Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di SMK Pelayaran Taruna Indonesia Jambi. Sumber data penelitian ini bersumber dari kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data: 1) wawancara; 2) observasi; 3) dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian: 1) Reduksi data; 2) Penyajian data; 3) Pengambilan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Kepala sekolah beperan sebagai edukator, manajer, administrator, supervisor, pemimpin, inovator dan motivasi dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di SMK Pelayaran Taruna Indonesia Jambi.

Abstract

Pendidikan mengalami perubahan IPTEK yang sangat cepat dan kompleks sebagai dampak era industri 4.0 dan masyarakat 5.0 yang memerlukan kecakapan hidup terdiri empat jenis kecakapan. SMK Bisnis Manajemen sebagai lembaga pendidikan vokasi keahlisan bisnis dan manajemen memiliki kewajiban untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang siap kerja dan berdaya saing di era global. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep inovasi kemitraan yang digunakan oleh smk bisnis manajemen untuk menyiapkan lulusan yang siap kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari kedua sumber primer yaitu manajemen SMK Bisnis Manajemen Kota Semarang, mitra DUDI dan sumber pendukung lainnya berupa dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SMK Bisnis Manajemen melakukan pola kemitraan bersama dunia usaha dan industri (DUDI) untuk meningkatan kualitas lulusan. yang siap kerja dan berdaya saing. Penelitian ini akan memberi manfaat bagi SMK Bisnis Manajemen untuk melakukan Inovasi kemitraan dengan DUDI yang berdampak positif terhadap kualitas lulusan siap kerja dan berdaya saing, sehingga mempengaruhi tingkat daya serap lulusan di dunia kerja di era industri 4.0 dan masyarakat 5.0.

Abstract

Kenyataan dilapangan seseorang yang berprofesi guru Taman Kanak Kanak belum memahami secara mendalam serta belum memiliki perilaku inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa aspek inovasi guru dianggap sebagai sumber utama keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, iklim keamanan psikologis, dan efikasi diri terhadap kapabilitas inovasi yang dimediasi oleh manajemen pengetahuan. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, iklim keamanan psikologis, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap kapasitas inovasi guru, serta berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen pengetahuan. Adapun manfaat penelitan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan strategi manajemen PAUD di Taman Kanak-Kanak Kabupaten Pati.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Pembelajaran Berbasis Simulator (PBS) terhadap resiliensi taruna melalui efikasi diri. Efikasi diri belum banyak diteliti dalam menentukan resiliensi taruna pada bidang vokasi. Penelitian turut menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap resiliensi taruna. Metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 117 taruna Politeknik Transportasi Sungai, Danau, dan Penyeberangan (Poltrans SDP) Palembang yang terlibat dalam program PBS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PBS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri dan resiliensi taruna. Selain itu, efikasi diri juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi taruna. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa PBS dapat menjadi salah satu metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan efikasi diri dan resiliensi taruna. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pendidik dalam memilih metode pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan resiliensi taruna.

Abstract

Modification of the current Education management in learning activities has increased so rapidly. The integration of information technology into learning procedures has become a necessity that must be tried in order to accommodate curriculum requirements and the spirit of changing times. Learning activities are no longer limited to the context of space and time that take place in conventional learning management, but in this 4.0 revolution period, virtual or online activities are becoming a trend. Teacher training is no exception, which today is a demand for teacher professional development in terms of mastering technology. Especially during the pandemic, it is almost so difficult for teachers to develop themselves by participating in several trainings without technological skills. The public junior high school teachers in North Konawe are proof that technology is being used and utilized. The results of descriptive analysis show that there is a difference in the average pretest and posttest of the training participants with a pretest value of 66.43 with a standard deviation of 5.37 and a posttest value of 81.22 with a standard deviation of 6.00, then correlation analysis with the paired sample t test shows a correlation value. its value is 0.715 with sig = 0.00 < = 0.05 which means that the results of the pretest and posttest before being used and after being used by the management have a positive and significant correlation.

Abstract

Some of the functions of education policy research in general are: 1) providing services in the form of facts (evidence), input that is affirmative verification as a refinement for all stages in the policy research process, 2) providing criticism in the form of perspectives, falsifying alternatives or constructive criticism of improving the quality of education policy through policy formulation, 3) facilitating policy makers in formulating policy designs, by providing arguments or information they need in solving fundamental educational problems. This study aims to see descriptively and analyze the response of private universities' academic policies to the development of the era of disruption that has hit all lines of people's lives, including universities. This response is absolutely necessary to show the readiness and existence of private universities in their role as agents that contribute to the intellectual life of the nation and prepare human resources who are strong and can adapt in this era that is changing soo fast. This research uses a single case study research design. This study found that private Islamic religious universities have shown certain responses to the development of the era of disruption in the form of completely new academic policies from previous policies, which is very visible as a response to the demands of the digital era and the industrial era 4.0. The responses include academic policies in the fields of education, research, and community service, which can be seen in detail in the review of this research report.

Abstract

Education is experiencing very rapid and complex changes in science and technology as a result of the industrial era 4.0 and society 5.0 which requires life skills consisting of four types of skills. Center of Excellence Vocational School as a vocational education institution based on the independent learning program has an obligation to produce graduates who are resilient and competitive in the global era. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of the partnership model used by Vocational High School centers of excellence can be evaluated to prepare graduates who are resilient and globally competitive. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to collect information from primary sources, namely the management of the Center for Excellence Vocational High School in Semarang City, Central Java, Business and Industry Sector partners and other supporting sources in the form of documents. The results of this study indicate that the Center for Excellence Vocational High School conducts a partnership pattern with business and industry to improve the quality of graduates. tough and competitive. This research will benefit the Center of Excellence Vocational High Schools to carry out partnership innovations with Business and Industry Sector which have a positive impact on the quality of tough and competitive graduates, thereby affecting the level of absorption of graduates in the world of work in the era of society 5.0
