Abstract

This research aims to find out how much the business revenue Pond milkfish in a single production and know the factors that affect the income of farmers Pond milkfish in hamlet Sungai Mas village Sebatuan Pemangkat District. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods because the implementation includes data, analysis, and interachievements about the meaning of data obtained, data used primary and secondary data. There were 45 samples in this study than in the use of SPSS 25 and in analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show the largest income of farmers in the Hamlet Sungai Mas, Sebatuan village in one production is Rp. 46.781.493, and the smallest is Rp. 4.553.160. and based on the results of SPSS showed that the variable labor, land area and capital is positive and significant to the income of farmers Pond milkfish in Hamlet Sungai Mas, Sebatuan village, District Pemangkat.

Abstract

The fish production on 2015 – 2018 at Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Pemangkat made a donation to national production. Fish production at Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Pemangkat certainly has dynamics of the fish every year, the causes need to be known. The purpose of this study is to know the conditions of caught fish production at Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Pemangkat in 2015 – 2018. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with the kind of research that quantitative and the sample used as data for fish production on 2015 – 2018. The highest catch of fish is in 2018 at 11.041.325 kg and the lowest production of fish occurred in 2015 at 8.574.379 kg. Regression analysis of free variable influence (catch tool, gross tone, trip) on bonded variables (fish production) obtained variable influences are trip and gross tone.

Abstract

Horticultural plant nurseries at the Agribusiness workshop are one of the empowerment activities currently being developed at the Sambas State Polytechnic. The plant cultivated is cayenne pepper, which is highly volatile in price but always in demand by the community. The planting medium used to cultivate cayenne pepper has been developed over several years by the Agribusiness workshop. The growing medium used has been tested for quality and nutrient content. It is hoped that chili seedling cultivation will be able to meet the high demand for chili seedlings to be cultivated by farmers around Sambas. The initial stage of seedling cultivation involves around 5000 chili seedlings.

Abstract

Sambas Regency is one of the rice producing areas in West Kalimantan with a fairly high rice production. However, the dynamics of consumer behavior in choosing and purchasing rice, especially in traditional markets, have not been studied scientifically. Amidst competition between local rice and rice from outside the region, understanding consumer preferences is important to support the sustainability of the local rice market and the formulation of food distribution policies. This study aims to identify consumer preferences in rice purchasing decisions in traditional markets in Sambas Regency. This study was conducted using a survey method. Samples were taken using accidental sampling from 100 rice consumers in traditional markets in Sambas Regency. Data processing was carried out descriptively, using Fishbein's multi-attribute analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the stages of the rice purchasing decision process in traditional markets in Sambas Regency go through the stages of recognizing needs, gathering information, evaluating alternatives, and making purchasing decisions. The main attributes considered in consumer preferences related to rice purchases in traditional markets in Sambas Regency are price, color, and package size, while aroma, texture, and shape have a relatively lower influence.
