Abstract

Background. Entrepreneurs utilize abundant raw materials by making coconut husk, which is the main ingredient in making coconut husk brooms. However, many still use conventional methods to process it, such as pounding it until it becomes fiber. Aim. To be carried out effectively, it is deemed necessary to have technological assistance, such as the Coconut Husk Shredding Machine. Methods. However, to ensure that the aid has improved the effectiveness of the coconut husk shredding process, it is necessary to analyze and compare the time motion study between the two methods. By comparing the Standard Time between the two methods, Result. We can determine the extent of the difference, allowing us to quickly estimate the amount of product produced from coconut husk shredding within a specific time frame or how long it takes to process the available amount of coconut husk. Conclusion. The research and time motion study analysis results in an activity of shredding coconut husks using conventional methods and machines, which aligns with the hypothesis that shredding coconut husks using machines is 2.91 minutes faster than traditional methods. Implication. This work time measurement recommendation can be used as a standard time measurement in shredding coconut husks using conventional and machine methods.

Abstract

Background. The management of the tourism supply chain that exists today, when viewed from the reality on the ground, has occurred but is done traditionally, or in other words, it is not managed correctly, so the ultimate goal of supply chain management is not achieved. Aim. The author has formulated a Sustainable Tourism Framework Model based on FGDs and surveys of tourism supply chain actors. Methods. The authors used this study's research methodology: 1. Determine the title and research objectives; 2. Create an overview of the research in an abstract narrative, 3. Conduct a Literature Review on several topics related to the keywords in the abstract; 4. Research stages should be made in which the methodology is determined in detail beforehand; 5. Conduct FGD to discover the Decision Making System Model in implementing TSCM.6. Make SEM Model Design Forms.7. Entering data into the AMOS application. 8. Re-test the results of the AMOS application to optimal results. 9. Optimal Reconstruction of the SEM Model Design. 10. Arranging questions to be carried out in Survey, 10. Collecting survey data. 11. Enter data from survey results. 12. Report on survey results based on SEM model tests through the AMOS application.Result. However, the Framework Model has not yet been accurately validated. After being validated through the SEM-AMOS application, the proposed Framework Model was changed to the Sustainable Tourism Supply Chain Management Framework Model.Conclusion. Developing the STSCM application design in Indonesia should significantly improve the tourism sector's economy. For this reason, we recommend that this be followed up on the STSCM Application Development in Indonesia.Implementation. This research will be beneficial for the Indonesian government, entrepreneurs in the tourism sector, and the tourism industry in general, especially in the tourism sector

Abstract

Company X is a large enough producer of Sambal Sauce to supply Meatball traders in Indonesia. Many problems in this supply chain include the occurrence of unhealthy competition between internal networks, both between agents and other networks that intersect between supply regions, market prices are not uniform, the availability of field products is not maintained, the uncertainty of delivery from the previous supply from the Supply Chain, high Debts and Receivables from Distributors, the certainty of product delivery to the Supply Chain from Producers, The certainty and stability of the delivery of Sambal Sauce Raw Materials to the Factory, unstable quality of raw materials, and many other problems. Of course, this needs to be fixed immediately, considering that it will be a turning point for product returns if this problem continues. The following is a deeper study of what and why this happens, how to solve the problem, and concrete efforts to solve the problem analytically using the Enterprise Architecture Design method by utilizing Hybrid Technology-based Industrial Revolution 4.0 Technology.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Return saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, faktor-faktor likuiditas (CR), Profitabilitas (ROA), dan leverage (DAR) dibandingkan dengan Return saham perusahaan manufaktur. Perusahaan manufkatur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2019 sebagai populasi penelitian. Hasil pengujian regresi yang dilakukan pada 145 perusahaan manufaktur menunjukkan bahwa rasio keuangan CR dan DAR tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return, sedangkan rasio keuangan ROA berpengaruh terhadap Return. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa rasio-rasio mempengaruhi Return saham perusahaan manufaktur secara simultan.

Abstract

Pada artikel ini dikaji suatu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk meramalkan harga saham. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperkenalkan metode Support Vector Regression dengan Algoritma Grid Search untuk memprediksi harga saham INDF dan MYOR serta melakukan peramalan satu periode ke depan pada kedua perusahaan tersebut. Hasil kajian menghasilkan model prediksi terbaik untuk data saham INDF dengan nilai MAPE dan pada data testing berturut-turut sebesar 5.570% dan 79.9%, sedangkan untuk data saham MYOR diperoleh nilai MAPE dan pada data testing berturut-turut sebesar 2.954% dan 96%. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan prediksi harga saham INDF dan MYOR untuk satu periode selanjutnya (31 Desember 2021) berturut-turut sebesar Rp 6326.88/lembar dan Rp 2039.31/lembar.
