Abstract

Jumlah hotel yang semakin bertambah dari tahun ke tahun membuat persaingan diantara hotel semakin pesat. Semakin banyak hotel yang meningkatkan kualitas mereka baik dari segi pelayanan, harga, promosi, pemandangan, kenyamanan, keamanan dan dari berbagai aspek yang lain. Promosi adalah salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan Harris Hotel Conventions untuk menghadapi persaingan dengan hotel lain dalam menarik minat tamu untuk menginap. Jika melihat aktivitas promosi Harris Hotel Conventions Malang di media sosial seperti Instagram yaitu @harrismalang dapat kita lihat bahwa Harris Hotel Conventions Malang tidak secara rutin memposting kegiatan berupa promo, fasilitas hotel serta kegiatan-kegiatan lain, terlihat dari aktivitas posting yang dilakukan, dengan jarak postingan yang terkadang bisa satu hari sekali menjadi empat atau lima hari sekali. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan memakai regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadap minat tamu berkunjung kembali.

Abstract

 Culinary businesses, especially regional snacks, are being optimized to boost tourist shopping in tourist destinations, one of which is the city of Batu. Batu City actually has typical snacks of the Gunungsari archipelago which are snacks and are known as Ladu. However, the production of Ladu snacks is currently starting to be limited, this is due to the lack of interest of tourists in buying this Ladu product. This research was conducted to find out how the right diversification strategy in increasing and adding variants of Ladu products in order to increase the purchasing power of tourists. The methodology in this study uses qualitative descriptive analysis through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study show that ladu snacks are produced and distributed by producers to second parties without paying attention to good packaging. The lack of knowledge and development in production makes Ladu snack products less varied both in terms of shape and toppings. This can be seen from the small availability of ladu snacks in several souvenir shops typical of Batu.             The strategy needed to diversify snacks is to use a horizontal concentric type, which is an effort to increase product diversity to increase profitability and achieve higher sales volumes than existing products. Various variants of ladu snacks produced have a sweet and salty taste with chocolate toppings, and cheese. Diversification Strategy is an alternative choice in producing variants of snack products that are of interest to visitors. Thus the visitors will have more choices in determining the choice of taste of ladu snacks.

Abstract

The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy has issued directives to regions in Indonesia to adhere to the CHSE protocol standards, namely Cleanliness, Health, Safety & Environment Sustainability, in order to curb the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia, particularly in the tourism sector . The purpose of implementing CHSE-based tourism destination management is to formulate operational tourism strategies that can be implemented in affected areas, including South Malang such as Balekambang Beach in Malang Regency. The research method used is SWOT analysis using the ISTA (Indonesia Sustainable Tourism Award) assessment indicators. Regulated by Minister of Tourism Regulation No. 14, ISTA outlines sustainable destinations. Balekambang Beach will be evaluated using ISTA assessment indicators to identify existing criteria in terms of infrastructure, organization, and supporting facilities. Any deficiencies can be developed or improved upon. The analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats is based on SWOT analysis. The tourism management at Balekambang Beach falls within quadrant 1 (+, +), indicating a strong and progressive situation. The necessary strategy to be implemented is to maintain and create operational patterns based on sustainable health protocols. The implementation of an aggressive strategy (SO) focusing on marketing and broad segmentation is still feasible, although Balekambang Beach has a low level of competitiveness.

Abstract

Objek wisata yang banyak bermunculan akan menyebabkan banyak pesaing dalam usaha pariwisata, sehingga setiap perusahaan atau para pelaku usaha pariwisata harus mengambil langkah-langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan, karena di era modernisasi ini persaingan usaha pariwisata semakin ketat, oleh karena itu diperlukan inovasi dan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah harga, atraksi wisata, customer experience berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung outbound training di Appel Sun Learning Center, Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung yang berkunjung ke wisata outbound di Appel Sun Learning Center dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden. Data yang diperoleh merupakan hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah melalui aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel harga (X1) secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung (Y). Variabel atraksi wisata (X2) secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan kepuasan pengunjung (Y). Variabel customer experience (X3) menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung (Y). Semua variabel independen yaitu harga, atraksi wisata dan customer experience bernilai positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung outbound training di Appel Sun Learning Center, Bumiaji, Kota Batu.

Abstract

Coban Lanang Tourism Destination is a natural educational tour in the form of a waterfall that prioritizes education, nature conservation, and a sustainable environment. Visitor satisfaction is a factor that plays a major role in a tourist destination. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist attractions and amenities on visitor satisfaction at the Coban Lanang Waterfall tourism destination. The study used 92 tourists who had visited the Coban Lanang Waterfall as respondents. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique was guided by a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. The results of the research are (1) Tourist Attraction affects Visitor Satisfaction at Coban Lanang Waterfall Tourism Destinations, (2) Amenity affects Visitor Satisfaction at Coban Lanang Waterfall Tourism Destinations, (3) Tourist Attractions and Amenities together have influence on Visitor Satisfaction at Coban Lanang Waterfall Tourism Destinations.
