Abstract: Islam always respect the dignity of a woman when being a wife and a mother when she relates in the marriage. Mutaddah woman (wife who left for dead by her husband) has prescribed period for four (4) months and ten (10) days, during which a woman must wait to not accept the (marriage) proposal and married, but must carry out the obligations and prohibitions, called the ihdad as a tribute to her husband. As for the wisdom of in infected the Iddah is to determine the void womb of a woman in keeping her nasab (descent) and her purity. Sometimes customs and culture affects a law even urf (customs) tends to be a role model. It is understood they are due commonness of a person in a nash (postulate) so it is effected to tasahul (oversimplify) in the implementation of worship and muamalah. The methodology research is used field research (case studies in the field), using a qualitative descriptive approach. However, negligence is still in the corridors of shariah, it means that most of them do not do ihdad (obligations and prohibitions) while doing his Iddah. It takes a real solution to fix and straighten understanding. Through individual approach, religious activities, the involvement of government officials, especially the Religious Courts (PA) and the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) who involved in family law issues directly; marriage, divorce and other cases.

Abstract Bawean is an archipelago administratively included in Gresik Regency, where the main occupation of the people is farming and fishing, but not all of the people have land to farm and ships to go to sea, and not a few who work in Malaysia and Singapore have even become citizens of that country. so that the land and rice fields below are unproductive, so there is cooperation between landowners and tenants or cultivators, in agricultural practices, landowners and processors or workers often make contracts and agreements in such cooperation, as well as in the village of Lebak, the agreement sees to the weather, or irrigation used to irrigate rice fields, and the yields obtained during the rainy season in certain months are different, there are at least three cooperation systems in the muzara'ah contract implemented there, in this study the three systems were analyzed to determine which in accordance with Islamic law , of the three, there are two agreements that use the muzara?ah contract, and the other one uses the ijarah agreement or lease agreement. Bisnis di era modern ini sangat beragam, sehingga sistem yang digunakan dalam dunia bisnis juga beragam, baik dalam sistem penjualan maupun sistem pemasaran, sehingga perlu untuk analisis bisnis untuk mengetahui hukum suatu bisnis menurut hukum Islam. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis bisnis Vtube perspektif hukum Islam. Masalah tersebut diuraikan dalam beberapa fokus penelitian berikut: 1) bagaimana sistem kerja bisnis Vtube. 2) Bagaimana hukum bisnis Vtube perspektif hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui sistemkerja bisnis Vtube. (2) mengetahui hukum binsis Vtube perspektif hukum Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah metode kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, interview mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah editing, koding dan sistemazing. Teknik pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan perpanjangan pengamatan, trianggulasi, dan meningkatkan ketekunan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa 1) sistem kerja yang digunakan dalam bisnis Vtube meliputi 3 sistem yaitu, personal point, referral point dan group point. 2) hukum bisnis Vtube perspektif hukum Islam adalah tidak boleh karena tidak memenuhi syarat yang telah ditetapkan dalam fatwa DSN MUI tentang penjualan langsung berjenjang syariah (PLBS), dan Vtube juga termasuk bisnis Ilegal yang dihentikan oleh satgas waspada Investasi.

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui bagaimana bisnis tengkulak ikan di desa Dekatagung. 2) Mengetahui bagaimana strategi bisnis tengkulak ikan di desa Dekatagung. 3) Mengetahui hambatan dan tantangan tengkulak ikan di Desa Dekatagung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan data menggunakan perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, dan triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Bisnis tengkulak ikan merupakan salah satu usaha yang ditekuni oleh sebagian masyarakat desa Dekatagung secara turun temurun sejak tahun 1990-an. Bisnis ini tergolong kedalam jenis bisnis kemitraan. 2) Adapun strategi yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha tengkulak ikan di desa Dekatagung sebagai berikut: a. memberikan pelayanan yang ramah terhadap pelanggan, b. menetukan harga yang bersaing, c. mempercepat pembayaran, d. tidak mebeda-bedakan pelanggan, e. jujur dan tidak melakukan tindak kecurangan, f. membantu pelanggan menyiapkan akomodasi yang dibutuhkan untuk menagkap ikan. 3) Adapun hambatan dan tantangan yang dihadapi para pengusaha tengkulak ikan adalah sebagi berikut: a. cuaca buruk, b. hasil tangkapan ikan dari nelayan tidak banyak, c. terlambatnya supplayer dalam mengirim uang, d. minimnya modal, e. banyaknya kegiatan di masyarakat sehingga menghambat nelayan untuk menangkap ikan, f. kurangnya stok es batu.

The focus of this research is the study of the phenomenon of motivation for sending philanthropy from Orang Boyan in Malaysia and Singapore to Bawean Island. This research confirms that the relationship between the Boyan people and the Bawean community is the driving force for philanthropic actions on Bawean Island. This research answers the question of what motivates Boyan Muslims to do philanthropy for the Bawean people. This research is socio-economic based research using descriptive qualitative methods. To find out this, the author uses Schuzt's motivation theory which says that in his actions, humans have causes and goals. In this study it is known that the causes that motivate philanthropic actions are factors of economic difficulties, gratitude, primordial and socio-religious practices, which aim to improve the economy, return favors, advance the area of origin and obtain religious values.

Pesantren Hasan Jufri is not only an Islamic educational institution, but also a driving force in improving the community's economy. Therefore, this study describes the following research focus: 1) How does Pesantren Hasan Jufri try to improve the community's economy? 2) What are the state-owned enterprises (BUM) of Pesantren Hasan Jufri that support efforts to improve the community's economy? 3) What are the partnership agreements used by BUM- Pesantren Hasan Jufri to improve the community's economy. This study aims to. 1) Find out the efforts of Pesantren Hasan Jufri in improving the community's economy. 2) Find out what BUM-pesantren Hasan Jufri supports efforts to improve the community's economy. 3) Find out what cooperation agreements are used by BUM-pesantren Hasan Jufri to improve the community's economy. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data in this study were obtained from primary and secondary data. The techniques used in data collection were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Then analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and then drawing conclusions. The data validity checking technique uses observation extension, triangulation, and increased persistence. The results of this study are: 1) Efforts by Hasan Jufri Islamic boarding school to improve the community's economy: first, opening up employment opportunities by prioritizing alumni and potential communities. Second, the establishment of a business entity that is run through a cooperation agreement between Hasan Jufri Islamic boarding school and the community. 2) Hasan Jufri BUM-Islamic boarding school that supports efforts to improve the community's economy: Main Store, stalls, printing, student equipment stores, Barbershops, hotels, printing, agriculture, and laundry. 3) Partnership agreements used in Hasan Jufri BUM-Islamic boarding school to improve the community's economy: Musyarakah, ijarah, muzara'ah, mukhabarah, wakalah bil ujrah. mudharabah and Jualah.
