Abstract

Indomaret is a minimarket network in Indonesia that has a franchise system. Indomaret is a network minimarkets that provide a wide range of basic necessities and daily necessities. Indomaret has a slogan that is “Easy and Economical”. This type of research is data collection methods using a questionnaire. The data analysis model which was used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample selection was done by purposive and insidential. The sample amounted to 100 respondents. Adjusted R Square results shows that 59,5% of brand equity factors can be explained by advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal sales, and direct marketing while the remaining 40,5% is explained by other factor which was not examined in this study. While the F test result show that simultaneously the variables of advertising,sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on brand equity with the result of the analysis namely the value of Fcount (30,030) > Ftable (2,310). The result of the t test shows that the advertising direct marketing variables has a positive and significant effect on brand equity in the Indomaret Minimarket in Bogor. The sales promotion variables, public relations, and personal sales partially did not have a positive and significance. The dominant variable effecting brand equity of Indomaret in Bogor is direct marketing.

Abstract

This research explores the role of Quality Assurance (QA) in enhancing the user experience of the Dompet Duafa application, with a specific focus on performance and functionality aspects. Dompet Duafa, as a technology-based financial application, plays a crucial role in facilitating users in managing their finances. QA is key to ensuring that this application not only functions well but also provides an optimal user experience. The research emphasizes the importance of employing thorough testing methods for performance and functionality to address potential software quality issues. It identifies software quality problems that may arise and describes the consequences that may occur if these issues are not addressed properly. The findings of this research provide insights into how the effective implementation of QA, through meticulous testing methods, can enhance the performance and functionality of Dompet Duafa, thereby delivering a more satisfying user experience.

Abstract

Weak archiving systems, correspondence related to services to village communities and the lack of village government regarding population and population data, so this service has the goal of developing Plosobuden Village a village website to facilitate archiving and population administration. The method carried out in the service process is carried out in several stages, namely location surveys, maturation of concepts in the internal service team, asking for input and criticism of village web creations to village officials, finalizing village web concepts and contents internally for the service team, training and assistance in village web operations. to village officials and evaluation. The results of the service show that village officials are very enthusiastic about the village web to facilitate archiving in terms of correspondence and population data archiving. The results of the evaluation are the lack of basic population input data so that the use of the village web cannot be maximized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Konsep Penghargaan Kerja Sebagai Alternatif Dalam Menciptakan Anggota KPK Berkualitas dan Sistem Pengawasan Dan Pengendalian Budaya Korupsi Terhadap Anggota KPK. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis empirik. Berdasar pembahasan diketahui bahwa Konsep menegerial SDM KPK sebagai ujung tombak optimalisasi capaian kerja KPK dibutuhkan baik penghargaan finasial maupun non-finansial yang juga seimbang dengan konsep pengawasan kinerja pegawai KPK. Pemberantasan korupsi menempatkan KPK sebagai institusi penting, pentingnya kedudukan KPK dalam pemberantasan korupsi tidak lepas darai pentingnya peran pegawai KPK sebagai garda terdepan pemberantasan korupsi. Pentingnya peran dan tanggungjawab pegawai KPK tersebut belum sejalan dengan penghargaan kinerja bagi pegawai KPK utamanya dalam pemenuhan kesejahteraan anggota KPK. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa perlu adanya perhatian khsus bagi pemerintah melalui pembuatan suatu system menegerial kinerja pegawai KPK berbasis pada penghargaan kinerja berupa peningkatan kesejahetraan pegawai KPK guna menjaga pegawai KPK dari kontaminasi perilaku menyimpang yang koruptif dalam menjalankan tugasnya, hal demikian dibutuhkan karena tugas pegawai KPK bersingungan dengan korupsi sebagai kejahatan luar biasa yang juga berdampak luar biasa. Assessment secara self assessment dan institutional assessment secara digital dapat menjadi alternatif baru sebagai media dalam memvalidasi tingkat pencapain prestasi pegawai KPK dalam pencapaian target kerjanya sebagai landasan utama dalam inputisasi peningkatan prestasi pegawai KPK berupa kenaikan jabatan strukturan serta kenaikan penghargaan finansial bagi pegawai KPK.
