Abstract

The formation of entrepreneurial character in Generation Z is important to prepare them to face future challenges and contribute to the economy. Generation Z has unique characteristics that can be utilized to develop an entrepreneurial spirit, such as technological knowledge, creativity, and concern for social issues. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Generation Z can create their own jobs, reduce dependence on formal employment, and make a positive contribution to the economy. Generation Z has a high concern for social and environmental issues. These values ​​can be the basis for running a sustainable and responsible business. The Lecturer Team conducted community service activities to educate Generation Z about entrepreneurship.

Abstract

As a prospective employee, you must understand what soft skills the job seeker requires before starting work. During recruitment, one of the effective searches for human resources is administrative selection through Curriculum Vitae (CV), then interviews, and having personal branding. Through this process, organizations can find out the qualities and abilities of prospective employees before undergoing the next selection test. Cikarang Global Laboratory Vocational School which has the hope of being able to continue to improve and innovate, to be able to produce quality output or graduates who are able to answer future challenges, either for work (B) or continuing their studies at higher education (M) or entrepreneurship to become successful entrepreneurs ( W) or what is usually called BMW. Therefore, students of SMK Laboratoroum Global Cikarang need to be given practical training when facing the world of work, by providing practice on how to make a good and attractive Curiculum Vitae (CV), have strong interview skills, and have unique personal branding. Abstract

The Training on the Development of Cultural Heritage Interpretation, Virtual Reality, and English in World Heritage Tourism Darajat Pass Web-based with AI-Chatbots for Tourism is a strategic effort to increase the capacity of local human resources and the competitiveness of the tourism sector in Karyamekar Village, Pasirwangi District, Garut Regency, West Java. Darajat Pass, located in Garut Regency, West Java, is a tourist destination with great natural and cultural potential, but still faces some fundamental challenges in its development. This training activity aims to equip MSME actors and farmer groups through an integrated training program that focuses on increasing the capacity of human resources through three main aspects: cultural heritage interpretation, tourism English proficiency, and the use of web-based technology, Virtual Reality (VR), and AI-chatbots. The training methods used include blended learning and participatory and question and answer and discussion. This training not only increases the confidence of participants, but also strengthens the readiness of Darajat Pass as a more competitive and friendly tourist destination for foreign tourists. It is hoped that this program will not only answer the three main needs of modern tourism—namely cultural interpretation, language mastery, and digitalization—but also have the potential to strengthen the competitiveness of the Darajat Pass as a technology-based cultural heritage tourism destination.
