.R Fachruddin University Campus Environment were carried out on April 5 2023 which was attended by lecturers and teaching staff and students of Muhammadiyah University A.R. Fachruddin, Implementation of the 5S program socialization is expected to form a personality that is disciplined and responsible for a clean and tidy environment

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi, diketahui bahwa mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Unimar, khususnya Fakultas Teknik, belum terbiasa menulis jurnal ilmiah. Oleh karena itu, program studi Teknik Industri mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan penulisan jurnal ilmiah bagi mahasiswa Unimar. Tahapan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah persiapan, promosi dan kegiatan inti. Kegiatan inti dilaksanakan tanggal 17 Juli 2023. Peserta pelatihan ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik dan Farmasi Unimar. Dalam kegiatan ini, metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi dan praktek menulis jurnal ilmiah. Ceramah yang disampaikan berisi tentang materi pengertian jurnal ilmiah, jenis jurnal ilmiah dan tahap penulisan jurnal ilmiah. Peserta juga berdiskusi interaktif untuk memperbaiki ketidaksesuaian dari contoh cuplikan artikel yang ditampilkan. Praktek yang dilakukan adalah membuat jurnal ilmiah yang bersumber dari hasil penelitian atau skripsi mahasiswa. Perwakilan peserta diminta untuk menyampaikan hasil praktek yang telah dilakukan. Dari kuesioner diketahui bahwa 27% peserta merasa sangat puas dengan materi yang disampaikan dan 67,5 % peserta merasa puas dengan materi yang disampaikan. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Jurnal, Mahasiswa

Abstract

The goal of this study was to see how Occupational Safety and Health affected employee productivity. This type of study is quantitative research. In this study, 50 people were polled using a questionnaire technique. Techniques for data analysis that include multiple linear regression analysis, a partial test (t-test), and a simultaneous test (F-test). SPSS 25.0 is used in the computation method. According to the test results, occupational safety and health have a favorable and considerable impact on staff productivity at PT UDM. Occupational health and safety are important factors that influence employee work productivity. The results showed that the occupational health variable (X1) has the most significant influence on employee productivity (Y), according to the equation Y = 10.246 + 0.679X1 + 0.442X2+C. This is demonstrated by the highest multiple linear regression value of 10.246 with a significant value of 0.02 when compared to the work safety variable, which has a coefficient value of 0.679 with a significant value of 0.001. In other words, the occupational health program is the most important component in improving the work productivity of PT UDM employees.

Abstract

PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan lokal yang bergerak dalam pembuatan produk - produk rubber hose untuk industri otomotif. Perusahaan dituntut untuk menjaga mutu produk yang dihasilkan, salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengurangi reject material yaitu material tidak mengalir. Hasil produksi periode Januari – Maret 2022 menunjukan angka reject yang masih tinggi yakni rata-rata 1,2% dari target Perusahaan 0,5%. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengurangi atau menurunkan angka reject di PT.XYZ adalah Six Sigma dengan tahapan Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve dan Control sebagaimana salah satu referensi jurnal Annisa Mulia Rani (2021) bahwa dengan metode Six Sigma dapat menghasilkan penurunan reject sebesar 20.58% dan pencapaian nilai sigma menjadi 4.39. Dari hasil Analisa yang dilakukan penyebab reject material tidak mengalir adalah suhu output air belum dikontrol, pendinginan hanya menggunakan air biasa, perendaman anti tack hanya menggunakan 1 bak dan berulang-ulang. Untuk menurunkan reject tidak mengalir, dilakukan 3 (tiga) perbaikan yaitu menambahkan alat control suhu di pipa air keluar mesin open roll, menambahkan bak anti tack menjadi dua, sehingga bisa dipakai secara bergantian dan menambahkan instalasi chiller ke mesin open roll. Penerapan Six Sigma di PT.XYZ berhasil menurunkan reject dari semula 1.2 % menjadi 0.35 % dan menaikkan sigma-level dari 4.6 menjadi 5.0.

Abstract

The inauguration activities of regional administrators and PDM Muhammadiyah work meetings are activities that are held every five years, on this occasion these activities were carried out at Muhammadiyah A.R Fachruddin University. For this reason, Muhammadiyah A.R Fachruddin University held a free inspection program at this event because it was necessary, according to the program plan the health examination does not provide adequate facilities and infrastructure, for this reason we are providing community service by converting the classroom closest to the activity into an examination room by adding chairs and tables for examinations and a medical team and medicines as well as an ergonomic hospital bed. . The aim of this research is to determine facilities and infrastructure as well as an ergonomic layout that will be used as a guide for similar activities in emergency situations and conditions. The methods used in this research are location observation and interviews as well as assessments from users of facilities and infrastructure regarding comfort, safety, health and effectiveness
