Abstract

In this article, we will analyze in depth the problems of teacher readiness in adopting and using ICT in PAI learning and the impacts that arise. In addition, several solutions and strategies that can be implemented to increase teacher readiness in integrating technology effectively in PAI learning will also be explained. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative method with the aim of exploring the problems of teacher readiness in ICT-based Islamic Religious Education learning, the impacts that arise, and solutions in adopting and using ICT in Islamic Islamic Education learning. The results of the research conducted show that teacher problems in implementing ICT-based PAI learning include unsupportive curricula, lack of ICT resources, lack of principal support, limited ICT knowledge and skills, concerns about technological complexity, and resistance to changes from traditional learning methods. . While the impacts that arise from these problems include a decrease in the quality of learning and inequality of understanding, and low professional development. Meanwhile, solutions and strategies that can be implemented to address these issues include training and professional development tailored to the needs of teachers, provision of adequate resources and technical support, as well as collaboration and sharing of knowledge between teachers. Abstract

In this article, we will explore the concept of the school literacy movement as well as the literacy challenges in the digital age that need to be addressed. In addition, we will describe several effective ways to overcome these challenges in order to create a literacy environment that is inclusive, adaptive and responsive to technological developments. By understanding the challenges of literacy in the digital era and implementing appropriate strategies, the School Literacy Movement can become a driving force that encourages the progress of student literacy in this digital era. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The purpose of this research is to provide an understanding of literacy challenges in the digital era and how to overcome them in the context of the School Literacy Movement. The data sources for this study come from books, journals and reading materials that are relevant to the discussion in this study.

Abstract

Kelapa hibrida merupakan hasil perkawinan silang dari kelapa genjah dan kelapa dalam Manfaat buah kelapa ini sangat banyak untuk sehari hari mulai dari air kulit maupun isi daging buah itu sendiri Pohon kelapa yang bahasa latinnya Cocos Nucifera L merupakan tanaman serbaguna yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi seluruh bagian tanaman kelapa bisa dimanfaatkan unutk kepentingan manusia Budidaya kelapa hibrida dapat dilakukan diberbagai lahan bahkan di lahan sekitar kolam sebab tidak terlalu tinggi dan tahan terhadap berbagai iklim dan kondisi tanah kering maupun basah Keutamaan kelapa hibrida diantaranya: a Daging yang tebal dan agak keras serta memiliki kandungan minyak yang tinggi ; b Daging buahnya memiliki ketebalan sekitar 1 5 cm; c Kelapa hibrida bisa memproduksi kopra rata rata hingga 6 7ton ha tiap tahunnya ketika tanaman berusia 10 tahun; d Produktivitas tandan buah kelapa hibrida bisa mencapai 12 tanda dan berisi 10 20 butir; e Selain itu kelapa hibrida juga memiliki kandungan galaktoman yang tinggi serta kandungan karbohidrat yang berfungsi memberikan asupan energi energi bagi tubuh Meskipun berkarbohidrat ternyata kandungan kalori di kelapa hibrida tidak tinggi sehingga baik digunakan untuk diet sehat Kata Kunci : Budi daya; Kelapa Hibrida
