Abstract

Identifikasi spermatozoa salah satu cara untuk mengetahui informasi terhadap keadaan sperma. Penelitian ini mengusulkan identifikasi spermatozoa secara otomatis serta dapat membedakan sebagian besar obyek yang bukan spermatozoa. Penelitian ini diawali dengan tahapan preprocessing, dilanjutkan dengan segmentasi menggunakan blob analysis terhadap ROI (Region of Interest) berdasarkan nilai treshold citra dari H dan S pada ruang warna (color space) HSV , kemudian ekstraksi fitur berdasarkan area, eccentricity dan Equivalent Circular Diameter (ECD) dan proses yang terakhir adalah identifikasi menggunakan Support Vector Machine (SVM) . Berdasarkan hasil pengujian identifikasi spermatozoa sapi dengan metode SVM menunjukkan akurasi mencapai 91.92 %.

Penelitian ini mengevalusi ketidaknormalan spermatozoa dari sisi morfologi bagian ekor spermatozoa sapi. Data berupa 50 citra mikroskopis spermatozoa yang diperoleh dari Loka Penelitian Sapi Potong Grati, Pasuruan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Prosedur yang ditetapkan terdiri atas beberapa tahap. Tahap pertama adalah melakukan segmentasi spermatozoa untuk memisahkan spermatozoa dari latar belakang dan memisahkan bagian ekor spermatozoa dari bagian yang lain. Selanjutnya dari hasil segmentasi dicari garis tengah ekor (skeleton) menggunakan metode medial axis transform. Berdasarkan garis tengah yang dihasilkan, dilakukan prosedur ekstraksi fitur menggunakan metode polynomial curve fitting. Kemudian, metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) digunakan untuk menentukan ketidaknormalan bentuk ekor spermatozoa. Untuk pembelajaran digunakan 25 data spermatozoa normal dan 10 data spermatozoa tidak normal. Testing kemudian dilakukan atas 15 data spermatozoa tersisa. Ketelitian SVM dalam menentukan ketidaknormalan bentuk ekor spermatozoa mencapai 73.33%. Dengan demikian ketidaknormalan bentuk ekor spermatozoa dapat ditentukan dengan menggunakan SVM. Kata kunci: Ekor Sperma sapi, Morphology, Polynomial Curve Fitting, SVM. Abstract Determinining the abnormality of spermatozoa can be done by inspecting its motility or morphology (head or tail). This study examined 50 data of sperm microscopic images. The semen was obtained from Loka Penelitian Sapi Potong Grati, Pasuruan. A sequence of procedure consist of several steps were then carried out. The first step was to obtain sperm tails by segmenting the sperms from its background and removing the heads and the necks parts. The skeletons of the tails were then obtained using a method of medial axis transform. The features of the tails were then extracted using polynomial curve fitting. Then, Support Vector Machine (SVM) was used as a classifier. In the training phase, 25 normal sperm and 10 abnormal sperm were utilized. Afterward, the remaining 15 data were used in the testing phase. The accuracy of SVM was 73.33%. Hence, the abnormality of spermatozoa based on the shape of sperm tail can be determined using SVM. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi bahasa siswa di kalangan siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Siswa yang dipilih adalah siswa kelas XII dengan pertimbangan mereka akan menyelesaikan proses belajar di sekolah dan terjun ke masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan ketrampilan yang dimiliki. Mitra pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah Siswa Kelas XII SMK Mahardhika Surabaya. Dari analisis situasi yang dilakukan nampak bahwa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah siswa kelas adalah kurangnya motivasi belajar karena anggapan dasar bahwa Bahasa Inggris adalah mata pelajaran yang sulit. Dari pretest yang dilakukan ada beberapa materi dasar yang sulit dipahami khususnya reading, kurang mengerti topic, main idea, dan menjawab WH Question serta kurang fokusnya siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Pengajaran menggunakan pendekatan komunikasi persuasif motivasional, diadakan tes awal, pengajaran topic, main idea, dan WH Question dengan pengayaan materi. Setelah proses treatment tersebut diadakan tes evaluasi (post test) yang menampakkan hasil bahwa siswa mulai termotivasi belajar Bahasa Inggris, fokus dan mandiri denganhasil tes rata-rata nilai bagus. Kontribusi dan manfaat yang diperoleh khalayak sasaran adalah motivasi belajar Reading, fokus dan mandiri dalam belajar bahasa inggris.

Abstract

Kantor Pengelolaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dan Barang Milik Negara (KPTIK BMN) merupakan unit kerja yang bertugas dalam melakukan perawatan dan pengelolaan gedung, serta memberikan pelayanan terhadap stakeholder dalam ruang lingkup area gedung. Proses pencatatan peminjaman dan penggunaan BMN yang tersedia saat ini masih konvensional sehingga dapat memicu kemungkinan terjadinya praktik kecurangan. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi sirkulasi yang dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat user dalam melakukan pengambilan/peminjaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun sistem pencatatan menggunakan face recognition dan QR Code dalam mempercepat penginputan peminjaman/penggunaan barang. Pengujian QR Code dilakukan dengan melakukan pemindaian QR Code barang pada sistem sirkulasi penggunaan barang. Pengujian face recognition pada wajah pegawai menggunakan variabel jarak pemindaian wajah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pencatatan sirkulasi penggunaan dan peminjaman barang menggunakan face recognition dan QR Code dapat memberikan hasil yang sesuai dengan jumlah dan jenis barang yang dimasukkan oleh user secara valid, serta dapat mendeteksi wajah pegawai secara valid sesuai dengan rekam data wajah pegawai yang telah didaftarkan pada sistem, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil pengujian pengenalan wajah pada White Box memberikan hasil yang valid dengan persentase kemiripan objek wajah dengan data training sebesar 65%. Serta pengujian akurasi sebuah sistem dalam melakukan face recognition sebesar 100% dan menunjukkan nilai presisi sebesar 100%.

Abstract

Spam email is very annoying for email account users to get relevant information. Detection of email spam has actually been applied to email services for the public with various methods. But for the use of a limited number of company's e-mail accounts, not all e-mail servers provide spam e-mail detection features. The server administrator must add a separate or modular spam detection feature so that e-mail accounts can be protected from spam e-mail. This study aims to get the best method in the process of detecting spam emails. Some machine learning methods such as Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and Random Forest are applied and compared results to get the most efficient method of detecting spam e-mail. Efficiency measurements are obtained from the speed of training and testing processes, as well as the accuracy in detecting spam emails. The results obtained in this study indicate that the Random Forest method has the best performance with a test data speed of 0.19 seconds and an accuracy of 98%. This result can be used as a reference for the development of spam detection using other methods.

Abstract

This community service will be carried out in Dayu village, Nglegok sub-district, Blitar district. This area has become an object of service because of the existence of an organization called Pertakina that fosters small-scale economic enterprises. This community service is carried out in Dayu Village, Nglegok District, Blitar Regency. This area has become an object of service because there is Pertakina, which is an organization that has a number of small scale business managed by former PMI (Indonesian Migrant Workers). They belong to a group of Indonesian migrant workers who with their own capital are trying to be economically independent, so they no longer need to work abroad to earn income. Pertakina has members with various categories (a) former migrant workers, (b) families of migrant workers who own or are starting a business, (c) residents who join to become independent entrepreneurs. Until now, PERTAKINA has recorded 68 members of whom already have businesses and 82 people are starting businesses. The problem they face is how to increase marketing to increase production scale. Therefore, what must be done is to foster a pioneering spirit of doing business for former overseas migrant workers so that they can become independent entrepreneurs and can work in peace with their families. Some of the problems faced by small scale business actors are (1) Some business actors do not yet have a brand or brand for their business or products, (2) Already have an institutional web but do not have media for displaying digital products (3) Business is handled domestically so it requires connectivity and wider range of business.With the emergence of these problems, the community service team developed programs, namely: (1) brand development training by increasing product value with presentation of photographic displays, (2) Creating web-commerce featuring variations of products. With the existence of this website, it will become a display case for Pertakina products, (3) The use of social media for small scale business independently in marketing their products is through Instagram and Youtube media.

Abstract

Futsal's popularity remains undiminished, captivating communities, including school environments like SMK Unitomo Surabaya. In this school, building a strong futsal team is the cornerstone of achieving success. However, manual player selection processes often encounter obstacles, such as inefficiency and potential subjectivity. Often, coaches do not record selection results, leading them to evaluate selections subjectively.Therefore, this research presents a solution in the form of a Decision Support System (DSS) to assist coaches in identifying potential core futsal players. This DSS integrates two cutting-edge methods: Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS). The ROC method plays a role in data weighting, assigning measurable values to each selection criterion. On the other hand, ARAS plays a role in determining the best alternative by comparing the overall value of each alternative with the optimal value of the entire series. Research results demonstrate that this DSS can generate rankings of potential core futsal players with an accuracy level of 0.8753324. This indicates that this DSS has great potential to assist coaches in selecting the right players and increasing the team's chances of winning.

Abstract

Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo berusaha mewujudkan tata Kelola pemerintahan yang bersih, transparan dan tangkas dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik dengan membangun Aplikasi Sistem Pelayanan Rakyat Sidoarjo (SIPRAJA). Terdapat permasalahan pada proses implementasi operasional SIPRAJA khususnya di Kecamatan Taman, diantaranya adalah penyebaran informasi yang kurang maksimal pada operator desa dan masyarakat, moda pengenalan aplikasi yang memerlukan pengembangan, serta perlunya pendampingan bagi operator desa dan warga untuk proses entry data dan informasi. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan sosialisasi dan implementasi aplikasi tersebut di masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pembuatan konten tambahan dalam bentuk animasi, tambahan informasi secara persuasif untuk menambah pengetahuan dan ketertarikan pengguna, penyebarluasan informasi operasionalisasi aplikasi, serta perluasan jangkauan kampanye sosial melalui kontak langsung melalui saluran komunikasi yang available (mediated campaign). Hasil yang didapat dari pengabdian ini berupa video-video animasi dalam beberapa akun media social, dan pendampingan mahasiswa kepada warga calon pengguna aplikasi.
