Abstract

The research conducted revealed obstacles in the data collection and management of uniforms for the Digital Talent program, including: the manual uniform data collection process, and the manual management process, including both Digital Talent participant data collection and uniform distribution. To address these challenges, the author proposes a solution by developing a website-based system that is expected to simplify and expedite the uniform inventory management process, improve service quality, reduce data recording errors, and facilitate inventory data monitoring.

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop a web-based employee training information system application at PT XYZ to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the training process. This system is designed to assist in managing training schedules, materials, and participant data, as well as providing flexible learning access for employees. Testing results indicate that the system operates well and meets user needs. It is hoped that this application can provide a solution to support the sustainable development of employee competencies.
