Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dalam penelitian ini: 1. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan paramedis terhadap kepuasan pasien pada unit kerja pendaftaran BPJS kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Regional Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, 2. Untuk mengetahui korelasi pelayanan paramedis terhadap kepuasan pasien pada unit kerja pendaftaran BPJS kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Regional Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Jenis  data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan sekunder dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik Pengumpulan melalui Data Observasi, Dokumentasi, Wawancara dan Kuesioner.  Teknik Pengelolaan dan analisis data dengan Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Analisis Regresi Linear sederhana, dan Analisis Korelasi. Hasil analisis data penelitian: 1. Pelayanan para medis pada unit kerja pendaftaran BPJS kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien, diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,021 0,05 dan thitung 2,343 ttabel 1,66140 atau hipotesis diterima. 2. Pelayanan para medis pada unit kerja pendaftaran BPJS kesehatan berkorelasi kuat dengan kepuasan dengan  besarnya koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,830 termasuk dalam kategori hubungan yang kuat, pelayanan para medis pada unit kerja pendaftaran BPJS kesehatan mampu menerangkan kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Regional Provinsi Sulawesi Barat dengan angka R Square sebesar 0,753 atau 73,3%.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee work productivity at Image Printing and Digital Printing in Pangkep Regency. The sampling method used in this research is a saturated sample or taking the entire population with 35 sample respondents. The data in this research was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires that had been distributed. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS version 22 for Windows application. The results of this research show that partially training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at Citra Printing and Digital Printing in Pangkep Regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the effectiveness of using the Kahoot application in learning at Satap 3 Sojol Utara Junior High School and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of its implementation. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research informants consisted of the principal, a Civic Education teacher, and students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the use of Kahoot in learning was effective. Its effectiveness was reflected in improved learning quality through a more interesting and interactive learning atmosphere, the suitability of question difficulty to students' abilities, increased student participation and enthusiasm, and more efficient time management. Observation results showed that students were more focused, actively answered questions, and became directly involved in the learning process. Documentation also showed that Kahoot had been incorporated into the learning plan and that the questions were adjusted to the learning materials and students' abilities. Supporting factors included student enthusiasm, school support, available facilities, ease of application use, and teachers' ability to adjust questions. Inhibiting factors included limited teacher training, unstable internet connectivity, and differences in students' abilities. Therefore, Kahoot can be utilized as an interactive learning medium to improve learning quality and student engagement.
