Abstract

Pada era modern saat ini teknologi berkembang dengan sangat pesat khususnya dalam bidang komputer yang telah didukung dengan teknologi artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence sebuah studi tentang bagaimana membuat komputer dapat melakukan hal-hal yang pada saat ini dapat dilakukan lebih baik dari apa yang telah dilakukan oleh manusia. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi AI, saat ini pengguna atau developer tidak perlu lagi menuliskan kode. Dalam rangka melaksanakan kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Nusa Mandiri akan menyelenggarakan pelatihan dengan tema “Pelatihan Transformasi Digital Organisasi melalui Implementasi AI Tanpa Coding Pada Remaja Islam Al Hikmah (RISMAH)”. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan kemahiran peserta untuk membuat aplikasi artificial intelligence dengan mudah tanpa menggunakan coding, pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan 3 tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan yang terakhir evaluasi dan monitorin dengan hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah adalah peserta memiliki keterampilan untuk membuat aplikasi artificial intelligence dengan mudah tanpa menggunakan coding.

Abstract

In the digital era, information systems play a crucial role in business operations, including in hospitals. Kartika Pulo Mas. Currently, employee attendance using fingerprints has several problems, such as long queues, identification difficulties, and high investment and maintenance costs. To overcome this problem, an online-based mobile attendance application was developed. However, the main challenge is UI/UX design that is less than optimal, thereby reducing user comfort and efficiency. The aim of this research is to design a User Interface for a mobile attendance application that suits user needs. This research uses the User Centered Design method, which consists of 4 stages, namely understanding the context of use (Understand context of use), specifying user requirements (Specify user requirements), designing design solutions (Design Solutions Process), and evaluating the design against user needs (Evaluate against requirements). Testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale method to meet user needs. The questionnaire distributed used a Likert scale and was answered by 21 respondents. The results of the design evaluation concluded that the final SUS score calculation result was that the average score obtained was 87.5, which is Grade A. This indicates that users are very satisfied with the mobile attendance application.

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan operasional pekerjaan, PKK Kelurahan Ragunan telah memanfaatkan TIK untuk mendukung dan memfasilitasi dalam menyelesaikan kegiatan administrasif kepada masyarakat. Pengelolaan arsip oleh pengurus PKK Kelurahan Ragunan masih dilakukan secara konvensional melalui pencatatan buku besar, hal ini dapat mengurangi efektivitas dan memperpanjang proses pengelolaan administrasi. Untuk merancang sebuah prototipe aplikasi arsip digital, maka harus memiliki User Interface dan User Experience (UI/UX) pengguna yang baik sehingga pengguna tidak kesulitan dalam mengoperasionalkan aplikasi yang telah dirancang dan mendapatkan pengalaman yang mengesankan oleh pengguna setelah menggunakan prototipe tersebut. Pelatihan desain menggunakan Aplikasi Figma yang dapat diakses gratis pada web untuk membuat desain interface. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi kontribusi ilmu dan keterampilan bagi peserta untuk dapat mengimplementasikan suatu rancangan aplikasi yang dinamis, interaktif, dan user friendly sebelum membangun aplikasi arsip digital sehingga membantu petugas arsip dalam mengelola seluruh data yang akan menjadi value penting bagi pihak yang berkepentingan.

Abstract

Advances in technology have now spread to all aspects of life and profession. When archiving, it is appropriate to use a computerized system to make archiving and processing letters easier. However, there are still few who take advantage of current technological advances. One of them is the TEXMACO PURWASARI Vocational High School which still archives letters in paper form (hard copy). Manual archiving has weaknesses that pose many risks. By designing the UI/UX of an archival information system, it is hoped that it can solve existing problems. In designing the UI/UX, the user center design (UCD) method is applied, which is a method for analyzing the UI/UX design of an electronic archival information system. seen from the system user's side, so that the system design is designed according to the user's needs, the result of this research is an archival information system design plan which is equipped with a database plan that is tailored to the user's needs, then testing the system design that has been created using the system method usability scale (SUS).

Abstract

PT Leea Footwear Indonesia is known as a company whose business activities focus on shoe production located in Tegal and has implemented an information system to support inventory management. However, companies often face obstacles such as data produced by information systems that are not suitable, which can cause delays in work processes and data accuracy. Therefore, an information system audit is needed to assess whether the procedures implemented are in accordance with established standards. The data collection method used in this research was interviews and questionnaires involving 11 respondents from PT Leea Indonesian Footwear. The questionnaire is designed to power the Cobit 5 framework based inventory system and is filled in by the concerned employees. The results of the analysis show that the average capability level of the inventory information system is at level 2 (Managed Process). This indicates that the company has managed the IT governance process, especially in the ERP-based inventory information system, well through continuous planning, evaluation and adjustment. The research results show that the highest level of ability is the MEA01 subdomain reaching 3.18 and the lowest is the DSS04 subdomain with a value of 1.24 and is still quite far from the target, namely at level 4, as well as other subdomains, namely DSS01, DSS02, DSS03, DSS05, DSS06, MEA02 and MEA03 still has not reached the target because there is still a GAP.

Abstract

UPTD Pelayanan Infrastruktur Irigasi Wilayah III Ciranjang is a technical implementing element of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Cianjur Regency which carries out technical operational activities in the field of Water Resources Operation and Maintenance. The attendance system for honorary employees is still manual so that it is prone to errors in the attendance system. The attendance system is very important in a company or agency to determine the presence of employees in a company or agency, this is related to discipline and has an impact on the performance of each employee. Therefore, in implementing the attendance process, accuracy is needed so as not to hinder the performance of the company or agency. The design of web-based employee attendance at Pelayanan Infrastruktur Irigasi Wilayah III Ciranjang to simplify and accelerate the attendance process and monitor employee attendance efficiently and effectively. Abstract

The acceleration of digital transformation has increased the demand for fast and efficient software development. This condition has led to the emergence of Low-Code/No-Code (LC/NC) approaches, which allow users with limited technical expertise to build applications through visual interfaces and pre-built components. This study aims to analyze the quality of Low-Code No-Code (LCNC) application development based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, supported by bibliometric visualization using VOSviewer software. The reviewed articles were published between 2020 and 2024. The visualization results indicate that keywords such as context, development, and system are the primary focus in the study of LCNC application quality. Furthermore, the findings of Meira et al. (2020) demonstrate that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, when combined with the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, is effective in evaluating and comparing software system quality within an industrial context. This study concludes that a standards-based evaluation approach, complemented by bibliometric visualization, can provide valuable insights for decision-making processes related to the development and implementation of LCNC applications.

Abstract

Pada era saat ini Persaingan di dunia belajar semakin kompeten dan kompetitif.murid tidak hanya mampu menjalan hal tugas dalam satu bidang melainkan harus generalis yang mampu menangani masalah dalam bidang lain. Dengan kata lain, pada saat ini yang diutamakan adalah harus memiliki kualitas yang unggul. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, maka digunakan sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu menjalankan pengambilan keputusan secara objektif sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang ada. Sistem pendukung keputusan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk penyelesaian masalah Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM).Dengan Pemilihan kriteria C1,C2,C3,C4,C5 Pengambilan nilai alternatif A1,A2,A3,A4,A5. Untuk menentukan murid Berprestasi. Didapatkan hasil dengan A2 nilai tertinggi yaitu 0.830 dan menjadi kandidat murid berpretasi pada VIA English Study Center.

Abstract

The Portal Bacaleg PKN is a website-based application created by PT. Internusa Cipta Solusi Perdana is used by one of the political parties participating in the 2024 election to process voting data during the election period. In order to support the update and implementation of the next nomination stage, the author proposes to measure the level of usability on the Portal Bacaleg PKN at PT. Internusa Cipta Solusi Perdana so that it can be realized in the next nomination stage. Therefore, to determine the level of usability, usability testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method using 10 questions, resulting in a SUS score of 96.03, which means the SUS score grade is at grade A with a Very Good rating because it is above average. -The average and Acceptability measurement values include Acceptable, which means that the PKN Bacaleg Portal is accepted and suitable for use by respondents.

Abstract

The New Student Admission (PPDB) process plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of academic activities at SDN Sukmajaya V Depok. However, the manual implementation of PPDB, from registration to data processing, creates a number of obstacles such as the risk of data loss, time inefficiency, and errors in recording. These conditions encourage the need for technology-based solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the PPDB process. This research aims to design a web-based PPDB information system to facilitate registration, student data management, and report generation. The research method includes data collection through observation, interviews, and literature review, with a system design approach using the Waterfall model. The research stages include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results showed that the PPDB information system designed was able to meet the needs of schools in the process of admitting new students. The system is equipped with main features such as online registration, automatic data validation, and fast report generation, which can reduce errors and speed up the workflow. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the PPDB administration process at SDN Sukmajaya V Depok will be more efficient and provide convenience for prospective students and parents.
