Abstract

This study aims to design and build a web-based grinder machine monitoring result reporting information system. The grinder machine is a crucial part of the production process, so monitoring its performance is very important to ensure efficiency and product quality. The information system developed aims to automate the process of collecting, analyzing, and reporting grinder machine performance data. The methodology used in this study includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. This system is built using web-based technology to facilitate access and integration with other existing systems in the company. The results of the study show that this information system is able to provide accurate and real-time reports, making it easier for management to make more precise and faster decisions. Thus, it is expected that this system can improve operational efficiency and reduce machine downtime.

Abstract

The formation of entrepreneurial character in Generation Z is important to prepare them to face future challenges and contribute to the economy. Generation Z has unique characteristics that can be utilized to develop an entrepreneurial spirit, such as technological knowledge, creativity, and concern for social issues. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Generation Z can create their own jobs, reduce dependence on formal employment, and make a positive contribution to the economy. Generation Z has a high concern for social and environmental issues. These values ​​can be the basis for running a sustainable and responsible business. The Lecturer Team conducted community service activities to educate Generation Z about entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Proses rekrutmen magang adalah serangkaian langkah yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk merekrut siswa, mahasiswa atau fresh graduate yang ingin mendapatkan pengalaman kerja dalam bentuk magang. Pada saat melaksanakan magang, mahasiswa dapat melihat serta mendapat arahan langsung dan mampu beradaptasi dengan dunia kerja. Di lain pihak, bagi instansi / perusahaan dengan adanya program magang dapat memantau kualitas kinerja yang dimiliki oleh calon SDM. Proses recruitment ini biasanya melibatkan posting daftar pekerjaan, meninjau resume dan surat lamaran, melakukan wawancara, dan memilih kandidat yang paling memenuhi syarat untuk mengisi posisi yang tersedia. Tujuan dari proses rekrutmen magang adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kandidat yang memiliki keterampilan dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk berhasil dalam program magang. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Recruitment Magang Berbasis Web diperlukan untuk menyimpan berkas dan menyeleksi calon pelamar. Metode pengembangan system yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall. Metode waterfall terdiri dari tahapan analisis, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian dan implementasi. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Recruitment Magang Berbasis Web ini akan mempermudah dalam mengelola rekrutmen magang melalui sistem dan menghasilkan informasi sebagai acuan dalam hal merekrut calon peserta magang. Dengan sistem informasi manajemen recruitment magang berbasis web ini data tersimpan dengan baik, proses pemasukan lamaran dan seleksi calon peserta magang juga menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah dengan program aplikasi online yang dibangun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengarsipan surat pengajuan. Apa kendala pada saat proses pengarsipan serta memberikan solusi untuk kendala yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan wawancara, dimana metode ini menggunakan cara pengamatan langsung pada objek yang diteliti dan melakukan wawancara pada orang yang terkait dengan proses pengarsipan. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan menunjukan bahwa proses pengarsipan sudah dijalankan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan, namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam kegiatan tersebut yang mengakibatkan lamanya proses pencarian data, serta adanya kekeliruan atau kerusakan data. Solusi yang dilakukan adalah dengan membuat suatu Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan Surat Pengajuan Berbasis Web. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar dapat mempermudah proses pengarsipan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall, dengan tahapan sebagai berikut, Analisis, Desain Sistem, Pengkodean, Pengujian, dan Implementasi. Perancangan sistem menggunakan Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metoda Black Box Testing. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan Surat Pengajuan Berdasarkan Nomor Surat Berbasis Web mempermudah pengarsipan surat pada setiap divisi. Implementasi program ini juga dapat dikembangkan dengan cara memberlakukannya kepada setiap divisi yang ada. Selain itu, untuk kelancaran penggunaan program ini perlu dilakukan pelatihan dan sosialisasi kepada para pengguna agar dapat menjalankannya dengan baik serta sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Basically, a company engaged in manufacturing requires adequate warehouse inventory management to support every job done, especially when the work is still done manually. Every item that comes out of stock is recorded on a card, then later monitored whether it matches the records on the card with the inventory in the warehouse. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based information system as a solution to problems arising from manual data processing. The data collection method used by the author is a literature study and field study. Data collection that covers all goods to fulfill each business process is still done manually which causes many errors or discrepancies between the available data and the existing goods. Another obstacle, because the data collection is still done manually, causes the re-data collection process on existing data to take time, because the search for the required data must be searched for one by one. This study identifies in detail the deficiencies that occur in the warehouse storage management process starting from the mismatch between the recorded stock of goods and the physical stock of goods, the data search process is also hampered and inefficient and tends to be time consuming because the data is searched manually, and there is inaccuracy in the reporting of warehouse goods so that it disrupts the work process. With the Design of this Warehouse Information System, it is expected to be a Solution to the existing problems.

Abstract

As a prospective employee, you must understand what soft skills the job seeker requires before starting work. During recruitment, one of the effective searches for human resources is administrative selection through Curriculum Vitae (CV), then interviews, and having personal branding. Through this process, organizations can find out the qualities and abilities of prospective employees before undergoing the next selection test. Cikarang Global Laboratory Vocational School which has the hope of being able to continue to improve and innovate, to be able to produce quality output or graduates who are able to answer future challenges, either for work (B) or continuing their studies at higher education (M) or entrepreneurship to become successful entrepreneurs ( W) or what is usually called BMW.
