Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak efikasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar dalam konteks pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing (EFL) di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada enam mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris angkatan 2017 PBI 1.2 di UIN Alauddin Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif antara tingkat efikasi diri dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Siswa dengan indeks prestasi tinggi cenderung memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi, tercermin dalam kepercayaan diri mereka saat menjawab pertanyaan dan dalam pemahaman akan sumber-sumber efikasi diri, seperti pengalaman dan kondisi fisiologis. Di sisi lain, mahasiswa dengan indeks prestasi sedang juga memiliki tingkat efikasi diri yang tinggi, terutama dalam konteks kepercayaan diri saat menjawab pertanyaan, meskipun sumber efikasi diri mereka mungkin berbeda. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan upaya untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri mahasiswa sebagai aspek penting dalam mengatasi tantangan akademik di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dalam bentuk kegiatan konferensi nasional. Kegiatan ini memaparkan hasil riset terkait perempuan disabilitas di Indonesia. Total ada 100 lebih audiens yang bergabung dalam konferensi, 8 periset, dan 4 orang penanggap. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meredefinisi posisi perempuan disabilitas di ruang-ruang publik dan merekomendasikan beberapa kebijakan pemerintah yang harus sensitif GEDSI terkait pemberian keterampilan kerja. Pengabdian dilakukan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom dan Live Youtube. Metode yang digunakan berbentuk presentasi, diskusi, dan tanya jawab, hingga diakhir kegiatan dilakukan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meluasnya pemahaman masyarakat terkait perempuan disabilitas, kebijakan terkait pemberian pelatihan kerja bagi disabilitas, dan perubahan cara pandang yang tidak lagi melihat satu-satunya solusi bagi perempuan disabilitas adalah berbentuk charity based.

Abstract

At SDN Pao-Pao Makassar the process of conveying and obtaining information is carried out in the same way as usual, namely by waiting and having to come directly to school. To solve this problem, the author has a desire to make it easier for teachers, students or parents/guardians of students to know and convey school information. So the solution to this problem is to build a school information system website that can be accessed via the internet. The existence of this website can make it easier for teachers, students and parents/guardians of students to find school information quickly and practically. The mechanism of this information system is that the administrator manages and regulates the course of the school information system, the teacher manages the learning outcomes of students, while students or parents/guardians of students can see the results of student learning activities. Meanwhile, visitors can only see information about the school. The analysis and design tools used in the development of this website are system development methodologies, namely Use Case Diagrams. The information provided by SDN Pao-Pao using the internet is expected to make it easier for the general public to obtain up to date information.

With a focus on reliability, performance and security, this website is designed to provide optimal service in terms of villa bookings, customer service and user satisfaction. Through data collection methods such as interviews, observations, and literature review analysis, various features and functional requirements have been determined to ensure that this website meets user needs well. In addition, defined non-functional requirements, such as data security, system availability, and ease of use, will ensure that a satisfactory and safe user experience can be achieved. Thus, the VIBRA website aims to be the main choice for those looking for quality accommodation and excellent service during their holidays.

Abstract

In this fast-paced era, universities need to update their management systems with an integrated academic information system. The use of web-based academic information systems has become increasingly important and is considered essential for universities today. This research aims to develop a web-based academic information system at Wakanda State University in order to optimize data management and academic activities in higher education institutions. The research method employed includes literature review and system development using a prototype model. In the literature review phase, data is gathered from various sources such as national and international journals. System development follows a prototype model involving steps such as identifying needs, building prototypes, testing the system, evaluating the system, and implementing the system. The findings of this research are expected to result in an integrated and effective web-based academic information system at Wakanda State University.
