Abstract

Abstract Informatics is an important subject in today's digital era. However, the learning outcomes of Informatics subjects in Indonesia are still unsatisfactory. This study examines the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) method to improve the learning outcomes of Informatics Class X 1 SMA Negeri 1 Tambangan. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study were all Class X 1 SMA Negeri 1 Tambangan who took Informatics subjects. The sample of this study was 30 students who were randomly selected from a population of 78 students. The measuring instrument used in this study was the Informatics subject learning outcomes test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who learned using the PjBL method and the learning outcomes of students who learned using traditional methods. The results of this study are consistent with the results of research that has been conducted by other researchers. There are several factors that can explain the effectiveness of the PjBL method in improving student learning outcomes. First, the PjBL method provides opportunities for students to actively learn and construct their own knowledge. Second, the PjBL method encourages students to work together and collaborate with their friends. Third, the PjBL method provides opportunities for students to apply the knowledge and skills they have learned in the real world. The PjBL method is an effective learning method to improve student learning outcomes. The PjBL method can be applied in various subjects, including Informatics. The PjBL method can provide meaningful learning experiences for students and can help students to develop the skills they need to succeed in the world of work. Abstrak Informatika adalah mata pelajaran yang penting di era digital saat ini. Namun, hasil belajar mata pelajaran Informatika di Indonesia masih belum memuaskan. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas metode Project Based Learning (PjBL) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Informatika Kelas X 1 SMA Negeri 1 Tambangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-eksperimental dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kelas X 1 SMA Negeri 1 Tambangan yang mengikuti mata pelajaran Informatika. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 siswa yang dipilih secara acak dari populasi sebanyak 78 siswa. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar mata pelajaran Informatika. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji t-tidak berpasangan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang belajar menggunakan metode PjBL dengan hasil belajar siswa yang belajar menggunakan metode tradisional. Hasil belajar siswa yang belajar menggunakan metode PjBL secara signifikan lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar siswa yang belajar menggunakan metode tradisional.Hasil penelitian ini konsisten dengan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti lain. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat menjelaskan efektivitas metode PjBL dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Pertama, metode PjBL memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk aktif belajar dan mengkonstruksi pengetahuan mereka sendiri. Kedua, metode PjBL mendorong siswa untuk bekerja sama dan berkolaborasi dengan teman-teman mereka. Ketiga, metode PjBL memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk menerapkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang telah mereka pelajari dalam dunia nyata. Metode PjBL merupakan metode pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode PjBL dapat diterapkan di berbagai mata pelajaran, termasuk mata pelajaran Informatika. Metode PjBL dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna bagi siswa dan dapat membantu siswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan yang mereka butuhkan untuk sukses di dunia kerja. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the features of ChatGPT, Gemini AI, and Claude AI in helping teachers create teaching materials at SMA Negeri 1 Tambangan. This study uses an experimental design of participants who are divided into four groups (three AI groups and one control group), this study compares the quality of the teaching materials produced with the help of the three AI platforms. Data collection methods include pre-test, post-test, questionnaire, and analysis of AI usage activity logs. The results of the analysis show that Gemini AI has better results in improving the quality of teaching materials, with an average score increase of 20.5 points, compared to ChatGPT (13.4 points) and Claude AI (14.6 points). Gemini AI's advantages are mainly seen in the aspects of contextualization and personalization of learning materials. The results of the technology acceptance analysis show that the adoption rate is high for Gemini AI, with the highest scores in perceived usefulness (6.4/7) and behavioral intention (6.6/7). Implementation challenges include the need for teacher training and limited infrastructure in several regions. This research provides important implications for the development of policies and practices for the use of AI in education in Indonesia, emphasizing the importance of integrating AI technology that takes into account the local context and specific needs of students.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of two prominent educational taxonomies Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy and Simpson/Harrow’s Taxonomy—in fostering higher-order thinking skills and employability competencies among secondary school students, particularly at the high school (SMA) and vocational school (SMK) levels. In response to the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the evolving labor market, which increasingly values adaptable, creative, and skillful individuals, this study addresses the urgent need for pedagogical frameworks that simultaneously promote complex cognitive processes and practical psychomotor abilities. Using a descriptive-qualitative methodology with a comparative analytical approach, the study draws upon primary and secondary literature encompassing theoretical and empirical studies of both taxonomies. Findings indicate that the Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy emphasizes cognitive dimensions, including remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating, and creating. Conversely, Simpson/Harrow’s Taxonomy centers on psychomotor development ranging from perception and readiness to guided response, mechanism, complex overt response, adaptation, and origination. These complementary emphases provide a compelling rationale for integrating the two frameworks into a unified pedagogical model. The integration of these taxonomies offers a robust structural foundation for instructional planning, teaching strategy implementation, and comprehensive learning assessment. Practically, this integrated approach fosters a learning experience that not only cultivates critical and creative thinking but also equips students with hands-on skills essential in real-world job contexts. This study recommends the formulation of curriculum policies that incorporate both cognitive and psychomotor dimensions across all educational levels. Furthermore, it encourages the development of interactive learning modules based on an Integrated Taxonomy approach as a pathway for future research and instructional innovation. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam efektivitas dua taksonomi pendidikan Taksonomi Bloom Revisi dan Taksonomi Simpson/Harrow—dalam membangun kompetensi berpikir tingkat tinggi dan keterampilan kerja peserta didik pada jenjang pendidikan menengah, khususnya di SMA dan SMK. Didorong oleh tuntutan Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan kebutuhan dunia kerja akan tenaga kerja yang adaptif, kreatif, dan terampil, riset ini merespons urgensi desain pembelajaran yang mampu mengembangkan kecakapan berpikir kompleks sekaligus keterampilan motorik halus dan kasar secara simultan. Metodologi penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis komparatif. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka terhadap literatur utama dan sekunder yang memuat kajian teoritik dan empiris tentang dua taksonomi tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Taksonomi Bloom Revisi menitikberatkan pada dimensi kognitif yang meliputi kemampuan mengingat, memahami, menerapkan, menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan mencipta. Sementara itu, Taksonomi Simpson/Harrow berfokus pada perkembangan keterampilan psikomotorik mulai dari persepsi, kesiapan, respon terbimbing, mekanisme, respons kompleks, adaptasi, hingga orisinalitas. Perbedaan pendekatan ini membuka peluang untuk integrasi pedagogis yang lebih luas dalam rangka menciptakan model pembelajaran yang holistik dan kontekstual. Integrasi kedua taksonomi menawarkan kerangka kerja yang solid dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan strategi pengajaran, serta evaluasi capaian belajar yang lebih utuh. Implikasi praktis dari integrasi ini adalah terbentuknya pengalaman belajar yang tidak hanya mengasah kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif, tetapi juga membekali peserta didik dengan keterampilan kerja nyata yang dibutuhkan di lapangan. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini mencakup pentingnya pengembangan kebijakan kurikulum yang menggabungkan dimensi kognitif dan psikomotorik dalam setiap jenjang pendidikan, serta pengembangan modul pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Taksonomi Terintegrasi sebagai langkah lanjutan riset. Abstract

The preservation of Silek Kumango as a cultural dakwah media in Minangkabau provides significant contributions in maintaining cultural diversity while reinforcing Islamic values. This research aims to explore the origins of Silek Kumango, its development amidst modernization and globalization, and its function as a non-verbal dakwah instrument that integrates religious and cultural values. Silek Kumango functions not only as a martial art but also as a character-building tool through its movements, which contain moral, ethical, and spiritual values. Its presence in religious education at suraus and within adat communities positions Silek Kumango as a deep and impactful form of dakwah that touches upon the social life of Minangkabau society. This study also reveals that the preservation of Silek Kumango supports sustainable development by maintaining local cultural traditions, which in turn strengthens social cohesion and shapes the character of the community. Therefore, collaboration among the government, educational institutions, and adat communities is crucial to ensuring the continuity and existence of Silek Kumango in the future. Pelestarian Silek Kumango sebagai media dakwah kultural di Minangkabau menawarkan kontribusi penting dalam menjaga keberagaman budaya sekaligus memperkuat nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali asal-usul Silek Kumango, perkembangannya di tengah arus modernisasi dan globalisasi, serta fungsinya sebagai instrumen dakwah non-verbal yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama dan budaya. Silek Kumango tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai seni bela diri, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pendidikan karakter melalui gerakannya yang mengandung nilai moral, etika, dan spiritual. Keberadaannya sebagai bagian dari pendidikan agama di surau dan dalam komunitas adat menjadikan silek sebagai saluran dakwah yang mendalam dan menyentuh aspek kehidupan sosial masyarakat Minangkabau. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pelestarian Silek Kumango mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan dengan mempertahankan tradisi budaya lokal yang mendalam, yang pada gilirannya memperkuat kohesi sosial dan membentuk karakter masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi antara pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan komunitas adat sangat diperlukan untuk menjamin keberlanjutan dan eksistensi Silek Kumango di masa depan.
