<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektifitas penyidikan tindak pidana siber di wilayah Polres Gowa dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas proses penyidikan tindak pidana siber di wilayah Polres Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari lapangan.Data Primer dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang didapat secara langsung dari Polres Gowa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana siber di wilayah Kepolisian Resort Gowa proses bahwa penyidik gowa telah melakukan proses penyidikan tindak pidana siber yang mana ditemukan bahwa penyidikan tindak pidana siber tidak jauh beda dengan proses penyidikan kejahatan konvensional lainnya. Faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas penyidikan tindak pidana Siber yaitu karena adanya faktor hukum, faktor penegak hukum, faktor sarana dan fasilitas, faktor masyarakat dan faktor budaya. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of cybercrime investigations in the Gowa Police area and the factors that influence the effectiveness of the cybercrime investigation process in the Gowa Police area.
