Abstract

Pendahuluan: Proses penuaan terjadi secara alami diikuti dengan adanya penurunan kondisi fisik, psikologi maupun social diantaranya adalah penurunan kekuatan otot, dan penurunan fungsi otak sehingga timbul banyak permasalahan pada lansia dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-harinya. Metode: Pre-post design pada 34 lansia dan dilakukan screening dengan MMSE, lansia dengan nilai MMSE >24 point diberikan Walking Tandem Exercise (WTE) sebanyak 3 kali dengan istirahat 1 menit diantara tiap sesi dilakukan 2 kali seminggu selama 4 minggu. Hasil: Uji beda nilai pre-post test diperoleh hasil p = 0,012 (p < 0,05). Diskusi: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang bermakna pada nilai indeks katz sebelum dan sesudah diberikan WTE. Kata Kunci: Walking Tandem Exercise, Indeks Katz, Lansia

Abstract

Olahraga atau latihan fisik yang teratur dapat mempertahankan kebugaran jasmani. Sebaliknya aktivitas fisik dengan intensitas maksimal dan melelahkan justru merupakan stressor bagi tubuh yang dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya kerusakan jaringan otot jantung. Metabolisme energi pada otot jantung sangat kompleks. Proses metabolisme tersebut membutuhkan perantara, diantaranya Creatine Kinase (CK). Perubahan kadar serum enzim CK dapat menjadi penanda atau biomarker dari perubahan fungsi otot jantung. Akan tetapi belum diketahui sejauh mana perbedaan pengaruh aktivitas aerobik dengan aktivitas fisik anaerobik terhadap perubahan aktivitas CK-MB otot jantung tikus wistar. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan fisik aerobik dengan latihan fisik anaerobik terhadap kadar CK-MB otot jantung tikus wistar.Penelitian ini adalah studi eksperimental dalam bentuk In-vivo yang dilakukan terhadap tikus wistar jantan yang telah mengikuti latihan aerobik dan anaerobik selama 1 hari, 3x seminggu dan 7 hari berturut-turut. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 28 ekor tikus yang dibagi dalam 7 kelompok yaitu; kelompok 1 pembanding yang tidak diberi pembebanan aktivitas fisik, kelompok 2 kelompok yang diberi perlakuan aktivitas fisik aerobik 1 hari, kelompok 3 yaitu kelompok yang diberi perlakuan aktivitas fisik aerobik 3x seminggu, kelompok 4 yaitu kelompok yang diberi perlakuan aktivitas fisik aerobik selama 7 hari berturut-turut, kelompok 5 yang diberi perlakuan aktivitas fisik anaerobik satu hari, kelompok 6 yang diberi perlakuan aktivitas fisik anaerobik 7 hari berturut-turut. Pada masing-masing kelompok dilakukan pengambilan organ jatung dan pemeriksaan aktivitas CK setelah melakukan aktivitas fisik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkanpada kelompok aktivitas fisik aerobik terjadi peningkatan aktivitas CK sebesar 88% dibandingkan kelompok pembanding dan pada kelompok aktivitas fisik anaerobik terjadi penurunan aktivitas CK. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna rerata aktivitas CK jaringan otot jantung antara kelompok perlakuan aerobik 1 hari dengan 1 hari anaerobik (p=0,03) serta kelompok perlakuan 3x seminggu aerobik dengan 3x seminggu anaerobik (p=0,00).Dapat disimpulkan bahwaterdapat perbedaan yang bermakna aktivitas CK otot jantung pada kelompok aerobik perlakuan 3x seminggu dengan kelompok pembanding (p= 0,02),Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna aktivitas CK otot jantung pada seluruh kelompok perlakuan anaerobik dengan kelompok pembanding (p>0,05),Terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna aktivitas CK otot jantung antara kelompok Aerobik dan anaerobik pada kelompok perlakuan 1 hari dan 3x seminggu (p< 0,05). Sports or physical exercise regularly to maintain physical fitness . Instead of physical activity with maximum intensity and exhausting it is a stressor to the body which can result in damage to the heart muscle tissue . Energy metabolism in the heart muscle is very complex . The process requires intermediary metabolism , including Creatine Kinase ( CK ) . Changes in serum levels of CK enzyme may be a marker or biomarker of changes in heart muscle function . But the difference is not known to what extent the effect of aerobic activity with anaerobic physical activity to changes in the activity of CK - MB wistar rat heart muscle. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of aerobic exercise with anaerobic exercise to CK-MB levels of cardiac muscle wistar rats................................................................................................................... This study is an experimental study in the form of in-vivo studies conducted on male Wistar rats that had followed the aerobic and anaerobic exercise for 1 day , 3 times a week and 7 days in a row . The number of samples in this study were 28 rats were divided into 7 groups, namely: 1 comparison group who were not given the imposition of physical activity, group 2 treated group aerobic physical activity 1 day, 3 groups, namely the group treated 3 times a week aerobic physical activity, 4 groups is the group treated aerobic physical activity for 7 days in a row, group 5 treated anaerobic physical activity a day, 6 groups treated anaerobic physical activity 7 days in a row . In each group performed organ harvesting CK activity , cardiac and.examination.after.perform.physical.activity. In the group of aerobic physical activity, CK activity increased by 88 % compared to the control group and the group of anaerobic physical activity decreased CK activity. The analysis showed significant difference mean CK activity of the cardiac muscle tissue between aerobic treatment groups 1 day to 1 day anaerobic (p = 0.03) and the group treated with 3 times in a week aerobic with 3 times in a week anaerobic (p=0.00)..................................................................................... Conclusions: There were significant differences in the activity of cardiac muscle CK aerobic treatment group 3 times a week with the comparison group (p = 0.02),There were no significant differences in cardiac muscle CK activity throughout the anaerobic treatment group with the comparison group (p > 0.05) , There is a significant difference between the heart muscle CK activity Aerobic and anaerobic groups in treatment group 1 day and 3 times a week (p < 0.05)

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Gangguan yang sering kali terjadi pada genu adalah osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis(OA) adalah penyakit degenerative sendi yang ditandai dengan kerusakan kartilago, disertai nyeri dan kekakuan. OA genu lebih banyak terjadi pada wanita setelah usia 50 tahun.Tujuan: dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan penambahan Transcutaneus Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) pada Heel slide exercise terhadap gangguan gerak dan fungsi lutut akibat osteoarthritis genu di Poliklinik Fisioterapi Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang.. Metode: penelitian ini bersifat kuasi eksperimental pre and post test group design dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel Match Subject Design. Populasinya seluruh pasien yang terdiagnosa osteoarthritis genu dan mendapatkan tindakan fisioterapi di poliklinik fisioterapi di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang masing-masing perlakuan selama 6 kali dalam 2 minggu pada bulan Juli 2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap dua kelompok masing-masing 10 orang. Kelompok kontrol dengan Heel slide exercise, kelompok perlakuan dengan penambahanTENS. Hasil: diperolehpengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengukur nilai Skala nyeri menggunakan skala VAS (verbal analogue scale) pada saat sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Kesimpulan: menyatakanadaperbedaan Penambahan TENSPadaHeel slide exercise Terhadap gangguan gerak dan fungsi lutut akibat osteoarthritis genu. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in addition of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) on Heel slide exercise in motion disorders and knee function due to osteoarthritis genu in the Physiotherapy Clinic of Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. The population was all patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis genu and received physiotherapy at the physiotherapy clinic at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital each treatment for 6 times in 2 weeks in July 2018. The method of this study was quasi-experimental pre and posttest group design with taking techniques sample Match Subject Design. The study was conducted on 20 participants divided in to two groups with 10 participants in each group. The control group with Heel slide exercise, the treatment group with the addition of TENS. The results obtained by data collection was done by measuring the scale of pain using VAS scale (verbal analogue scale) at the time pre and post treatment. The conclusions state that there is a difference in the addition of TENS to heel slide exercise on movement and knee function disorders due to genital osteoarthritis.

Abstract

Introduction : Prolonged sitting is a sedentary activity for a long time characterized by low energy consumption in combination with movements in a sitting or lying position. Online learning can be one of the causes of this condition because during learning, students sit for about two-thirds of working hours and their sitting period usually lasts at least 30 minutes. Objective : This study aims to determine the relationship between prolonged sitting and musculosceletal disorders (MSDs) in Muhammadiyah high school students in Palembang. Methods: This type of research is a survey with a descriptive quantitative approach, using a Cross Sectional analytic method. Collecting data through the distribution of jotform questionnaires to students of SMA Muhammadiyah Palembang City. Results: Hypothesis test results obtained p value = 0.005, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the proportion of events between prolonged sitting and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Conclusion: the results of this study found a relationship between prolonged sitting due to online learning and the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This research recommendation can be continued with research using a more specific MSDs measurement instrument

Abstract

Introduction: VO2max is an indicator of a person's maximum aerobic capacity, which is important for assessing the level of cardiovascular fitness. Objective: This study aims to analyse the effect of exercise habits on VO2max values in adolescents. Method: We conducted VO2max measurements using the Cooper Test, utilizing a quantitative design and experimental approach. We divided the study sample into groups based on the frequency and intensity of their exercise. Results: The analysis results showed that there was a significant effect between exercise habits on VO2max values in adolescents, with the ANOVA test results showing an F value of 19.856 and a significance value of 0.00 (p <0.05). These findings indicate that the more often and intensely a person exercises, the higher the VO2max value achieved. Conclusion: This study concludes that routine and regular exercise habits significantly increase adolescents' aerobic capacity, which can ultimately contribute to improving cardiovascular health and overall fitness.
