Abstract

Susu kedelai terbuat dari hasil ekstraksi kedelai. Susu kedelai memiliki komposisi yang mirip dengan susu sapi yaitu 3,5% protein, 2% lemak, dan 2,9% karbohidrat, sehingga susu kedelai dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti susu sapi bagi orang yang alergi terhadap protein hewani. Masalah yang dihadapi UKM mitra (pengusaha susu kedelai) yaitu pada proses pengolahan, pendinginan dan pengemasan. Selama ini proses pengadukan dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu menggunakan pengaduk manual sehingga karyawan mudah capek dan tangan terasa panas karena terkena uap panas. Selain itu, suhu yang digunakan harus tepat (80-90 oC) karena jika suhunya >90 oC maka susu kedelai akan pecah dan jika suhunya < 80 oC maka susu kedelai akan menggumpal. Masalah berikutnya yaitu pada proses pendinginan membutuhkan waktu yang lama (30 menit) dan kurang higenis karena dibiarkan di udara terbuka. Sedangkan untuk proses pengemasan memerlukan 2 orang sehingga waktu yang diperlukan untuk mengemas juga relatif lebih lama (60 menit). Tujuan dalam kegiatan PKMT ini yaitu meningkatkan efektivitas produksi susu kedelai dengan indikator: proses pengadukan dilakukan mesin dengan penggerak motor listrik, proses pendinginan menjadi 5 kali lebih cepat, dan proses pengemasan menjadi 2 kali lebih cepat. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu merancang, manufaktur, assembly, ujicoba mesin, serah terima mesin, pelatihan pengoperasian dan perawatan mesin serta pemantauan secara berkala. Hasil penerapan mesin pengolah dan pengemas susu kedelai semi otomatis diperoleh bahwa proses pengadukan menjadi lebih praktis karena dilakukan mesin dengan penggerak motor listrik, mempercepat proses pendinginan menjadi 4 menit, dan mempercepat proses pengemasan menjadi 21 menit maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa permasalahan UKM mitra dapat teratasi karena proses pengolahan, pendinginan dan pengemasan dapat dilakukan dalam satu mesin

Abstract

Islamic law and Indonesian legislation basically emphasize that marriage can only have one partner. In the Shafi'i school, Ash-Sharbini al-Khatib says, "A man, circumcision does not marry more than one wife without clear hajat. An-nash has pointed out that the principle of marriage is monogamy, not polygamy. The wife or a woman cannot marry more than one husband at the same time (polyandry) because of the impact caused. Polyandry is clearly forbidden as has been said by Allah Almighty. in QS. An-Nisa verse 24. In decision No. 383/Pdt.G/2020/MS. The bna polyandry is one of the reasons for divorce with the dropping of talaq one raj'i. The question in this thesis is how the right of talaq possessed by a husband how to analyze the Decision of the Judge of the Shar'iyah Court of Banda Aceh, and why the case of polyandry as a background for the breakup of marriage is broken with talaq raj'i. In this study, the author uses library research methods to analyze the judge's consideration and the Shafi'i school in terms of holding talaq rights on the grounds that they are caused by polyandry. There are several factors that make the existing legal provisions and procedures different, in the Shafi'i school in terms of privacy such as talaq is very guarded because it is considered bad if there are parties outside who know the domestic affairs, in contrast to the judge's consideration, the procedures of the Shar'iyah Court, the benefit of divorce is regulated to reduce illegal divorces that are not in accordance with the existing Shari'a. Therefore, it can be concluded that the difference that we can see between the judge's consideration and the Shafi'i school is the freedom of the husband to impose talaq anywhere and anytime, and the determination of the amount of talaq based on the husband's own intentions.

Abstract

Lemongrass, one type of source of essential oils, is widely cultivated in Indonesia. There are several methods for extracting the essential oils from lemongrasses, such as hydro-distillation, steam distillation, soxhlet extraction, extraction with supercritical fluids, ultrasonic extraction, and microwave-assisted hydro-distillation. In this study, microwave-assisted hydro-distillation was used as the extraction method. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of extraction time (60 minutes, 75 minutes, and 90 minutes), lemongrass/solvent ratio (1:4 g/mL and 1:5 g/mL), and microwave power (500 watt and 600 watt) on quantity and quality of lemongrass essential oil. The essential oils obtained were analyzed in the form of calculation of the essential oil density, yield, and GC-MS analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the density of the extracted lemongrass oil ranged from 0.880 g/mL – 0.920 g/mL at a temperature of 30 oC, with the highest yield ranging from 0.0044% – 0.0046% in samples with a material/solvent ratio of 1:5 g/mL. The components found in lemongrass oil were Z-citral, geranyl acetate, geraniol.

Abstract

Saat operasi pemboran sering ditemukan beberapa tantangan yang harus dihadapi diantaranya melewati zona overpressure dan narrow pressure window. Dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut dapat menggunakan metode Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) jenis Constant Bottom Hole Pressure (CBHP). MPD jenis ini adalah teknik pengeboran yang menggunakan Surface Back Pressure (SBP) untuk mengontrol tekanan annular sumur dengan presisi sehingga membuat tekanan fluida pemboran di dasar sumur terjaga. Tekanan selalu di jaga agar tetap berada didalam pressure window yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai rencana pengeboran sumur D-1 yang berada di Lapangan Lepas Pantai X Kalimantan Timur menggunakan metode MPD menembus formasi Y dan M. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah mengumpulkan data sekunder seperti tekanan pori dan gradien rekah, trajektori, kedalaman target, BHA, dan rheologi lumpur yang digunakan pada lapangan tersebut. Dengan data tersebut dibuat perencanaan lubang bor dimana terdapat mud weight schedule, perhitungan ECD dan ESD, dan Managed Pressure Program. Dari hasil penelitian, pada total depth trayek 8-1/2” dan 6-1/8” digunakan berat lumpur sebesar 11.4 ppg dan 12.4 ppg dengan penggunaan SBP masing masing sebesar 328 psi dan 555 psi untuk mendapatkan tekanan overbalance minimal saat keadaan statik. Dengan perencanaan pengeboran yang baik dan penggunaan metode MPD tantangan-tantangan yang ada pada sumur D-1 berhasil di tanggulangi dan proses pengeboran bisa dilakukan hingga kedalaman target. Abstract During drilling operations, there are many challenges that must be faced, including passing through the overpressure zone and narrow pressure window. In dealing with these challenges, the Constant Bottom Hole Pressure (CBHP) typeof the Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) methodcan be used. This type of MPD is a drilling technique that uses Surface Back Pressure (SBP) to control the annular pressure of the well with precision so as to maintain the drilling fluid pressure at the bottom of the well. The pressure is always maintained inside the specified pressure window. This study discusses the plan to drill the D-1 well in the X Offshore Field in East Kalimantan using the MPD method through the Y and M formations. The methodology used is to collect secondary data such as pore pressure and fracture gradient, trajectory, target depth, BHA, and mud rheology used in the field. From this data, a drill hole design is made where there is a mud weight schedule, ECD and ESD calculations, and a Managed Pressure Program. From the results of the study, the total depth of the 8-1/2" and 6-1/8" section, 11.4 ppg and 12.4 ppg of mud were used with a SBP of 328 psi and 555 psi, respectively, to obtain a minimum overbalance pressure during static conditions. With a good well design and the use of the MPD method, the challenges that existed in the D-1 well were successfully overcome and the drilling process could be carried out to the target depth.

Abstract

Koperasi, lembaga keuangan yang umum dijumpai di masyarakat dengan memiliki beragam tujuan. Koperasi simpan pinjam bertujuan memberikan layanan keuangan kepada anggotanya melalui prinsip kepemilikan bersama, partisipasi kolaboratif, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi. Anggota menyimpan dan meminjam uang satu sama lain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keuangan seperti modal usaha dan pendidikan. Koperasi simpan pinjam di SMKN 3 Surabaya, yang aktif di lingkungan sekolah, terdiri dari hampir 100 anggota pegawai. Saat ini, pencatatan dan komunikasi di koperasi simpan pinjam SMKN 3 Surabaya masih menggunakan metode tradisional, mengakibatkan masalah praktis dan kurangnya tempat manajemen data yang akurat. Oleh karena itu, dibangunlah aplikasi koperasi menggunakan metode waterfall, dengan tahapan perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian, dan pemantauan. Serta menggunakan metodologi UML untuk memudahkan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan aplikasi. Aplikasi ini, dibangun berbasis React Native dengan menggunakan JavaScript dan TypeScript untuk penulisan kode serta Laravel untuk komunikasi server melalui API. Setelah dilakukan pengujian unit testing menggunakan blackbox serta kesesuaian dan kenyamanan aplikasi dengan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) didapatkan hasil penelitian ini membantu pengguna dalam proses berkoperasi di SMKN 3 Surabaya. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendorong kesadaran koperasi-koperasi lain bahwa implementasi teknologi itu perlu diterapkan di lingkungan koperasi, serta dapat membantu bagi para peneliti dalam mengembangkan aplikasi yang serupa di masa yang akan datang

Abstract

Penyakit covid-19 yang disebabkan oleh virus sarcov-2 awalnya hanya dinyatakan sebagai penyakit pernafasan, namun kemudian diketahui dampak dari penyakit ini dapat menyebabkan kerusakan multiorgan karena adanya fenomeda badai sitokin yang menyebabkan inflamasi dimana-mana termasuk pada pembuluh darah yang menuju berbagai organ penting. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap seberapa signifikan fenomeda koagulasi darah hasil kerja virus covid-19 ini hingga menyebabkan manifestasi tromboembolisme baik dalam terminologi tromboemboli vena, deep vein thrombosis, tromboemboli paru dan lain-lain, juga kemungkinan mekanisme yang terjadi dan yang terpenting dalam tulisan ini adalah seberapa efektifkah penggunaan obat antikoagulan pada pasien covid-19 bergejala berat.

Abstract

Children are an inseparable part of the survival of human life and the sustainability of a nation and state. In substance, the form of legal protection for children in conflict with the law must be prioritized by law enforcement officials. One form of protection contained in positive law is contained in the provisions of Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, using a diversionary settlement. In this study, there are several problems, among others, in the form of settlement of the crime of theft committed by children according to positive law. As well as obstacles in the process of resolving the diversion of the crime of theft committed by children according to positive law. This research is a type of normative juridical research. Abstract

The problem of territorial status and unclear state boundaries often arises from the core of a conflict or dispute between adjacent countries, one of which is the dispute that occurs is the South Cina Sea in the Natuna region as the dispute in the South Cina Sea occurs because of the unilateral claim of the Chinese government to issue a unilateral map in the South Cina Sea. The background of this writing is the existence of a form of dispute resolution and influence for Indonesia in the South Cina Sea dispute. The type of research in this writing is research based on normative law. Meanwhile, the types of approaches in this study are the legislative approach, and the case approach. The results of the study show that the influence for Indonesia in the dispute over the South Cina Sea area in Natuna can be seen from several interests carried out by Indonesia in the disputed area, including sovereignty, economic aspects, and international relations. The mechanism for resolving the South Cina Sea dispute can be pursued by peaceful dispute settlement is something that must be pursued by several countries involved in the South Cina Sea conflict, choosing the peaceful settlement route to avoid conflicts with armed contact. As stipulated in Article 33 of the United Nations Charter and also does not sacrifice human lives that will be sacrificed if a decision is made to resolve disputes by violence. The Charter of the United Nations requires member states to engage in a dispute that, if continued, could endanger international peace and security.

Abstract

Memory is a person's ability to store information that can be recalled for later use. There are several factors that can affect a person's memory, namely, age, gender, physical activity and sports, stress and depression, environmental conditions, and nutrition. Lack of hemoglobin levels that occur continuously for a long time will cause children to experience cognitive disorders, hearing disorders, vision disorders, emotional disorders, hyperactivity, difficulty receiving and processing information, and forgetfulness, thus hampering the child's learning process and having an impact on low memory and decreased performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of students, determine hemoglobin levels in students, determine the level of working memory in students and determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and working memory in students of SMA Negeri 1 Samudera, North Aceh Regency. The design of this research is research using this research is an analytic study of 150 students. The research design used was a cross-sectional study statistical analysis using chi-square. The results show that most of the hemoglobin levels of SMA Negeri 1 Samudera students are in a low category, most of the working memory of SMA Negeri 1 Samudera students are in a good category, and there is a relationship between hemoglobin levels and working memory in SMA Negeri 1 Samudera students.
