Abstract

Abstract In this study, a pavement redesign was carried out on the Sudirman Underpass, in Ambon City. Two methods were used to design the pavement, namely the AASHTO Method (1993) and the Bina Marga Method (2017). The traffic volume data used is traffic volume data obtained based on a survey conducted after the Sudirman Underpass was put into operation. By using the same design life and pavement material characteristics, this study shows that the Bina Marga Method (2017) produces thinner pavement than the AASHTO Method (1993). The difference in the resulting pavement thickness is about 10% or 35 mm. Keywords: road pavement; pavement design; traffic volumes; design life Abstrak Pada studi ini dilakukan perancangan ulang perkerasan jalan pada Underpass Sudirman, di Kota Ambon. Dua metode digunakan untuk merancang perkerasan tersebut, yaitu Metode AASHTO (1993) dan Metode Bina Marga (2017). Data volume lalu lintas yang digunakan adalah data volume lalu lintas yang didapat berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan setelah Underpass Sudirman dioperasikan. Dengan menggunakan umur desain serta ka-rakteristik material perkerasan yang sama, studi ini menunjukkan bahwa Metode Bina Marga (2017) mengha-silkan perkerasan yang lebih tipis dibandingkan dengan Metode AASHTO (1993). Perbedaan tebal perkerasan yang dihasilkan adalah sekitar 10% atau 35 mm. Kata-kata kunci: perkerasan jalan; perancangan perkerasan; volume lalu lintas; umur desain

Abstract

Kerusakan jalan yang terjadi pada Kota Ambon dimana jalan tersebut selalu terjadi retak-retak dan berlubang dikarenakan aspal yang terbuat dari residu minyak bumi yang semakin hari semakin menipis kemudian membuat masyarakat tidak nyaman dalam berkendara, oleh karena itu perlu penambahan bahan untuk meningkatkan kualitas aspal, maka itu penulis memakai limbah karet ban bekas sebagai bahan tambah dalam campuran aspal AC-WC.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kadar aspal campuran AC-WC berdasarkan rumusan campuran kerja yang dipilih dan menganalisis pengaruh penambahan limbah karet ban bekas terhadap sifat marshall bagi campuran aspal AC-WC. Dari hasil pengujian dan analisis yang dilakukan penambahan kadar karet ban bekas yang paling efektif adalah pada kadar 6%, dengan kenaikan nilai stabilitas yaitu 1128,15 kg, VIM sebesar 3,27%, VMA sebesar 15,11 %,VFB sebesar 78,33%%, flow sebesar 3,37 mm dan MQ sebesar 335,48 kg/mm. Dibandingkan dengan nilai stabilitas tanpa penambahan karet ban bekas dengan nilai stabilitas yaitu 426,07 kg. Dan bahan tambah ban karet bekas dengan kadar 8% memiliki penurunan nilai stabilitas yaitu 988,93 kg. Kenaikan nilai stabilitas juga terdapat pada kadar 4% dengan nilai stabilitas yaitu 1220,96 kg. Kenaikan terjadi juga pada kadar 2% dengan nilai stabilitas yaitu1256,17 kg.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a mathematical model of the representation of Qur’an verses about education. Partially, the study examines the epistemology of Qur’an education based on educational aspects and indicators, relevant educational concepts in the Qur'an, and mathematical models to analyze the relationship between Qur'an-based education qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of this study offer a new quantitative analytical framework for Qur’an education, a structured Islamic curriculum development tool, the potential to improve the quality of evaluation of Islamic education programs through quantitative metrics, interdisciplinary collaboration opportunities, and a unique perspective from Islamic traditions for global education discourse. This research is new because it applies mathematical modelling to the epistemology of the Qur'an (not yet exists), uses a quantitative approach in the study of Qur’an education (generally qualitative), and integrates religious epistemology with scientific methodology. The research gap lies in the lack of a quantitative approach and exploration of structured Qur’an education epistemology, as well as the lack of bridges between religious theory and modern educational practice. The latest Islamic education research trends focus on the integration of Islamic values, the development of Islamic learning models, the analysis of character thoughts, and character studies. Recommendations include exploration of the potential of mathematical modelling by researchers in Islamic education and mathematics, consideration of the use of models in curriculum development and evaluation by Islamic educational institutions, as well as the expansion of the model with other variables and empirical testing in subsequent research.
