Abstract

The standard of living of the fishermen in Bandengan Village in general still lives below the poverty line. The condition of the houses which are semi-permanent as permanent residences even though the houses are close to each other accompanied by an environment that is still dirty and the unpleasant smell of fish waste whose drainage is not smooth adds to the poor environment. Healthy . Due to the slum and unhealthy environmental conditions, the fishermen of Bandengan Village are still able to survive in order to make a living even though they only fish to meet their daily needs.Regarding the position of deeper sea depths, generally fishermen have not been able to determine the exact position of fishing areas or have not mapped out exactly which areas have deeper depths and are thought to have lots of fish. From the data obtained, most of the overall fish catches have not increased. From the results of the analysis, this is because half of the fishing groups' fish catches have increased and half of the fishing groups' fish catches have experienced a decrease.Therefore, AMNI Maritime University has made the fishing community in Bandengan Kendal Village a Development Partner in order to improve the economy of the fishing community through optimizing fishing.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems that often arise in the river transportation of Blitar Regency and Tulungagung Regency, namely the performance of transportation crews caused by lack of infrastructure and discipline that is often violated. So that there are often problems with the performance of transportation crews such as crossing delays, lack of lighting and ship conditions. Through this research, it is expected to obtain results that illustrate that the performance of river transportation crews is influenced by factors of competence, motivation, infrastructure and discipline. This study aims to determine the competence, motivation, infrastructure and discipline on the performance of river transportation crews. The population in this study were passengers and the sample of this study was 100 respondents.sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with the type of sampling, namely incidental sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 24. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that competence, motivation, infrastructure and discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the transportation crew.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), work engagement (X2) to organizationcommitment (Y1) and employeeperformance (Y2). In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 90 respondents to determine the response of respondents to each variable. Then analyze the data obtained in the form ofquantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis include validity and reliability test, the classicassumption test, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test and analysistest, the coefficient of determination (R2). Data analysis techniques used were linear regression analysis that serves to prove the research hypo thesis. The datathat have met the test validity, test reliability, and classical assumption processed so as to produce the followingregression equation: Y1= 0.244X1 + 0.467X2 and Y2 = 0,202X1 + 0,394X2 + 0,209X3 . Results of the analysis with sobel test found that Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), workengagement (X2) has a positive and significant influence on organization commitment (Y1) and Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X1), work engagement (X2) , Perceptions Of Financial Rewards (X3) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y2) . Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that independent variables found to significantly affect dependent variables.

Abstract

In the current era, public interest in using public transportation in Indonesia has decreased significantly, people prefer to use private transportation. Therefore, further research is needed on the factors that influence public interest in using public transportation services in Indonesia. This study will examine the variables of Aggressive Driving, Brand Image, Equality, and Price Perception in their influence on interest in using public transportation services, a case study on the PO. Damri Bus route Ponorogo - Tulungagung. The purpose of this study is to examine how much influence there is between the variables Aggressive Driving, Brand Image, Equality, and price perception, on public interest in using public transportation. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were passengers of the PO. Damri bus route Ponorogo-Tulungagung. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26.0 statistical tools. Based on the results of the study and data analysis, the regression equation was obtained as follows: Y = -1.631 - 0.273X1 + 0.266X2 + 0.243X3 + 0.339X4 + μ The results of multiple regression analysis show that aggressive driving has a negative effect on public interest, while the variables brand image, equality, and price perception have a positive effect on public interest. Of the 4 hypotheses proposed in this study, Hypothesis 1 is rejected (t-count <t-table), the other hypotheses H2, H3, H4 are accepted as indicated by the t-count value> t-table. Adjusted R Square value = 0.613, this shows that the four variables above influence public interest by 61.3%, while the rest (100% - 61.3% = 38.7%), this proves that public interest in using public transportation is influenced by other variables outside the study or outside the regression equation model by 38.7%.

Abstract

Parking retribution is one of the managed potentials to be used as a source of regional revenue originating from within the region, it becomes a benchmark in assessing the level of regional original income obtained by the region. The proceeds from the revenue will be allocated for the development of the area itself, especially in building facilities and facilities for repairing parking lots which have an impact on governance in the implementation of parking that goes well and does not interfere with other road users. The implementation of parking fees in Blitar Regency is regulated in Blitar Regency Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2018 Business Services Retribution is a levy for parking services on land or on the side of public roads. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that the characteristics of parking attendants, facilities, service quality and supervision had a positive and significant effect on increasing parking fees. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the linear regression equation is Y -1.735 + 0.291 X1 + 0.256 X2 + 0.247 X3 + 0.335 X4 + µ.

Abstract

Currently, many companies in the service sector are competing to meet human needs and desires. Semarang Ahmad Yani International Airport is an example of a company that offers its services in the aviation sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of flight schedules, human resources, landside capacity, and ground handling performance on the achievement of On time performance at Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. The data was collected by using the method of observation, literature study, filling out questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.25 program, the results are Y = 0.720 +0.213X1+0,304X2+0,234X3 + 0,230X4+µ. The results of multiple linear equations indicate that there is a positive influence between flight schedules on on time performance (t count 2,523 > t table 1,99547), human resources on on time performance (t count 2,515 > t table 1,99547), landside capacity on on time performance (t count 2,299 > t table 1,99547), ground handling performance on on time performance (t count 3,189 > t table 1,99547). The results of the regression test obtained the coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.649. This means that the flight schedule variable (X1), HR (X2) landside capacity (X3), and ground handling performance have a contribution of 64.9% in influencing on time performance (Y). While other factors that affect on time performance by 35.1%.

Abstract

Community service activities are one form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which aims to have a direct impact on improving the quality of life of the community. AMNI Maritime University conducted community service activities in Bajumulyo Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency, as a form of support for the coastal community economic empowerment program launched by the Pati Regency Government. This activity involved lecturers, students/cadets, and the local community in an active and collaborative manner. The enthusiasm of the Bajumulyo Village community in participating in various series of activities demonstrated the need and awareness of the importance of technological adaptation, especially in terms of digitalizing the marketing of fish catches. The main objective of this activity was to increase the income of fishing groups through the use of digital media as a means of promotion and distribution of marine products. The method of implementation of the activity was carried out through a participatory approach in the form of direct training and coaching, field observations, interviews with local fishermen, and literature studies to strengthen the conceptual framework and practices in the field. Training materials included digital marketing strategies, the use of e-commerce platforms, social media, and attractive fishery product packaging techniques. Indicators of the success of this program were an increase in fishermen's ability to use digital technology to market their products and an increase in the income of fishing families after participating in the program. Observations indicate that this training has had a positive impact on community understanding of the importance of digitalization in marketing fish catches.
