Abstract

Realitas sosial masyarakat desa Batu Kerbuy dapat dikatagorikan sebagai masyarakat multikultural, maskipun secara keseluruhan penduduknya adalah pemeluk agama Islam. Sebab di desa ini terdapat beberapa afiliasi paham keagamaan yang berkembang dan diamalkan dalam kehidupan sehari, yaitu Nahdlatul Ulama’ (NU), Muhammadiyah, Serikat Islam, FPI, Al-Irsyad, Persis, dan Hidayatullah. Fenomena ini cendrung akan terjadi konflik atar satu kelompok dengan yang lainnya jika tidak diberikan pemahaman dan pendampingan akan pentingnya sikap saling menghomati, inklusif dan toleran. Tujuan pendampingan moderasi beragama ini adalah untuk menciptakan tatanan sosial kemasyarakatn yang rukun, damai, harmonis dengan menunjukkan sikap saling menghomati dan saling menghargai perbedaan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Metode pendampingan dalam penguatan moderasi beragama adalah metode PAR (participatory action research) yang didahului dengan sosialisasi rencana pendampingan, pelaksanaan, monitoring FGD dan evaluasi program pendampingan penguatan moderasi beragama. Hasil pengabdian menujukkan adanya perubahan sikap dan pola pikir masyarakat ke arah yang inklusif dan toleran dengan menujukkan kesediaan dan kesiapan hidup berdampingan secara damai dan harmonis dalam perbedaan.

Abstract

Disputes and different views among the nation's children are often displayed and tend to disintegrate, primarily if this is related to the identity of each group, such as the identity of beliefs in religion, which is always used to break and bring down opponents. It must be realized that religious differences are sunnatullah, which must be practiced in social interaction by respecting each other and recognizing the existence of other religions without blaming and criticizing one another. This study aims to reveal efforts to form tolerance in children from multi-religious families in the Avalokitesvara Pamekasan Vihara complex. This study used a phenomenology-based qualitative approach. The research data were obtained through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. The research data were then analyzed using the Spreadly model through domain, taxonomy, component, and theme analysis. The study results show that the formation of an attitude of tolerance in children from the perspective of multicultural Islamic education is carried out through habituation, example, guidance, and advice. Parents in multi-religious families, through their efforts to, adjust themselves to social reality.

Abstract

The application of the Merdeka curriculum in fiqh learning is a form of response to the presence of the era of society 5.0, which invites every individual to continue to develop their potential independently adapted to technological sophistication. The purpose of this study is to examine and study the application of the Merdeka curriculum in fiqh learning. The research method used is a qualitative approach based on phenomenology with the intention of collecting data through observation, interviews, and document studies. Research data obtained through interviews, observation, and document study were then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum based on multiculturalism in conceptually learning fiqh in madrasas has formulated fiqh material through integration with the study of classical books (the yellow book). Students are given freedom and flexibility in studying and dissecting various literature that contains the study of fiqh. The structure of the Merdeka curriculum in fiqh learning implemented by this Madrasah is centered on the study of worship fiqh, mu'amalat fiqh, munakahat fiqh, roses fiqh, and jinayat fiqh
