The training covered production SOP development, inventory management, digital financial recording, social media optimization, and e-commerce platform utilization. The results indicated a significant increase in operational management knowledge (70%), digital bookkeeping skills (77%), social media usage (70%), and e-commerce understanding (80%). The impact was evident in more organized production processes, a 60% increase in social media engagement, and the activation of online store sales.
