Abstract

Festival Gandrung Sewu merupakan festival rutin yang diselenggarakan setiap satu tahun sekali. Hal ini merupakan upaya dalam melestarikan dan mengembangkan budaya kearifan lokal di kota Banyuwangi. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian ilmu antropologi. Penelitian dilakukan di kota Banyuwangi, adapun subjek penelitiannya tokoh atau sesepuh, pawang atau dukun, dinas pariwisata kota Banyuwangi, pelaku penari Gandrung sewu dan masyarakat setempat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: wawancara dan angket kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya muatan Pendidikan Bergama dalam dimensi vertical dan horizontal. Dimensi vertical diwujudkan dengan berdoa dan bersyukur. Dimensi horizontal diimplementasikan dalam bentuk nilai kemanusiaan, keagamaan, dan kepribadian. Fungsi nilai pendidikan mencakup sejarah budaya kearifan lokal Banyuwangi. Pada fungsi nilai budaya mencakup pemahaman dan pengembangan budaya Banyuwangi. Pada fungsi nilai sosial mencakup rasa persaudaraan dan rasa solidaritas tinggi. Terakhir, pada fungsi nilai ekonomi mencakup kesejahteraan perekonomian masyarakat Banyuwangi. Gandrung Sewu Festival is a routine festival held once a year. This is an effort to preserve and develop the culture of local wisdom in the city of Banyuwangi. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods with an anthropological study approach. The research was conducted in the city of Banyuwangi, as for the research subjects were figures or elders, handlers or shamans, the tourism office of the city of Banyuwangi, Gandrung sewu dancers and the local community. The data collection techniques used are: interviews and questionnaire questionnaires. The result of this study is the content of Bergama Education in vertical and horizontal dimensions. The vertical dimension is realized by praying and giving thanks. The horizontal dimension is implemented in the form of human, religious, and personality values. The function of educational value includes the cultural history of local wisdom of Banyuwangi. The function of cultural values includes understanding and developing Banyuwangi culture. On the function of social values include a sense of brotherhood and a sense of high solidarity. Finally, the economic value function includes the economic welfare of the people of Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Innovation and entrepreneurship are key elements of economic development. The focus is on creating new ideas, technologies and business processes that can be more efficient and productive. Innovation means creating creative solutions that can be initiated, developed and marketed according to changing market needs, while entrepreneurship refers to the process of starting and advancing entrepreneurial life by managing new companies, creating labour, bringing economic diversification in a sustainable manner. The study conducted in this research uses the literature research method. The results show that Innovation and entrepreneurship have several macro effects that impact the economy. At the micro level, first of all, they create new jobs, which helps to lower the unemployment rate and improve social welfare. Secondly, innovation and entrepreneurship serve as an important way of diversifying the economy. This in turn helps lower the level of dependence on a single sector and increases the resilience of the economy to external shocks. Third, a business culture shaped by entrepreneurial spirit fosters economic dynamism and a sustainable innovative ecosystem.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PBL) has been recognized as an effective approach to enrich the learning process by providing students with opportunities for in-depth exploration of real-world problems. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of PBL in enhancing students' creativity and innovation. This research examines how PBL can encourage students to develop critical thinking, collaboration and problem-solving skills that are relevant to the needs of today's working world. This study used the literature research method. The results show that PBL is successful in creating a more dynamic learning environment and stimulating student creativity. In many cases, students who engage in project-based learning show significant improvement in terms of the ability to think critically and innovatively. In addition, PBL also encourages the development of important 21st century skills such as teamwork, communication and independence. This study found that one of the keys to the success of PBL in enhancing students' creativity and innovation lies in the ability of educators to provide comprehensive challenges to students and keep them engaged in the learning process. However, challenges such as teacher readiness and limited learning time in some contexts are points that require further attention to maximize the effectiveness of PBL
