Abstract

Android Malware has grown significantly along with the advance of the times and the increasing variety of technique in the development of Android. Machine Learning technique is a method that now we can use in the modeling the pattern of a static and dynamic feature of Android Malware. In the level of accuracy of the Malware type classification, the researcher connect between the application feature with the feature required by each type of Malware category. The category of malware used is a type of Malware that many circulating today, to classify the type of Malware in this study used Support Vector Machine (SVM). The SVM type will be used is class SVM one against one using the RBF Kernel. The feature will be used in this classification are the Permission and Broadcast Receiver.  To improve the accuracy of the classification result in this study used Feature Selection method. Selection of feature used is Correlation-based Feature Selection (CFS), Gain Ratio (GR) and Chi-Square (CHI). A result from Feature Selection will be evaluated together with result that not use Feature Selection. Accuracy Classification Feature Selection CFS result accuracy of 90.83%, GR and CHI of 91.25% and data that not use Feature Selection of 91.67%. The result of testing indicates that permission and broadcast receiver can be used in classifying type of Malware, but the Feature Selection method that used have accuracy is a little below the data that are not using Feature Selection.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to enhance the accuracy of the Naive Bayes algorithm in predicting floods specifically in the city of Samarinda. The aim is to improve the efficiency and precision of flood prediction models in order to mitigate the impact of flooding in the area. The results of this research highlight the effectiveness of PSO in optimizing the Naive Bayes algorithm, showing promising potential for more accurate flood prediction and proactive measures in Samarinda. The accuracy value obtained from testing using the Naive Bayes method alone is 91.12%. However, there is an improvement in accuracy after conducting testing with the optimization technique based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and the Naive Bayes algorithm. The conducted testing achieved an accuracy value of 94.38%. This accuracy result is higher compared to testing without optimization.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPelatihan dan pendampingan E-Voting Pemilihan Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur adalah langkah penting untuk memastikan keberhasilan penggunaan teknologi dalam pemilihan. Namun, pelaksanaannya menghadapi kendala seperti infrastruktur teknologi yang kurang memadai dan kurangnya kesadaran dan motivasi untuk belajar dan menggunakan teknologi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi efektif untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala ini. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Tutorial, Praktek Simulasi, dan sesi tanya jawab. Tutorial memberikan penjelasan sistematis tentang penggunaan teknologi kepada pemilih dan petugas pemilihan. Praktek Simulasi memungkinkan peserta berlatih menggunakan E-Voting dalam lingkungan terkendali untuk memahami penggunaannya. Sesi tanya jawab memberikan kesempatan untuk pertanyaan, klarifikasi konsep, dan bimbingan lebih lanjut. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah pemilih dan petugas pemilihan dengan pemahaman yang jelas tentang penggunaan teknologi dalam pemilihan. Diperlukan peningkatan partisipasi dalam pelatihan dan pendampingan agar mereka lebih terbiasa dengan teknologi yang digunakan. Evaluasi berkala dilakukan untuk mengukur efektivitasnya, mengevaluasi pemahaman pemilih dan petugas, serta mengidentifikasi area perbaikan. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan E-Voting Pemilihan Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur penting untuk memastikan efektivitas pemilihan. Dengan menggunakan metode yang tepat dan evaluasi rutin, kendala dapat diatasi dan keberhasilan penggunaan sistem E-Voting dapat dicapai. Kata kunci: e-voting; pelatihan dan pendampingan; pemilihan pimpinan wilayah muhammadiyah ABSTRACTTraining and mentoring are vital in successfully implementing the E-Voting system during the Muhammadiyah East Kalimantan Regional Leadership Election. However, challenges include inadequate technological infrastructure and a need for more awareness and motivation to learn and utilize the technology. Thus, effective strategies are necessary to overcome these obstacles. The program incorporates tutorials, simulation exercises, and question-and-answer sessions. Tutorials systematically explain the E-Voting system's usage to voters and election officials. Simulation exercises offer participants a controlled environment to practice operating the technology, enhancing their understanding of its functionality. Question-and-answer sessions provide opportunities for clarification, addressing concerns, and receiving further guidance. The ultimate objective is to ensure voters and election officials clearly understand the E-Voting system's application in the voting process. Increasing participation in training sessions is crucial for individuals to become familiar with the technology. Regular evaluations assess the program's effectiveness, measure the comprehension level of voters and election officials, and identify areas for improvement. Overall, the training and mentoring program for the E-Voting system in the Muhammadiyah East Kalimantan Regional Leadership Election is crucial for a successful voting process. Abstract

Technological advancements have positively impacted various fields, including the Internet. Awareness of system security has become a crucial concern for application developers. Protecting networks from disruptions or hacker attacks can be achieved through self-testing methods, such as Penetration Testing (Pentest). This research conducts a penetration test on the mail server domain, mail.umtk.sch.id, using the tools OWASP Zap and Acunetix. The results of this testing reveal the detection of 9 vulnerabilities and based on the OWASP Top 10 2017 vulnerability categories, five categories were identified: Broken Authentication, Sensitive Data Exposure, Broken Access Control, Security Misconfiguration, and Using Components with Known Vulnerabilities

Abstract

The proliferation of smartphone malware attacks due to a lack of vigilance in app selection raises serious concerns. Built-in smartphone security features often must be improved to protect devices from these threats. Although numerous articles recommend top-tier antivirus solutions, there need to be more reliable data sources that raise suspicions about undisclosed promotional motives. This research endeavors to establish a ranking of antivirus efficacy to provide optimal recommendations for Android smartphone users. The research methodology entails a meticulous comparison of malware detection and labeling outcomes between various antivirus programs within Virustotal and the labeling system employed by the Euphony application. The comparative results are categorized into three groups: antivirus solutions proficient in identifying specific malware types, those detecting malware presence without categorization, and antivirus software failing to detect malware effectively. The experimental findings present the five leading antivirus solutions, ranked from the highest to lowest scores, as Ikarus, Fortinet, ESET-NOD32, Avast-Mobile, and SymantecMobileInsight. Based on the comprehensive assessment conducted in this study, these solutions are recommended as the top antivirus choices. These recommendations are poised to significantly aid users in selecting the most suitable antivirus protection for their Android smartphones.

Abstract

Deteksi dini stunting adalah  upaya untuk  mengetahui  pertumbuhan anak.  Indonesia merupakan negara dengan beban anak stunting tertinggi  ke-5  di  dunia,  sedangkan  di  Kota  Samarinda  yang  tertinggi yaitu  di Puskesmas  Sempaja. Stunting menjadi  salah  satu  terlambatnya perkembangan manusia di dunia. Penyebab terjadinya stunting disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya kurangnya pengetahuan dan  keterampilan  kader dalam  deteksi dini stunting. Keterlibatan  kader Cocoq Health Care dan Mother – Tod Class Stunting dalam  pelaksanaan  skrining pertumbuhan anak perlu ditingkatkan untuk menurunkan angka stunting. Pemberdayaan masyarakat  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan gambaran peran kader tentang  deteksi  dini stunting di  Wilayah  Kerja Puskesmas  Sempaja. Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan Kuota  sampling dengan  jumlah sampel  86  responden. Hasil menunjukkan  peran  kader tentang  deteksi  dini stunting di  Wilayah  Kerja  Puskesmas  Sempaja dalam   kategori   baik   yaitu   sebanyak   (95,3%). Peran kader Cocoq Health Care dan Mother – Tod Class Stunting dalam deteksi   dini stunting di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sempaja   dalam kategori  baik,  mayoritas  kader  dapat  melakukan  pengukuran tinggi badan, penimbangan berat badan, dan pengisian KMS dengan baik.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and implement the utilization of JSON Web Token (JWT) to verify the authenticity of letters in the letter system at the University of Muhammadiyah in East Kalimantan (UMKT). The previous method relied solely on QR code signatures, which were susceptible to copying and manipulation, thus posing vulnerabilities in the letter verification process. Therefore, this study used JWT tokens as a more secure and effective verification mechanism. The research involved creating JWT tokens containing important information such as UUID, letter number, subject, content, sender, and recipient. These JWT tokens were inserted into the letters as part of the verification mechanism. The Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan letter system was updated to verify JWT tokens by extracting the token from the letter and checking the UUID against the database. The research results demonstrate that utilizing JWT tokens as a method for verifying the authenticity of letters provides advantages in terms of efficiency and accuracy. The letter system, which previously relied solely on QR code signatures, can be enhanced by using JWT tokens. The updated letter system can verify letters' authenticity more reliably and dependably, reducing the risks of manipulation or forgery. The utilization of JWT tokens in the Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan letter system offers significant benefits in improving the efficiency of the verification process and enhancing the accuracy of letter identification. In this context, this research provides a safer and more effective solution for ensuring the authenticity of letters, thereby enhancing the security and integrity of the letter management system at Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan program pemberdayaan kader kesehatan melalui pelatihan IT serta memperkenalkan telemedicine sebagai alternatif dalam mendapatkan informasi di bidang kesehatan di pulau derawan. Kader Posyandu dapat menghadapi kesulitan dalam menggunakan aplikasi telemedicine dan perangkat lunak mobile yang dirancang untuk mendukung pekerjaan mereka. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada tangal 16 hingga 20 februari 2024 di aula PKK pulau derawan bekerjasama dengan puskesmas Derawan. Metode yang digunakan pada tahap awal adalah Identifikasi anggota kader kesehatan yang akan berpartisipasi dalam program sehingga ditentukan 20 kader Kesehatan yang mendapat pelatihan IT dan Telemedicine. Bentuk pelatihan pelatihan intensif kepada anggota kader kesehatan tentang penggunaan aplikasi Google, termasuk Google Form, Google Sheet dan Google Calender serta simulasi telemedicine dengan melibatkan anggota komunitas sebagai pasien. evaluasi pelaksanaan program dan keberlanjutan program di lapangan yaitu anggota kader kesehatan telah mencapai kemampuan yang cukup untuk system pelaporan sederhana menggunakan google form, google sheet dalam pelaporan tumbuh kembang anak di posyandu, serta dapat mengatur jadwal kegiatan posyandu selanjutnya menggunakan google calender, sehingga seluruh peserta posyandu dapat mengetahui kegiatan posyandu. Selanjutnya menggunakan teknologi dan praktik telemedicine dengan kompeten. Melalui simulasi telemedicine yang diadakan, akan mengukur tingkat kesiapan mereka dalam mengimplementasikan teknologi dan layanan telemedicine dalam situasi sebenarnya
