Abstract

The implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination program is expected to gradually reach all target targets. To strengthen the prevention program through vaccination, 5M health protocols also need to be implemented to minimize the spread of COVID-19. The success of the Covid-19 vaccination program will be measured by identifying which parties are working with the government to foster cooperation, and this will provide an overview of how the policy or program is implemented. his research is qualitative. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the primary and booster vaccination programs is important to prevent non-compliance with vaccination patients to minimize the transmission of COVID-19. This program is carried out for a week by giving interviews to vaccination program holders at UPTD Puskesmas. Data will be analyzed univariately in the elaboration Evaluation of the implementation of the primary and booster vaccination programs in terms of patient compliance at the Mengwi I Health Center. The output of this study shows that the achievement indicator of success in winning the primary reaches 100%, but for the implementation of booster activation, the indicator of success only reaches 70%. The implementation of primary vaccination is carried out more evenly when compared to the implementation of booster vaccinations. Thus, It is hoped that the administration of vaccines can be carried out evenly so that a healthy community is created and the whole community receives vaccinations

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pandemi covid-19 sangat meresahkan dan menimbulkan ketakutan, yang mana perilaku penggunaan masker menjadi salah satu langkah pencegahan terhadap penyebaran COVID-19. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku yaitu tingkat pengetahuan tentang covid-19. Pengetahuan memiliki kaitan yang erat dengan perilakunya. Tujuan Penelitian: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang COVID-19 dengan perilaku penggunaan masker pengunjung Poli Rumah Sakit X Nusa Dua. Metedologi: Rancangan penelitian korelasional, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 81 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner pengetahuan tentang Covid-19 dan lembar observasi penggunaan masker. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi gamma. Hasil: Pengetahuan tentang COVID-19 pada pengunjung sebesar 64 responden (79%) dengan kategori baik. Perilaku penggunaan masker pengunjung sebesar 62 responden (76,6%) dengan kategori baik. Kesimpulan: Hasil analisis didapatkan p=0,001, yang berarti ada hubungan pengetahuan tentang COVID-19 dengan perilaku penggunaan masker pengunjung Poli Rumah Sakit X Nusa Dua. Disarankan kepada tempat pelayanan agar meningkatkan perilaku penggunaan masker pada pengunjung guna mencegah penyebaran Covid-19.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is often asymptomatic (asymptomatic), thus less motivating a person to seek treatment, and often the signs of such symptoms are ignored and believe that there is no problem with high blood pressure. The participation of cadres in controlling diabetes mellitus, especially in terms of improving health and driving healthy living behavior, is very necessary, so that the severity and risk of diabetes mellitus do not occur. Establishment of Peer Group Discussion "Diabetes Mellitus Prevention in the Elderly" in Banjar Batuculung, Kerobokan. This program offers three sessions with lecture methods, peer group discussion and also posters that will be implemented face-to-face. The material to be given includes understanding, signs of symptoms, complications and prevention of diabetes mellitus.
