Abstract

Sales in this case in the form of product sales is one of the important activities for the development of the company and is a very important aspect for the company. Problems a rising in the company regarding the promotion and sales, because it still uses manually, visit home for promotion and provide brochures on the road side, System design used with a waterfall methode, while the data collection techniques use research methods with observation, interviews, and library studies. And database application development tools use MySQL and PHP programming language by using Laravel framework. The purpose of this research is to design a sales system evenly and ease of transaction customers without having to come to physical stores directly. The result of this research is to provide an alternative sales and promotion. It is application created can create increase in company sales.

Abstract

Pandawa Musik is a shop that runs a business in the field of buying and selling musical instruments. The store has been around for a long time and has quite a number of regular customers. The sales system that runs on Pandawa Musik is still running manually so that there are often problems in data collection and stock checking. And the sales system is still placed in shop windows, distributing flyers or word of mouth. This allows for errors in data collection, the length of the service process and the lack of sales volume. Based on the description above, the authors are interested in developing an information system that can help Pandawa Musik in making web-based E-Commerce, equipped with features that can make work easier and more systematic, especially in the field of data collection and transactions as well as postage throughout Indonesia. From this research, the authors raised the title "Online Sales Information System for Musical Instruments at the Web-Based Pandawa Musik Shop Using the MIDTRANS and RajaOngkir APIs".

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mempengaruhi berbagai sektor jasa, termasuk bidang instalasi jaringan yang sebelumnya masih didominasi oleh proses manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan platform layanan instalasi jaringan berbasis web yang memudahkan pengguna dalam memesan layanan secara Online serta mendukung teknisi dalam mempromosikan keahlian dan mengelola pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan tahapan perencanaan kebutuhan, perancangan cepat, pembuatan prototipe, serta pengujian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara kepada calon pengguna dan teknisi, serta studi pustaka dari literatur terkait layanan digital dan model bisnis startup. Sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur utama seperti pencarian teknisi berbasis lokasi, manajemen profil teknisi, penjadwalan layanan, sistem ulasan dan rating, serta dashboard admin terpusat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pemesanan layanan hingga 40%, memperluas jangkauan promosi teknisi, dan meningkatkan transparansi layanan berbasis data. Platform ini diharapkan dapat mendukung digitalisasi sektor jasa teknis, menciptakan ekosistem layanan yang profesional, serta menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan layanan sejenis di masa mendatang.
