Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan komponen penting dalam organisasi, yang artinya berperan penting dalam setiap proses kegiatan dan aktivitas yang dilaksanakan dalam organisasi. Program Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) sebagai salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan SDM masyarakat Kecamatan Gempol, khususnya pada Desa Randupitu, Desa Wonosari dan Desa Jeruk Purut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya pengurus kecamatan dalam meningkatkan SDM masyarakat melalui program KUB. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adlah deskriptif kalitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan SDM masyarakat melalui program KUB di Desa Randupitu, Bulusari, Sumbersuko, Kejapanan, Kepulungan, Wonosunyo, Karangrejo, Jeruk Purut, Wonosari, Ngerong, Gempol, Legok dan Carat dari segi pendidikan anggotanya mayoritas lulusan tingkat MA, SMA, dan SMK sehingga ilmu pengetahuan masyarakat kurang luas. Namun dari segi keterampilan, masyarakat memiliki keterampilan yang cukup baik. Hal tersebut ditinjau dari segi hasil pengurus kecamatan setelah mengadakan penelitian, dimana antusias masyarakat dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dirinya memperluas pengetahuan

Abstract

Joint Business Group (KUB) is an organization as a forum for community empowerment to review economic improvement. This study aims to identify the knowladge sharing model in KUBs in Gempol Pasuruan District Villages with a research sample of 13 villages. The research used a qualitative model with descriptive type. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that knowledge sharing in KUBs in Gempol Subdistrict Villages includes: (1) Regular Cadence (RC); (2) Integrating Expertise (IE); (3) Diversity and Inclusion (DI); (4) Regular Knowladge Update (RKU); (5) Interconnected Platforms that are Accessible to all (IPA); and (6) Create Points of Contact within Different Departments of an Organization (CPCDDO)

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the implementation of servant leadership in the context of Randupitu Village, Gempol Pasuruan. The research subjects include the village head, hamlet head, and village officials. A descriptive qualitative approach with a multiple case study design was employed. Data collection procedures involved conducting interviews with relevant informants and consulting various sources such as government documents, video tapes, newspapers, letters, and books. The purpose was to gather information that could shed light on the question under study. Additionally, data analysis was carried out using the Grounded Theory - Strauss approach, which involved coding, including open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The research analysis shows that the servant leadership model in the Randupitu Village Government has been successful in creating a supportive environment, paying attention to emotional well-being, developing the community's economy, providing real support, behaving ethically, empowering, and creating positive value for the entire village community.
