Background Indonesia is a country which is frequently to natural disasters, geographically located between two continents and the plate of fire. Badung Regency is the main entrance of tourists to Bali so that the population movement in Badung Regency is very high. Badung Regency is recorded as the highest contributor to disasters in Bali Province so disaster preparedness is needed to reduce casualties and material losses. Objectives This study aims to determine the relationship of perception with disaster preparedness in village ambulance health workers. Method Cross sectional survey was conducted on 49 village ambulance health workers who were selected in total sampling in the working area of ??Petang and Abiansemal Districts. Data collection was conducted in May 2019 using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed univariate, bivariate with chi square and multivariate with binary logistic regression. Results The results showed that only 42.9% of health workers had high levels of disaster preparedness. Perceived benefits related to disaster preparedness (AOR = 16.1; 95% CI: 1.83-141.35). Conclusion The perception of benefits is related to disaster preparedness.

Infections that occur in hospitals called Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) are a serious problem for public health. HAIs are infections that patients get during undergoing treatment procedures and medical procedures in health services after jam 48 hours and after ? 30 days after leaving the health facility. One way to reduce nosocomial infections is by washing hands. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of health workers about the spread of infection with five moment compliance. The design of this research is descriptive correlational research with the approach used is cross sectional approach. Determination of the sample in this study was chosen by the total sampling technique which amounted to 40 people. The data collection of knowledge about the spread of disease using questionnaires and hand washing data five moments using the observation sheet. The statistical test used in this study was Rank Spearman. The results of this study are p value 0.104 <0.05 so that the hypothesis is rejected ie there is no relationship knowledge knowledge of infection spread with the compliance of health workers in hand washing (five moments). Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that the Badung Mangunsada General Hospital be used as a reference in compliance with five moments hand washing by health workers so as to prevent the spread of infection.

Schizophrenic patients have decreased ability to maintain daily care. Family support in the care of schizophrenic patients is influenced by the knowledge of schizophrenic patient care by the family which can give a positive response in daily care for schizophrenic patients. This study aimed at determining the correlation between family support and the level of knowledge in the care of schizophrenics at the Mental Clinic of RSD Mangusada Badung. The study was implemented with an analytic observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The total samples were 67 respondents using the incidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a family support questionnaire and a questionnaire on the level of care knowledge. Data were analyzed using Spearman`s rho test. The results of the study were 36 people with adequate family support with a percentage of 53.7% and 36 people with a high level of knowledge of care with a percentage of 53.7%. correlation analysis between family support and the level of knowledge of care obtained p-value <0.001. There was a correlation between family support and the level of knowledge of schizophrenic care in Mental Clinic RSD Mangusada Badung. The recommendations of this study are expected to be input for nurses to always provide care education for schizophrenia patients to their families.

Nurses are the spearhead of services that greatly affect patient satisfaction as service users in the hospital. One of the nursing services that provided by nurses is administering drugs. The twelve correct principles of drug administration are the most current principles of medication, consisting of correct patient, correct drug, correct dose, correct method of administration, correct time, correct documentation, correct health education regarding medication, patient right to refuse, correct assessment, correct evaluation, correct reaction to food and correct reaction to other drugs. This study aimed to determine the correlation between the implementation of drug administration with twelve correct principles on the level of patientsâ€™ satisfaction in the Inpatient Ward of Mangusada Badung General Hospital.This research was a quantitative study with observational methods and cross sectional design, the sample in this study were patients and the population of nurses in Mangusada Badung General Hospital according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria selected by purposive sampling of 58 patients and 58 nurses. The research was conducted for 1 month. Data were analyzed using nonparametric rho spearman test at a significance level of ? 0.05, p value was 0.000 <0.05. It showed that there was a significant correlation between the implementation of drug administration with Twelve correct principles on the level of patientsâ€™ satisfaction in the Inpatient Ward of Mangusada Badung General Hospital. It is expected that health workers, especially nurses, can apply the principles of correctness in administering drugs to increase patient satisfaction.

Appendectomy is a surgical procedure for appendicitis. This action can cause the perception of pain so that it has an impact on the healing process and triggers further complications if left untreated. Deep breathing relaxation techniques combined with aromatherapy is one of the treatments done to help overcome post appendectomy pain. This study purposed to determine the effect of deep breath relaxation with lavender aromatherapy on the level of post appendectomy pain in the Janger Room RSD Mangusada. This study is a pre-experimental research with one group pretest and posttest design involving 32 samples selected through purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using a research instrument in the form of the Numerical Rating Scale observation sheet. The results showed that there was an effect of deep breath relaxation with lavender aromatherapy on the level of post appendectomy pain in the Janger Room at RSD Mangusada (p-value = 0,000). This research can be applied in the provision of nursing services as one of the nursing interventions to reduce post appendectomy patient pain.

Emergency patient care is a service that requires immediate service, namely fast, precise, and accurate to prevent death or disability. One of the indicators of service quality is in the form of response time, which is a process indicator to achieve the outcome indicator, namely survival. To achieve a fast response time, a systematic approach system is needed in dealing with patients who experience emergencies, one of which is by using the Early Warning System (EWS). This study aims to determine the effect of early warning system education on the response time of nurses in Emergency Room Tabanan Hospital. This study used an experimental method with a pre-experimental design (one-group pre-test-posttest design) involving 39 samples selected by total sampling technique. Data collection in providing EWS education is in the form of modules, and the research material is in the form of a clock used to measure the response time. Data analysis uses a computerized system with univariate and bivariate analysis. This study showed that the response time for nurses before the early warning system education was fast, namely 15 (39.5%). Most of the nurses' response time after the early warning system education was 26 (66.7%). The results of this study can be concluded that there is an effect of early warning system nurse education on the response time of nurses with a significance value (p) of 0.000.

Patient safety has now become a global issue and a critical component of hospital quality management. One of the components in patient safety that must be carried out in the operating room is the application of the surgical safety checklist. Adherence in implementing the surgical safety checklist is influenced by several factors such as the knowledge of patient safety that nurses have. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of patient safety knowledge and the compliance of nurses in implementing the surgical safety checklist in the Pre-Operation Room, the Operation Room, RSD Mangusada Badung. This study used a quantitative observational method with a cross sectional design. The sample was all nurses in the operating room installation room RSD Mangusada Badung who were selected by a total sampling of 41 people. The research was conducted from 01-31 October 2020. The results of data analysis using the rho Spearman nonparametric statistical test at a significance level of ? 0.05, the p value was 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant relationship between the level of patient safety knowledge on nurses' compliance in implementing the surgical safety checklist in the Pre-Operation Room for the Operation Room, RSD Mangusada Badung. It is hoped that health workers, especially nurses in the operating room, can increase knowledge about patient safety and be more obedient in implementing the surgical safety checklist.

Girls adolescent are in high risk of developing anemic. The high prevalence of the girl adolescents, proves that the low awareness of iron deficiency anemia. Education is one way to increase respondents' knowledge so that they can form positive attitudes and healthy behaviors. Social media can be used as an educational media that is quite effective in reaching young people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education through social media Line on the attitudes of adolescents about the prevention of iron deficiency anemia in SMP Negeri 2 Rendang. The research method used was quantitative pre-experimental design with One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. The population in the study were young women class VIII and XI in SMP Negeri 2 Rendang in the school year 2019/2020 with a sample of 105 students selected based on simple random sampling. Respondents received education twice a week for 5 weeks. The results showed that the attitudes of girl adolescents before being given education in sufficient category of 89.5% and after being given education was in good category of 19%. From the Wilcoxon sign rank test statistical results obtained Zhitung = 6,151> Ztable = 1,645 P value = 0,000 <? 0.05. it can be concluded that education through social media line can influence the attitudes of girl adolescents about the prevention of iron deficiency anemia.

Health education is defined as the process by which health professionals provide information to patients that will change their health behavior or improve their health status. Properly targeted health education can lead to reduce hospitalizations. Educational interventions in heart care have been shown to increase physical activity and lead to healthy dietary habits and smoking cessation. One of the promotional methods that can be used to prepare home readiness of patients is audio visual media. This study aimed at determining the effect of video education on home readiness of patients with coronary heart disease in Mangusada Badung Regional Hospital. This study was a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group design. Home readiness of patients was analyzed using RHDS questionnaire. The control group (conventional lecture method) in this study was a group without video education, the treatment group had been given video education with 36 samples of each group using a systematic sampling method. Data analysis used t paired sample test and Man Whitney test. Based on Mann-Whitney U test with a confidence level of 95%, the results obtained P-value, = 0.000 with Z value = -7.215 therefore it can be concluded that providing video education media had a greater effect than providing lecture media education on home readiness of patients with coronary heart disease.

AbstrakPengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan membantu masyarakat tertentu dalam beberapa aktivitas tanpa mengharapkan imbalan dalam bentuk apapun. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan informasi, menanamkan keyakinan kepada masyarakat sehingga masyarakat tidak sadar, tahu, dan mengerti akan isu-isu masalah kesehatan dan kenakalan remaja yang terjadi disekitar lingkungannya, tetapi juga mau dan bisa menerapkan informasi-informasi tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari agar dapat menunjang peningkatan derajat kesehatannya. Pelaksanaan Penyuluhan tentang upaya peningkatan pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan dan mengubah pola pikir siswa terhadap pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Kediri. Siswa dan siswi diberikan pre test tentang pertolongan pertama, kemudian siswa diberikan leaflet dan dijelaskan hal-hal yang harus dilakukan saat hendak memberikan pertolongan pertama. Pada tahap akhir siswa dan siswi diberikan lembar post test untuk mengukur tingkat pemahamannya. Hasilnya seluruh siswa dan siswi yang diberikan penjelasan tentang upaya peningkatan pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan dan mengubah pola pikir siswa terhadap pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan mengerti, dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dari hasil pre test dan post test. Saran bagi semua orang agar dapat melaksanakan dan meningkatkan upaya pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan.Keywords : penyuluhan; pertolongan pertama; kecelakaan Efforts To Increase The First Aid In Accidents and Change Students Thoughts To The First Aid In AccidentAbstractCommunity service is an activity that aims to help certain communities in some activities without expecting any kind of reward. This activity is carried out by disseminating information, instilling confidence in the community so that people are not aware, know, and understand the issues of health problems and juvenile delinquency that occur around their environment, but also want and can apply these information in daily life in order to be able to support the improvement of their health status. Implementation of Counseling on efforts to increase first aid in accidents and change the mindset of students towards first aid in accidents carried out in Kediri 1 Public High School. Students and students are given a pre test about first aid, then students are given leaflets and explained things to do when giving first aid. In the final stage students and students are given a post test sheet to measure the level of understanding. The result was that all students and students were given an explanation of efforts to increase first aid in accidents and change the mindset of students towards first aid in an accident to understand, as evidenced by an increase in understanding of the results of the pre test and post test. Suggestions for everyone to be able to implement and improve first aid efforts in accidents.Keywords: extension, first aid, accidents
