Abstract

Latar belakang: Anak usia sekolah (kelas 1-3) membutuhkan perawatan intensif, karena pada usia ini masih mengalami perubahan pertumbuhan baru. Karena meningkatnya karbohidrat olahan, atau bisa juga disebut permen,coklat dan makanan lain dengan kandungan sukrosa yang tinggi. Makanan ini banyak dimakan oleh anak-anak dan biasanya mudah menempel di permukaan gigi, maka bakteri yang ada di mulut anak akan mengubah sisa makanan menjadi asam yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan gigi. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku jajan dengan kerusakan gigi terhadap anak usia sekolah dasar di SDN Pucuk 2 Kecamatan Dawarblandong Mojokerto. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anak kelas 1-3 di SDN Pucuk 2 Dawarblandong Mojokerto. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian yaitu total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner kemudian data diolah menggunakan SPSS dengan menggunakan analisis univariat bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil tabulasi silang hasil penelitian menunjukkan perilaku jajan mengkonsumsi makanan seperti pewarna dan pemanis buatan yang banyak mengandung sukrosa dalam kategori negatif atau konsumsi secara berlebih 22 (48,9 %) mengalami kerusakan gigi dan perilaku jajan dengan kategori positif 12 (26,7 %) ada kerusakan gigi.

Abstract

Era 5.0 is an era of digitalization technology that can influence the development of toddlers because the development of cognitive function, the immune system, and physical growth occur rapidly. Including toddlers' high curiosity about technology, one of which is using mobile devices. The purpose of this research was to prove the influence of applying curiosity on toddlers' positive thinking attitudes in facing the era society 5.0 in East Wonoayu Hamlet, Dukuhmojo Village, Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency. The design of this research used a one-group pra-post test design. The population in this research were all mothers and toddlers in East Wonoayu Hamlet, Dukuhmojo Village, Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency totaling 47 children. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The samples in this research were all mothers and toddlers in East Wonoayu Hamlet, Dukuhmojo Village, Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency totaling 47 children. The instrument used to assess positive thinking attitudes is a questionnaire. Data processing starts from editing, coding, scoring, and data analysis was carried out using the cross table. The research results showed that there was an increase before the implementation of curiosity as many as 47 (100%) respondents had a moderate positive thinking attitude. And after implementing curiosity 17 (36%) respondents had a high positive thinking attitude. curiosity will motivate a person to continue looking for and knowing new things so that they can increase their knowledge and experience in the learning process.

Abstract

Screen time in front of an electronic screen for a long time causes disturbances in children's sleep patterns, so that children will have difficulty concentrating, become irritable and appear tired. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between screen time and sleep patterns in toddler children at the Posyandu in Mlaten Village. The research design used cross sectional. The population in this study were all mothers who had children aged 12-36 months at the Mlaten Village Posyandu, totaling 61 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive Sampling. The research instrument uses sleep disturbance scale for children (SDSC). Data analysis using spearman rho. The research results showed that the majority of respondents who had high screen time activities (>120) per day experienced disturbed sleep patterns (95%). Spearman Rho test results show p value of 0.000. There is a relationship between screen time and sleep patterns in children. Excessive exposure to electronic screens with screen lighting that is too bright suppresses the secretion of melatonin, which regulates the sleep-wake cycle by influencing sleep phase delays. This causes disturbances in the quantity and quality of children's sleep.

Abstract

Factors that can affect the quality of sleep in pre-school-aged children are hospitalization anxiety, when experiencing anxiety, sympathetic nerves can increase so that it can interfere with the sleep process. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between hospitalization anxiety and sleep quality in pre-school aged children (3-6 years) at Mutiara Hati Gedeg Hospital, Mojokerto. The research method uses a correlation analytic design with a cross sectional study. The population of this research is pre-school age children as many as 40 respondents. The research sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the Lemeshow formula. The research was conducted on March 31, 2023 in the Children's Room of Mutiara Hati Hospital. The research instrument used the DASS questionnaire for anxiety and the PSQI questionnaire for sleep quality which had been modified by researchers with validity and reliability test results of 0.692 for hospitalization anxiety and 0.561 for sleep quality and Cronbach's Alpha 0.920 for hospitalization anxiety and 0.967 for sleep quality. The results of this study indicate that there is the most anxiety about hospitalization, namely moderate anxiety for 16 respondents (40%) and most pre-school age children experience moderate sleep quality as many as 18 respondents (45%). Spearman's rho statistical test results p value 0.002 <α 0.05, in the sense that there is a relationship between hospitalization anxiety and sleep quality. The benefits of accompanying parents, close family and siblings are that children are protected, feel comfortable and safe by providing positive support to children.

Abstract

Keluarga menjadi tempat belajar dan sumber ilmu anak karena keluarga adalah lingkungan sosial pertama dan terdekat bagi anak. Desain penelitian ini adalah one group pra-post test design, yang diakukan dengan cara peneliti menilai perkembangan sosial dan emosional sebelum play pretend. Kemudian melakukan play pretend dan selanjutnya menilai lagi perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua Ibu dan anak usia 18-60 bulan di Desa Dukuhmojo, Kecamatan Mojoagung, Kabupaten Jombang sebanyak 30 anak. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah semua Ibu dan anak usia 18-60 bulan di Desa Dukuhmojo, Kecamatan Mojoagung, Kabupaten Jombang sebanyak 30 anak. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Dukuhmojo, Kecamatan Mojoagung, Kabupaten Jombang pada Oktober 2024. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, dan analisis data dengan tabel silang. Kemudian menyajikan hasil penelitian yang diinterpretasikan dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan responden yang memiliki perkembangan sosial dan emosional positif setelah melakukan play pretend. Play pretend dapat meningkatkan perkembangan sosial dan emosional dangan cara melakukan interaksi sehingga mampu mengenali bahwa orang lain memiliki keyakinan, niat, pikiran, dan perasaan yang berbeda. Anak juga dapat mengetahui, mengatur, dan mengendalikan emosinya dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Penularan virus corona di Indonesia yang terkonfirmasi sejak awal Maret 2020 masih terus bertambah. Penambahan kasus positif mulai melaju cepat sejak 6 April 2020. Langkah-langkah telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk dapat menyelesaikan kasus luar biasa ini. Dalam melakukan aktifitas keseharian himbauan penerapan protocol kesehatan sudah dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak. Tetapi banyak masyarakat yang tidak menyikapi hal ini dengan baik. Mereka tidak mengindahkan himbauan pemerintah. Hasil survey pada masyarakat di sekitar SDN Mojoagung Jombang masih banyak ditemukan masyarakat yang belum mematuhi protocol kesehatan dalam pencegahan penularan covid 19. Pengetahuan tentang Covid 19 dan cara pencegahannya yang kurang membuat tidak patuh terhadap protocol kesehatan yang membahayakan diri sendiri dan orang disekitarnya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dimulai dari tim melakukan koordinasi dengan Kepala Sekolah SDN Mojoagung dan sekaligus membagikan hansanitizer kepada civitas di SDN Mojoagung. Tim melakukan kontrak waktu untuk melakukan health education pencegahan covid 19 via google meet pada para guru, wali murid dan warga sekitar sekolah. Acara penyuluhan berjalan lancar. Peserta sangat antusias mengikutinya.  Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan hasilnya terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah penularan covid 19
