Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure function as a support for the implementation of learning and guidance and counseling services in schools. Currently, guidance and counseling facilities and infrastructure in Indonesian schools are not utilized effectively and efficiently so that the implementation of guidance and counseling services is still not successful, in other words it has not achieved the expected goals. Guidance and counseling facilities and infrastructure in schools are not fully supported, thus making it difficult for guidance and counseling personnel to work together in the implementation of guidance and counseling services. Therefore, there is a need for full utilization by guidance and counseling personnel of the available facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of this research is to find out the management of counseling facilities and infrastructure in order to create conducive, comfortable and stable counseling services. This research is a Qualitative Research with the method of literature review (literature review). The results of the study show that the success of counseling services in schools is supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure that are utilized effectively and efficiently. For this reason, the profile of these facilities and infrastructure must be utilized as well as possible.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling supervision aims to provide self-development facilities, and school counselor skills to improve counselor competence and increase responsibility in counseling and create guidance service programs. Found that the purpose of a school supervisor for guidance and counseling can use several approaches including conducting assessments, prevention, motivation, and providing reinforcement to find out the benefits of the program and the implementation of guidance and counseling in schools that have been achieved. and knowing progress and weaknesses, as well as having preventive steps to avoid deviations because prevention is better than repair. The research method is literature study, collecting data by finding sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, journals, and existing research. The results and discussion of the results of the research conducted at the school is that the school principal and the school superintendent are functional officials who serve as technical implementers to supervise the education of certain designated or designated schools.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and understand the importance of the counseling program in elementary schools (SD), aiming to produce individuals achieving optimal development in accordance with their potential, interests and values that become their way of life, many elementary schools (SD) currently have guidance and counseling services not implemented , and there is no guidance counseling program with class teachers, because elementary school (SD) teachers lack knowledge of counseling guidance programs. The implementer of the BK program in SD is the class teacher in charge of carrying out guidance and counseling services in the class for which he is responsible. This research is a qualitative research with the method of literature review which is used as a reinforcement of the literature that is relevant to the things you want to study. Development of counseling guidance programs in elementary schools (SD). Guidance and counseling programs in elementary schools greatly influence the development of students' potential, interests and talents. So from this the guidance and counseling program in elementary schools (SD) must be considered so that the provision of services to students is also effective and the results are in accordance with what is desired.
