Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of social interaction on work motivation in mediating with organizational culture in the North Sumatra Regional Police. This research was conducted at the North Sumatra Police Office. The number in this study was 221 employees. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin Formula so that the sample became 142 employees. This research model uses Path analysis, and the measurement tool uses Smart PLS 3.3.3. The results of this study are Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation, Social Interaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Culture, Social Interaction has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation, Social Interaction has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation through Organizational Culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at the Office of Food Security and Agriculture in Binjai City with a population of 80 employees. Sampling was carried out using saturated samples. The research model used path analysis to calculate research using Smart PLS. The results of this study are as follows. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Discipline.

Abstract

The achievement of organizational goals is only possible because of the efforts of the individuals in the organization, in other words individual performance is related in line with organizational performance in government organizations, if the resources of the government apparatus are good, then the performance of government or bureaucratic institutions will be good too. The performance of government apparatus resources will be good if they have high skills and competencies. This study aims to see the effect of professionalism on employee performance with work procedures as an intervening variable, this type of research is associative quantitative and this research was conducted at the Binjai Civil Registry Service, Jl. Jambi no 3 Binjai. The population of this study was 50 employees and technical the sample used is a saturated sample. This research model uses path analysis, and the measurement tool uses Smart PLS 3.3.3. The results of this study are as follows: Professionalism has a not significant positive effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.135 and a P value of 0.067. Professionalism has a positive and significant effect on work procedures with an original sample value of 0.591 and a P value of 0.000. Work procedures have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.799 and a P value of 0.000. Professionalism has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Procedures with an original sample value of 0.472 and P values of 0.000.

Abstract

In the world of education, teachers have a very important role in developing human resources through education. The teaching profession has the task of educating, teaching and training. Educating means continuing and developing life values, teaching means continuing and developing knowledge, training means developing skills in students. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of professional allowance on the performance of schoolteachers with professionalism as an intervening variable. The research location was carried out in the Binjai City Education Office. The population in this study amounted to 70 teachers with a saturated sample. The model used in this research is path analysis and the measurement tool for this research is Smart PLS 3.3.3. The result of this study is that professionalism has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Professional allowance has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance. Professional Allowances have a positive and significant effect on Professionalism Professional Allowances have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through professionalism.

Abstract

In facing globalization, human resource management plays an important role in company activities. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance with emotional intelligence as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Binjai. The population of this research is 79 employees. The sample used is a saturated sample. The research model uses path analysis as a measuring tool using smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this study are Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Emotional Intelligence. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Emotional intelligence has no significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

One of the most important parts of human resources in a company is employees. Employees are the main driver of the performance, smoothness and survival of a company, so to achieve the desired goals it is important for companies to maintain and improve the performance of their employees. This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and supervision on employee performance with communication as an intervening variable with associative quantitative research, this research was conducted at the Head Office of PT. Jasindo Insurance. The population of this study was 80 employees and the sample used was 80 employees (saturated sample). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and the research model used was path analysis. The measuring tool used for this research was Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this research are as follows: Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Communication. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Supervision has a positive and insignificant effect on communication. Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Communication. Supervision has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through communication.
